• Neggers (7/5): Mooi centraal gelegen appartement. - Centraal gelegen met een parkeerplaats. Fijne bedden. We misten de koffie. Er stond wel een mooi apparaat maar geen cupjes om een kopje koffie te maken. De douche mag wel wat beter worden schoongemaakt. Het ziet er op de foto’s allemaal net iets mooier uit.

• Brett (7/5): Late night stop over and saw the darker side of Sofia. - Once inside this place is nice. Its a good quality price v expectations apartment. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The location is very central and well connected with public transport, which is definitely a big plus. However, the area right around it feels a bit rough and not the most comfortable, especially at night. It’s near Lions’ Bridge and the Women’s Market, and while it looks convenient on the map, in reality it has a gritty vibe that might surprise some people. I did notice some street activity nearby that made the atmosphere feel a bit uneasy after dark. It’s not the worst area in Sofia, but it’s also not the nicest or most relaxing place to stay. The building itself feels intimidating. The entrance door to the flat is very solid and heavy, which actually gave some peace of mind considering the surroundings. Overall, it’s a good option if you care most about location and getting around easily, but maybe not ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable or charming neighborhood.
• NURAY (9/5): - Location was really good. We walked to the historical places. House was clean and big. Host printed a recommendation list for restaurants and historical places to visit which was thoughtful. This accommodation has access to a parking lot across the house that's free to use . Thanks for coffee. Second bedroom has a bed that's elevated from the floor to the window level and the bed is next to the window which we though could be dangerous if you roll while you sleep. Changing the bed's position would be safer.

• Nevena (5/5): Fine if not for the broken heater which made the apartment unpleasant - The apartment is spacious and centrally located. The host is kind and communicates well. The parking was a plus. We walked into a cold apartment. Outside temperature was 0. The heater that services the living room and the master bedroom did not work. We did not sleep well because it was too cold. We didn’t stay in the apartment during the day either because the living room was also cold with no working heater. Two of us are sick a day later.

• Yaroslav (10/5): - Красивая квартира есть зал и ещё три комнаты плюс душ и два туалета . Есть все что нужно для приятного отдыха. Есть парковка на против от дома. Квартира находится не долеко от центра города. Был забит сток воды в душе это делало дискомфорт.

• אביב (9/5): Superb - Amazing location. The kitchen was well equipped. Good size living room and master bedroom. Impossible to open the window in the middle size room. Bad smell in the small bathroom.

Great value for the location - The communication from the owner was excellent, and once the previous guests had checked out we were given the lockbox code and told we could arrive whenever was convenient for us. It was easy to find using the pictures sent, and there was plenty space in the shared , lockable, parking area. The location is excellent, very central, but also very easy to get out of the city using the car. There was ample space for the 4 of us, and the extra loo was nice. The shower was excellent and we liked having the heated drying rack so we could dry the clothes we hand washed. There was plenty mugs, and lots of plates & cooking utensils Its an attractive enough apartment, but the pictures unfortunately make it look a lot nicer than it is and it needs some TLC. A few bits of the skirting board were missing, the blinds in the master bed were bent/frayed/damaged and one of the sockets was obviously a bit unsafe. The bedside table lamp was out of batteries. And most importantly, it is advertised as having AIRCON, but its ONLY IN THE LIVINGROOM. So we came from 15 degrees in Scotland to 36 degrees in Bulgaria and we were stifling. And the windows didn't seem to have any catch on them so you could leave them ajar during the day to air the place, in fact, they opened wide, with no catch which if I had small children I would be nervous about. So we sweated our way through our entire stay, and all slept really badly. Also, one of the neighbours was a bit of a night owl, and seemed to be moving furniture around and making quite a racket during the night on our last night there. The single bed was really hard, my daughter was really uncomfortable in it, so we used a duvet to soften it a bit. And the hob/oven needs some instructions, we really struggled being able to use it. Its a shame., because some things about it were fantastic, but others really let it down. Also, a lot of the dishes were a bit grubby and also soaking wet, weird that they had been put away like that

One guy from our group forgot some personal belongings and full cooperation was offered. Definitely would recommend checking this apartment out if it suits your needs.

The communication with Krasimira was great, she was very kind and helpful the entire time of our stay. Would definitely recommend it! Nothing in particular.

• Ivelina (10/5): Enjoying celebrating holidays in great location - Great location close to train, bus station and city centre street Vitoshka. Very friendly and accommodating host let us in a little bit early as we had lots of hand luggage and weather was cold at the moment. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable, family friendly .
