- James (1/5): A rip off and terrible customer service. - The facilities were good. Paid for 3 ppl. As such was advised that the fold out sofa would be made up, it was not. There was no extra bedding in the place to be able to make up the sofa bed. Msg’d the manager requesting this be resolved but was completely ignored. Money should be refunded to account for the person we paid for that was not accommodated.
- Colby (7/5): - Good location, comfortable layout. Was not clean re vacuuming, surfaces, stains on couch, and cutlery. TV was not set up properly, no connection to watch.
