• Igor (8/5): Great value for money, amazing location and very friendly staff! Give Yousef Diab a raise ! - The staff was amazingly friendly and respectful, especially Yousef Diab on the reception. He speaks fluent English and helped me a lot with directions and general assistance. The hotel serves amazing food and the location is perfect - easy to get to from airport and fast to reach central Cairo from. At the same time the poolside room offered a quiet environment to sleep and rest in. The neighborhood offers a lot and there is a huge mall 10 minutes away by foot. The shower's hot water has a mind of it's own and the wifi did not work. I recommend you get an esim before coming so you can coordinate your trip and move around because everything in Cairo is done by car.

• Angelina (7/5): Average - The breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helping:)) The room (floor) was not clean at all, it was dusty and it had a lot of hair on the carpet and around. Also it was not mopped and we could see the stains from the shoes on the floor. Our room was on the side of the street so it was nonstop noisy.

• Dawn (9/5): - Upon arrival we were greeted by Yousuf who immediately made us feel very relaxed and welcome. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site was really well priced and I especially enjoyed the fruit cocktails with very fresh juices.

• Ahmed (5/5): Nice staff in the reception also the security guy in the entrance was nice - The staff in the reception The cleaning was very bad, I don’t want to remember what i saw under the toilet seat and around the corner. The cleaning personnel have to improve their job . And they left rest food of the other room in the corridor which is not good for eyes and smell

• Mohamed (6/5): Good for short stay only - The location is perfect, The hotel is good for a short stay of one or two nights, The rooms are very clean, and the view is excellent. it should be rated as a 4-star hotel, not 5 stars. The restaurant plays loud music at night, which can be disturbing if you prefer peace and quiet. Breakfast is not very good, and you will likely need to eat outside most days. The staff feel more like they are in a military-style environment rather than working in hospitality. Also, there is a complete absence of female staff in the hotel.

• Eklovya (5/5): It was average. - The location is good if you are travelling for work, rooms are also good. If you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of days, be prepared: the breakfast menu is exactly the same every single day, with no variety at all. It quickly becomes boring and repetitive, and after two or three mornings you simply don’t feel like eating it anymore. The hotel really needs to improve this aspect. Other than that, the stay was fine.

• Hannelie (6/5): Very centrally located local Hotel for a short stopover - Close to the mall - walking distance. Also, with easy access to the roads to the airport. Special rates for late checkout, they kindly accommodated us. Rooms/linen/furniture can do with an urgent upgrade.

• WEIYANG (4/5): 以性价比来说还算可以，地理位置优越，适合作为预算不高的情况下，开罗落地后或起飞前临时休整一晚的地方，不建议常驻 - 酒店位置非常好，走一条街就到citystar正门，大约只需要5分钟步行，去机场也方便，打车十几分钟就到了。虽然就在高架桥旁边，但楼层够高，房间隔音比起同在开罗的其他酒店已经还可以了。 设施： 属于是我们这次在埃及7晚当中最旧的。空调无法调控，开关也不行。床单被套起球。热水比较慢。洗浴用品外壳有层脏脏的东西。 服务： 晚上12点多到的酒店，人比较累了想尽快休息，入住花了5-10分钟，还可以接受，但前台死活要给我们送饮料到房间，我勉强同意了，然后就再也没下文了，躺在床上时刻担心有人敲门来送饮料🤦。 早餐是没有自助餐厅的，全都是送到房间，入住的时候要求8:30送来，实际是9:30以后送来的，而且还是在打了两通电话催促后的结果。更可气的是另一间房间的朋友因为没有打电话，所以压根没送早餐。建议入住的时候跟前台说好最早一批送，否则实在效率低下。
