• alyssa (5/5): Het was okay, maar ik zou het niet nog een keer boeken. - De kamer was ruim en de bedden waren comfortabel. De kunstwerken zijn mooi Het is heel erg gehorig. Je hoort muziek in de kamer of als je vlakbij de lobby een kamer hebt, hoor je mensen praten en lachen. Het personeel was niet heel professioneel. Ze keken naar luide TikTok video’s, terwijl je in de lobby aan het wachten bent op een kamer. Ze zitten heel vaak niet op hun plek, dus moet je schellen, maar pas na 3 keer schellen komen ze er aan. Verder zijn ze pas vanaf 7 uur ‘s morgens aanwezig, dus als je een vroege vlucht hebt, moet je je borg (indien cash betaald) een avond van te voren nemen, maar dat zeggen ze niet, ik moest dat zelf vragen. Tot slot was het ontbijt niet bijzonder. De dame van het restaurant had lange nagels, dus hygiëne is een aandachtspunt.

• Shamus (9/5): - Good location, excellent staff, nice little breakfast café, the entire facility was highly maintained, and our room was spotless. 9 out of 10. The only thing that wasn't excellent was the cardio equipment in the gym. If the owners were to replace the poor quality treadmill and elliptical with decent middle tier gym quality options this establishment would be a 10 out of 10. The staff and everything else was superb. Also adding a caffeine coffee option for the rooms coffee machine and the one located near the pool/lounge area would be a plus.

• Maria (8/5): - I liked that it was close to the beach and to the Palm-beach restaurants/bars area. I enjoyed working out in the morning. I was glad that they were able to leave my bag until I was able to pick it up later in the day. I didn't like the fact that I had to walk in the dark to go back after the bars. Although it wasn't that far 10 minutes away, it is better to take a taxi to go back to the hotel after dark.

• Galba (5/5): In my opinion, this hotel does not meet four-star standards - I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent seven-day stay at your hotel. I have stayed in many four-star hotels around the world, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I normally associate with such a rating. At first glance, the hotel appears attractive: the interior design is pleasant, the rooms are nice, and the pools and jacuzzi look appealing. However, the water in both the pools and the jacuzzi was extremely cold, to the point where it was impossible to use them comfortably. The jacuzzi was only switched on for five minutes per hour, but this was irrelevant, as the water temperature made it unusable anyway. In the room, only plastic-wrapped items and plastic cups were provided; there was not a single glass cup available. The ice bucket had no plastic liner. Additionally, the trash was not emptied during housekeeping, so we had to dispose of it ourselves. The safe in the room had a dead battery; despite reporting this issue twice, the battery was never replaced. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable to have guests sit on uncomfortable plastic chairs. Although breakfast is included in the accommodation, the options are extremely limited: either one croissant or an omelet made from two eggs. Any additional food costs extra (USD 15 per portion), and even then, coffee and juice are no longer included. Three slices of bread were served with only one very small portion of butter, which was not even enough for half a slice. I weigh 75 kg, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a breakfast of two croissants or four eggs. I have not even mentioned yet that it often took around 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at breakfast. While the staff were very kind and always smiling, reporting issues to them unfortunately resulted in no action being taken. Definitivamente volvería y se lo recomendaría a quien esté p - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación estratégica y cómoda, fácil de llegar a la playa y al centro donde están todos los restaurantes y las tiendas de conveniencia como almacenes o supermercados. El personal también fue muy amable y servicial. El desayuno muy completo y rico. El área de la piscina limpio y vistoso de noche con la iluminación. Com essa localizacao, vc consegue jantar todos os dias a pe, se desejar. Os funcionarios também são incríveis, muito atenciosos e cordiais. O quarto é ok, nada demais, mas é limpo e organizado. A cama é pequena. É uma cama de casal padrao, mas ok. Não é um hotel que tem uma área de lazer convidativa. Tem uma piscina e espreguicadeiras, mas tudo muito simples. Por exemplo, quase não ha guarda-sol na área da piscina. Alem disso, o café da manhã é gostoso, bem servido, mas não é buffet. Vc tem direito a escolher uma opcao do cardapio e só.

The hotel's unique art theme added a special touch, with beautiful pieces throughout the lobby and property. Our room was comfortable and clean, the pool area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby beaches like Palm Beach. The window to each room is located on the main hallway so if you do not book a pool view then you have very little view of anything, but this is only personal preference. Still a great place to stay.

Cuantan con maquina para hacer hielo que puedas utilizar a demanda, cafe, te y agua en cualquier momento. Tienen un espacio con pileta y gimnasio pequeño pero con todo lo necesario si quieres aprovechar y hacer actividad. Ademas te dan 2 sillas de playa y una lunchera para llevar hielo con tus bebidas a la playa, lo cual es un plus ya que en las playas te cobran sino las sillas Nada.

La piscina y el hidromasaje está muy limpia y pintoresca. El desayuno no es buffet, te lo preparan en el momento, podría ser más generoso. Tiene varias opciones de desayuno a la carta. Yo pedí la opción Arubian Breakfast, la porción de fruta es muy pequeña y sin queso y embutido. El hotel es lindo y bien ubicado. El desayuno podría mejorar, tener otras opciones, o poder agregarle alimentos de otros desayunos a la carta. La ubicación es buena pero algo ruidosa, ya que se encuentra en una avenida principal.
• felica (10/5): Give Titiana(desk clerk) an increase in salary! - Great stay! Hotel was very nice, clean and up to date! It was just as it was pictured on the site! The staff was extremely nice! Titiana(desk clerk) was very nice upon our arrival as well as our departure! She called taxis for us and recommended great places to see and dine! I would definitely book with Aruba Boutique & Art Hotel,BW Signature Collection Only Adults again and definitely recommend others to stay!

• MARCOS BASTOS (10/5): Excelente. - Equipe do hotel super simpática, educada e gentil. Quarto confortável, novo e bem limpo. Perto da Palm Beach e dos restaurantes. Horário do checkin um pouco tarde (16h).
• Melany (10/5): Hotel perfecto para tus vacaciones - Desde que entramos al hotel nos atendieron muy bien en recepción, Tatiana excelente anfitriona hizo que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta nos resolvió todo de manera rápida y los demás muchachos fueron muy amables siempre atentos. El desayuno fue bueno, el hotel muy cerca de la playa, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y en Palm beach . Las habitaciones grandes camas muy confortables y no hay ruidos entre habitaciones. En recepción te prestan sillas de playa y hieleras. Irme a casa
• Donica (10/5): - Very cute and chich hotel close to Palm Beach. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was cute, and the Art decoration was beautiful. I really enjoyed how close it was to everything in the Palm Beach area.
