• Riccardo (5/5): Booff! - Lage Man kann nichts aufs Zimmer schreiben - angeblich wird das Restaurant finanziell separat geführt. Extrem unpraktisch für Geschäftsreisende! Hab ich noch nie erlebt… In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Es roch aus dem Abfluss! Tür, des Badezimmers war aufgequollen und liess sich nur schwer öffnen! Das für 150.- dann ist es egal ob die Einrichtung erst 3 Jahre alt ist, wenn sie nicht gewartet wird! Dann nicht wie abgemacht, eine Gesamtrechnung erhalten! Das ist von der Geschäftsleitung enorm unprofessionell! Geh nicht wieder zu dene!

• Andrea (9/5): - Da meine Partnerin in einem anderen Hotel das falsche Datum eingegeben hatte mussten wir eine Lösung finden und haben das tolle Hotel gefunden. Wir kamen erst nach 22.00 Uhr an und bekamen noch ein warmes Abendessen. Ganz toll. Jetzt steht nur noch die Stornierung der falschen Buchung an.

• Pia (8/5): Super freundliches Personal und wunderschöne Landschaft! - Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Lage, fürs Skifahren und auch fürs Wandern. Das Essen (Silvestermenu) war sehr gut. Unkompliziert haben sie mir eine vegetarische Variante zusammengestellt. Merci! Whirlpool im Zimmer; mit Wasser gefüllt, mit Filter und Pumpe. Permanentes Geräusch der Pumpe und im Zimmer Geruch nach Chlor. Alles war augenscheinlich sauber, wir haben den Pool aber aus hygienischen Gründen nicht benutzt.
• Magic 55 (9/5): Une nuit super sur le balcon du Jura. - Place de parc devant l'établissement, toutefois calme car la station de ski juste en face est fermée. La chambre était très belle, bien aménagée et le lit super confortable. Calme, propre, superbe vue au réveil. La salle de bain est aussi très bien. Très bon repas au restaurant. Minibar vide. J'aime y trouver au moins de l'eau.

• Astrid (7/5): Spabereich müsste besser unterhaltet werden - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war geräumig Die Badezimmertür konnte man fast nicht schliessen, da sich der Boden erhöte. Leider funktionierte das Sprudelbad nicht. Wir haben uns vom Spabereich mehr erwartet. Schade, da ja das Hotel sich Spa les Planets nennt.

• Claudia (7/5): Kurzaufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung perfekt zum Wandern und Velofahren - Schöne Zimmer, schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ruhige Umgebung. Sehr ländlich. Die Betten waren ziemlich hart. Das Frühstück war nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Croissants und Baguette waren aufgebacken. Keine frischen Früchte, kein Müesli. Körner- und/oder Vollkornbrot sucht man vergeblich.

• Clouzet (6/5): Équipement à désirer - L’environnement La chasse d’eau n’avait pas assez de débit pour évacuer 2 feuilles de papier toilette. La partie de douche bloquée empêchait l’entrée dans celle ci. Des verres d’eau étaient mis à disposition mais aucune bouteille mis à disposition
• Daniel (5/5): Passt zur Not für eine Nacht. - Zimmer und Restaurant sind neu und gut eingerichtet SPA versprochen. Wirepool war ausser Betrieb. Sauna Schlecht geheizt, keine Frottewäsche! Kein sicherer Veloplatz und keine Ladesteckdosen. Personal nicht Lösungsorientiert. Freundlich aber ohne Herzlichkeit. Und nicht flexibel. Zum Beispiel wollten wir um 7:30 Frühstück statt um 8:00. Brot kam dann erst um 8:30. Kein Frühstücksbuffet, bescheidenes Frühstück; zu teuer.

It’s a short distance from Ste Croix and accessible by public transportation, and there are even Swiss cows around the property, complete with bells! The rooms were excellent and well appointed, the spa was lovely (sauna, hot tub, and chaise lounges in front of an electric fireplace), and the breakfast was delicious (various breads/jams, omelets, cheese, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!
