- George (10/5): A great place that made our trip even better. - The overall process of collecting the keys and getting in was quick and easy. The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. It had an excellent view all around and was well equipped. Bathrooms were practical and super clean. Hosts were also helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back and recommend! The wifi reception was weak, sometimes even in main house areas. Also, the TV glitched and picture got distorted after about an hour's use.

- Ashish (9/5): Well equipped and convenient. - The location is good. It is very much near the Main Street so very convenient. Migros is also within walkable distance. Appliance worked as intended and they were of good quality. Kitchen was well equipped for the stay. I liked that they provided detergent for the washer as well as for the dishwasher. Host also advised me to take lake cruise while I was checking out which turned out to be a very good decision. The keys had to be collected at a different location which was slightly inconvenient but I guess it is ok considering the location of stay. Alternatively, host can come of the apartment to receive the guest to complete the registration.
Regardless, they can add more information about the public transportation about commuting between apartment in Interlaken west to office in Interlaken OST. SBB app is good but newbies like me can find it reassuring to have that info available from the host.
Minor annoyance but not a big deal: Water was not draining quickly enough in the bathroom sinks.

Interlaken West train station is walking distance and so also access to all restaurants, supermarkets etc Na

- Sandra (8/5): Overall, a great experience, there were a lot of things I liked and a few that I didn't. - I enjoyed staying at the apartment. I LOVED the kitchen. The living room and dining room were amazing, and the spaciousness of the bathroom was incredible. There are so many reasons I would stay at this property again.
I appreciate your quick responses to my questions. The washing and drying machines, instructional dials are in German. I accidentally shrunk 2 of my tee shirts, not understanding the temperature controls of the dryer. I am suggesting that the directions and user manual be available in English and perhaps a couple of other languages. The only other negative I found was the bed. It sits so very very low. Anyone with bad or weak knees will have
trouble getting into and out of the bed. It does make noise. However it is very comfortable and I slept well. It's just getting into and out of the bed that caused a few issues. When we return to Switzerland, I will consider these apartments, but will make sure the apartment we rent that the bed sits at normal height.
I LOVED the close proximity to the train station. It was quiet and I felt safe there. Overall, I recommend. The bed is incredibly low. I've never slept on a bed that was so low. There wasn't a view from our apartment, perhaps there's views from others??

- Kusumo (9/5): The Perfect Apartment in Interlaken-Clean, Comfortable, Great Location, and Stunning Alpine Views - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with complete household appliances, making it ideal for group or families. The location is convenient—just a short walk to the bus stop and Interlaken West terminal—yet the neighborhood is quiet, allowing us to rest well after a full day of activities. The apartment also provides a spacious garage in the basement, which was very helpful.
I almost forgot to mention that the apartment is located right above COOP Pronto, which makes it very easy to get food and drinks to cook and enjoy either in the dining room or on the terrace while admiring the stunning Alpine views.
If you prefer to eat out, there are also plenty of restaurant options within a short walking distance from the apartment.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Everything about our stay was delightful—there wasn’t a single thing to dislike. If there is any room for improvement, it would be to adjust the bathroom toiletries (such as shampoo and soap) to better match the number of guests and the length of stay.

Good appliances Being a retired couple, the bed was too low and the surrounding Wood was dangerous for us getting out of bed.
Also lounge furniture again did not suit us and was not comfortable.
Different firmer pillows would be better.

- Adeel (10/5): Amazing apartment.highly recommended - Everything was great. Big apartment and very well managed. Underground parking was big plus and also super market on the ground floor. Nothing special however some extra toiletries should be provided for long stay.
- Amaresh (9/5): Excellent property for a comfortable stay. - The location of the apartment had a nice view of the mountains and was a convenient 5 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. The apartment was very neatly maintained and had a good kitchen with all the necessary equipments. Migros is close by and it is just above Coop which made it very easy to buy groceries. We loved our stay here. There is nothing that I could think of.

- Johannes (9/5): Gorgeous & spacious apartment well located … just beware of the T&C’s that only become visible at check in - Gorgeous & spacious apartment well located in Interlaken and close to train station. I didn’t like the T&C’s that was not included in the booking.com advertisement - loose a key and face up to CHF 1,000 fine and bunch of other points along with CHF 500 security deposit.
Also, didn’t like the fact that we needed to clean up dishes and garbage which supposedly is not included in the cleaning fee. Given the rate being charged this should be standard inclusion in cleaning service.
Lastly, the beds are super low and not the most comfortable

Location was great and peaceful. The heating of the apartment is not warm enough, even though it is the standard heating room temperature in Switzerland.

