The flat was spacious, warm, and filled with natural light thanks to the many doors and windows. It’s located in a secure complex with great safety features. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Only 5 minutes from the Canary Wharf Jubilee line and 7 minutes from the Elizabeth line. Mario, the host, was amazing—his communication was excellent, he was friendly, and he truly went the extra mile. Highly recommended!”
• Koert (8/5): Prima verblijf met uitzicht. - Prima locatie. Mooi uitzicht. 2 badkamers. Dichtbij de metro en “The O2”. Restaurantjes en winkels rondom. Appartement was schoon. Prima wifi. Verhuurder reageerde vlot op appjes. Het interieur is echt versleten. Het oogt niet gezellig. Veel muggen in de slaapkamer en geen horren voor de ramen.
• Marion (9/5): Wir waren begeistert von der Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder! - Sehr geräumige Wohnung, vor allem die 2 Badezimmer sind für eine Familie sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung in der Küche ist völlig ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls großartig, man ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn (Jubilee und Elizabeth Line) und der DLR, damit ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit in der City. Die Aussicht ist sowieso unschlagbar, toller Blick auf den Kanal! Der Check-In war recht unkompliziert, Schlüssel muss in einem Shop um die Ecke abgeholt werden, das hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das einzige, das es eventuell zu bemängeln gibt, ist, dass es etwas lauter ist, weil die DLR relativ nah vorbeifährt und diese Bahn schon etwas lautere Geräusche macht - war in der Nacht allerdings nicht störend (weil sie da vielleicht keine Betriebszeiten hat ;-))
• Heidi (8/5): Loved it - The location is absolutely wonderful. The view is magical. Very close to the metro. Right next to the building there are many different restaurants and a shopping mall. There was a small issue with water drainage in the shower of the bedroom bathroom. The apartment might need a bit of refreshing.

• Beverley (6/5): Location was good, apt was adequate. for our needs. - The location was perfect as we wanted something walking distance to where my son lives. It was close to the tube, grocery store and many restaurants. The property was a little tired and sparse. Could use a little tlc. Bit of a hassle picking up key from different location and upon returning the key the location was closed and we had a flight to catch. Bit of lack of communication.

• Helen Margaret (1/5): Do not stay at this place - terrible experience - Location is ok. The property was disgusting! The pictures are a misrepresentation of the actual property. The property was in need of severe maintenance and the advertised balcony that you can relax on is unsafe and not usable as admitted by the owner when questioned on arrival. His response was “ not my responsibility, it’s the strata buildings problem… Advertised as luxury penthouse apartment is also misleading by the owner and booking.com! We took photos and videos on arrival and sent them to the owner and booking.com The owner would not refund our $3200 AUD for 5 nights even when we did not stay at apartment for one night because it was so bad ! We handed the keys back and booked in next door at the Hilton which cost the 4 of us a further $5000!!! Beware there is also two profiles for this property. One has really bad reviews. As soon as you give a high score for location all the negative feedback gets absorbed into another higher rating !!! Do not rent this apartment at any cost !! Booking.com provided a refund /credit of their booking fee for future use of $213Gbp only as the owner would not accept responsibility. There are no checks on the properties to ensure the validity of the property like airbnb do to ensure the advertised property is an accurate description of the property. The owner is a shark taking money even when he knew we did not stay at the property at all….. The doors, windows, blinds and lights were broken. The drawers fell apart when opened. The bathroom was filthy and the beds and bedding was stained and like cardboard….. No wonder the owner doesn’t meet you onsite. We even asked him to come and have a look at the state of the apartment and he refused. Absolutely avoid at all cost!!

The fact that it has two bathrooms makes it even more convenient, especially for families or groups. The view is breathtaking – the illuminated skyscrapers of Canary Wharf at night create a truly magical atmosphere. Moreover, the apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its central location, right next to the Canary Wharf station, made it easy to get around the city. Whether for business or leisure, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again! Nothing
• Safi_cz (9/5): Large family apartment with astonishing VIEWS, super LOCATION, COMFORT and great travel connection. - Perfect family apartment in 12th floor with outstanding views to Canary Warf - Skyscrapers, water and river Thames in distance. Really large apartment with two bathrooms (2x bathtubs) so no morning family queue :-) I like narrow terrace goin all around the apartment. Fully functional kitchen with microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, Electric oven and washing machine. The views are superb. You can watch water grounds, large and high skyscrapers. Surrounding is clean and safe with Tesco express nearby and large shopping malls (Jubilee place, Canada place, etc). Easy connection: Dart station is 3 minutes away, perfect for travel to CITY. Jubilee line is aprx. 6-7 minutes (in case you travel from Gatwick via London Bridge) and Elisabeth line is 10min (other airports).. There are no major flaws when you consider price, location and overall comfort. Just please adjust upper window in one bedroom.

Amazing views of Canary Wharf and Thames great location, Tesco nearby and 2 tube stations. It was also warm. Mario was very helpful and in hand to help with slight blip collecting keys. The shower in main bathroom was excellent the en-suite shower not as good. It’s a great property however it could do with a few soft touches e.g. sofa cushions picture in living room etc to make it perfect! A few bulbs need replacing. En suite could do with mr muscle. As others have said - take care on external decking some bits need replacing.

• Bolintiam (9/5): Conveniently located in the Canary wharf area of London this private two bedroom penthouse had excellent views and easy - Great location if staying in Canary Wharf. Nice views. Very spacious. The en suite shower had considerable amount of mold around the base which was off putting so as a single person I used the second bathroom and bedroom, which were just fine. I would also add that locating this property was a challenge at first as the entrance is on the side with no key pad as indicated in the instructions so it took me a few rounds to figure it out.

• Jodie (9/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location! - Lovely, well presented accommodation in a perfect location for a number of venues, especially for the O2 as only one tube stop away from Canary Wharf station which is a five minute walk away. Plenty of places to eat and shopping options within minutes. The Penthouse is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a bonus point to note is TWO separate double bedrooms, one with en-suite, which is not stated in the listing. Great communication and would not hesitate to book again if the occasion occurred. Wasn’t a major problem for us but you have to collect the key from another destination about 5 mins walk from the property.
