Аnna (5/5): Good location but not very comfortable. - The staff was really friendly and helpful, I’ve got all the info about the apartment and other stuff. The apartment equipped with a washing machine, which is very useful. The location is just perfect as it’s really 2 minutes to Santa Maria del Fiore and also quite nearby to the Firenze Centrale railway station. I saved a lot of time as everything was walking distance and there is also a supermarket just across the road, I found it very convenient. The apartment looks a bit different from the pictures as it’s quite dark there, if you need bright lights, it might be problematic for you. And the most concerning issue is the noise. As it’s a very old building the soundproof is horrible, I could hear every step and dialogue from the apartment above. It was quite difficult to sleep and relax. Overall I didn’t find my stay relaxing.