It’s a short walk from restaurants and shopping and conveniently located above a small grocery store with fresh loaves of bread and buns in the morning! Easy access to the highway by car and a train station nearby. I was not able to get the TV to stream movies.

- Rebs (10/5): Fantastic base for family holiday - Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at Griwa who were very responsive to all questions leading up to and during the stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean with plenty of space and views on 3 sides: we particularly liked watching the paragliders in the morning and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. We were travelling with an 83 year old and the elevator was an added bonus for her. Thank you for a lovely peaceful stay! Everything was great

Strongly suggest if you plan to visit Interlaken. Need to get the key at the Interlaken Ost and move to Intelaken West to stay in. But perfect place to stay.

- Shamshtabrez (8/5): BE ALERT: Good Apartment with Location but rules are very tough - Near Interlaken West Just 5 Min from Station, Location and Apartment with facility was nice. For checkin and Key collection we have to Travel from Interlaken West to Interlaken OST around 2.5 KM which is very bad, also you need to pay CHF 25 for Transfer via Taxi. Online Booking didn't mention any such collection places. How anyone can do this with a Guest to collect keys from different locations as they know it was very hard for the family.
There are Rules which are not mentioned in Booking.com Like Keys LOST Charges CHF 1000 (INR 95,000), If you forget to close the curtain and rain comes inside then CHF 2000 (INR 190,000) fine & Fire Alarm Happen and Fire Brigade Came then CHF 2000 (INR 190,000) Fine. All this fine you will know when you will enter their office for key collection. Please don't try to change anything from your end or it will be fine upto CHF 50,000 (INR 50 Lakhs)
Also During night time they close the building outside lights which are very dark and horrable, they should know this is a tourist place, may be they need some emergency. Whatever they have rules they should mention in Booking.com about everything.
- James (9/5): Wonderful apartment that is big enough for 4 people. - Very clean and very nice apartment. Large kitchen with double oven and microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Large balcony. Big TV. Parking available for a price. Check in/check out on other side of town was very inconvenient. Shower leaked water on the floor due to poor design. Maximum number of guests is 2, but it is plenty big enough for 4 and has a pull-out sofa bed.

- Kit (10/5): Spacious and well equipped Apartment in quiet area - Apartment is clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped with even cooking pan for swiss cheese. Big dining table and sofa sufficient for two families. Branded washing machine and tumbler dryer in separated room. Walking distance to big supermarket and shopping streets. Staffs are helpful and responsive. Key collection is at location a train station away. There is a notice on hefty fine for lost of key. This is not a complaint but just not something you want to worry during a free and easy holiday.
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Very fresh and new......in great condition. Mostly a great experience except for the minor items described below. Property was hard to find in the dark.....entrance was hidden in the rear of a mini-market. After snow the first night, the walkway was never shoveled. Washing machine was very difficult to use because there is a shut-off valve next to the toilet that was in the closed position. This was not mentioned in the operating instructions provided by the host. Once we figured it out and opened the valve it worked fine. However the dryer continued to throw off error codes, making that process lengthy and difficult.

Has everything you’d need. The beds were low to the ground and a little hard to get out of for tall people. The dryer also didn’t dry the clothes.

- Upasna (10/5): Great stay at Interlaken - The apartment is just as in the picture, very clean and conveniently located. The appliances are all new n well maintained. The checkin was very easy, as we arrives late on a Saturday we could seld checkin at the office which is located very near to the Interlaken Ost railway station. The entrance was around the back..which took us a minute to locate. May be a sign at the fuel station below the apartment would help. But this was a minor issue.

- Richard (8/5): Disappointing - The location is about 5 minutes away from the Interlaken West train station. The appliances were made by top rated brands. There was an espresso machine, a fondue set, a regular oven, a convection oven, a vacuum cleaner and a large electric fan. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and comfortable No air conditioning, no microwave, no broom or whisk (but there was a scoop); I don't want to use the vacuum cleaner every time I want to remove crumbs from under the table. There was a warm bed cover but no bed sheet. Since it is hot in July the fan was quite convenient, but you had the option of either sweltering under a heavy cover or without the fan, or of turning the fan on and laying uncovered and uncomfortable. We had to collect the keys at the rental office, across the street from the Interlaken Ost train station. We had the option of lugging our luggage back to the train station in the heat and taking the very short train ride to Interlaken West, or taking a cab. We chose the latter, which cost us 20 Swiss Francs.
