• Margo (9/5): Exceptional! We loved our stay at Serenity Neptuna and definitely hope to return. - The accomodation manager provided fantastic communication and was responsive to any enquiries. The location was amazing. I could not think of a place better positioned in Darwin. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night holiday. The hot water system in the building was pretty bad and it was necessary to run the taps for up to 5 minutes to get warm water to come through. The water was luke warm at best, which wasn't ideal for washing up or showering. As the only female in the travel party, I was the only one who had issues with this though, as the males preferred the cool showers and didn't do any washing up.

• Christin (10/5): Excellent apartment at the waterfront! - Great location right in the water with lots of restaurants there. There is a free waterfront shuttle too. It’s a walk to the apartment so be prepared first that. It’s not too long but if you have be a lot of luggage it could be a challenge.

• Elena (10/5): Amazing location and clean - Location brilliant. Clean. All the amenities including soaps and kitchen ware and containers provided. A few drinks and milk etc to get you started. No pool as listed. Don't let this stop you cos there's plenty of places to swim right nearby. But perhaps they mean the ocean because there's a net to keep crocs out and swimming beach. but it's not a pool and slimy bottom and sand is difficult with baby. Or perhaps the wave pool nearby? But need to pay and I feel sick on the waves. This didn't bother me though as the place was otherwise perfect.

The apartment has excellent views of Darwin Waterfront and Harbour- we were lucky to witness all the Christmas festivities and light shows from our wide balcony. And, its a quick trip to the lift and down to join in on the action, restaurants and park on the doorstep. 2. Modern, comfortable, clean, spacious apartment is what our family of 7 needs ( 2 kids, 5 adults) Basement Parking is so stuffy and hot and my boys always complained it was stinky 😜

• Fiona (10/5): Superb accommodation with an exceptional host. Nothing else needs to be said. - Neptuna Over The Water has absolutely set the bar high for my accommodation expectations! It was very hard to leave the incredible views of the Waterfront, beautifully designed interior, super comfy beds and overstocked & well equipped kitchen. The gift of beer, wine & chocolates on arrival was extremely thoughtful and totally welcomed after our journey. Cleanliness - 110% spotless!! Our host Mandie was nothing short of exceptional. Going above and beyond to ensure our week stay was comfortable is probably an understatement. Where else do you find a host who offers to drive you to the nearest Woolies to stock up on wine?? We cannot thank our host Mandie enough for helping to make our stay one we will never forget.
• Lynda (10/5): Literally the best holiday property we have ever stayed at - I have never been sadder to leave a holiday property (including 6-star-hotels). The apartment is fantastic - roomy, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean - and the location was amazing, we could walk everywhere and the view was awesome. The thoughtful host even left things like oil, salt and pepper, and condiments for use. I can't say enough good things about Neptuna Over The Water. Honestly, nothing. We loved it.

• Candida (9/5): Amazing views of beautiful Darwin - The view from the apartment is amazing and very spacious. Such a great location! Everything you needed was in this apartment. So relaxing and wonderful to sit on the balcony. The fan generator that is in the hallway outside of the apartment is very noisey. You can consistently hear it at night which doesn't make for a good night sleep. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable too. Disappointing as everything else is amazing.
