- JUNKO (9/5): - アップグレードしていただけたようでお部屋広々、ゆったり過ごせました。 連泊して清掃は希望しなかったのですが、タオルはもちろんバスマット、水のペットボトル、インスタントコーヒー、トイレットペーパー、ティッシュまでドア前に置いてくださいました。 ランドリーも有料ですがありますし、電子レンジ、給水機もあり。あと小さいながらもラウンジがありコーヒーマシンでフリーでコーヒーが飲めます。 立地もいい。また機会があったら泊まりたい。 ひとつだけ残念だったのはテーブルに灯りがなくて暗かったこと。

- SOK PHENG (7/5): - The male staff members at the hotel were not as friendly or polite as I would expect. A warmer and more courteous approach would greatly improve the guest experience.
- Daniel (10/5): Muy buen hotel - La ubicación es excelente, tienes todo a tu alcance. El Metro está cerca , restaurantes , supermercados , 7eleven, etc todo todo. Está ubicado en un callejón muy tranquilo. Estuvimos en una habitación superior, por lo tanto la habitación era enorme , con camas muy cómodas y amplio baño. Realizaron la limpieza a diario. El primer día Tuvimos un problema con el wifi pero Iván amablemente lo solucionó. Por decir algo… deberían tener dos tipos de almohadas , ya que las almohadas de plumas que ustedes tienen me provocaban alergia y finalmente tuve que comprar una.

- Hanae (9/5): 価格帯から考えたらロケーション、お部屋共に良好でした！ - 西門街なので周りには美味しいご飯やスイーツのお店が沢山あり、コンビニも近くローケーション的には抜群でした。今回ダブルベッド2つのお部屋に4人で宿泊しましたが、狭くなく、お掃除も行き届いているので安心してお部屋を利用出来ました。 私が宿泊したお部屋の扉が開けにくい所が難点でした。コツが必要です。また金庫が無かったようなので、必要と思いました。

Cleaned our room everyday. 1) I didn't like that I was charged a "hold" / "deposit" without my permission despite my booking being a "no prepayment is needed" policy. This was eventually released after I complained but I don't think it would have been had I not complained. 2) The narrow alleyway ( in the name I guess) stunk real bad everytime we walked past and hard to find initially 3) The noises at night made by the drains in the shower made it hard to sleep sometimes along with loud noises if made by neighbours (e.g. moving tables etc) If people walked past our room (our room was the first one on the floor that people walk past) then we would hear them talk. We couldn't hear outside noise which was good.

- Martina (9/5): - La posizione è davvero strategica: nel pieno centro di Taipei, a pochi passi dalla metro e perfetta per godersi il quartiere a piedi. La camera e il bagno sono sorprendentemente spaziosi, un vero lusso in città. Al mattino, i dintorni offrono ottime alternative per la colazione, e la vicinanza alla Stazione Centrale rende il collegamento con l'aeroporto rapidissimo. Una menzione speciale allo staff, sempre gentile, educato e disponibile.

Was nice to have a quiet spot to stay. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Great to have a balcony. Very small toilet seat - not very comfortable

Free upgraded room, very spacious room, clean, hot water run very smooth, free coffee and refill water, baggage drop before check in and after chexk out services are so good. - 珍儀 (9/5): 本次居住感受挺好，一是地理位置很好，附近一堆吃的，且可自行機器辦理入住，房間、桌子大小和浴室洗手檯旁空間對單人旅客充足，旅行中所需的化妝品或洗漱用品全擺出來基本都夠放，床和棉被柔軟舒服，棉被無異味，打掃人員有打掃的地方真的很整潔，還幫我把拋 - 交通地理位置、可自行辦理入住、房間大小、床被和衛浴 室內燈光偏暖，在房內用筆電辦公時用著用著就會想睡；另，隔音沒到很好，若鄰房洗澡或在走廊說話大點就會聽見，第一天入住時，不知哪個房客在半夜把電視音量放很大聲，還好隔天就沒了；馬桶浴室清潔不夠，一直聞到有尿騷味，因為是免洗馬桶蓋，總覺得是有前房客站著如廁噴到邊邊角角而沒被清洗到，自己勉強用水清潔後有稍微改善，浴室洗手檯下有個很像垃圾桶的孔洞，但裡面沒有垃圾桶或垃圾袋，前房客丟的垃圾沒被清走，我實在沒勇氣碰，還好沒臭味。
- debra (5/5): Pretty good area, although not glamorous - Didn’t like my first room it was horrible but spoke to Linda and she very graciously helped me find a better room. She was also wonderful on the front desk with any information and getting me a car to my next point of exit. Little bit pokey at first booked a room with supposedly a city of view but I looked out on a mouldy wall luckily was able to change it. Thanks to Linda.

- Sophie (8/5): Easy Access - The location is good for a first-time visitor to Taipei with limited time. It’s easy to find breakfast nearby and buy souvenirs. Massage places and restaurants are all within walking distance. However, it all depends on whether you prefer a centralized location. Overall, it’s a quiet stay, even though the hotel is located within the boundary of a busy area. The alley is only a very short walk to the hotel (about 10 seconds). However, due to the many eateries nearby, it’s unavoidable to sometimes smell sewage when you walk along the alley. But once you’re inside the hotel, there’s no smell. The bed is too hard for me, but my friend is fine with it. However, the pillow is too soft to properly support your neck.
