Leicht überteuert. - Das Hotel wird vor allem von portugiesischen Pauschaltouristen genutzt, und entsprechend ist das Angebot auf sie ausgerichtet. War für uns aber kein Problem. Kein Kampf um Liegestühle am Pool +++ Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und der Kaffee durchaus genießbar. Die Treppe hoch gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Supermarkt), wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Premium Zimmer hat eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, was nett ist. Das Bett ist riesig ++++ Toller, üppiger Garten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Zimmer etwas muffig. Bettwäsche zu klein für das riesige Bett.

L'hôtel ne propose rien comme activité. Pas de soirée à thème ou des artisans locaux qui pourraient venir vendre leurs articles dans l'hôtel.

Der kleine Stadtstrand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zur Stadtmitte muss man eins der vor dem Hotelparkplatz wartenden Taxis ne.

Die sauberkeit der Anlage insbesondere der Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das essen war sehr lecker. Die Abwechslung im sehr leckeren Buffet hätte ein wenig grösser sein können, besonders Gemüseauswahl beim Abendessen. Toilettenpapier darf grosszügiger nachgefüllt werden.

O staff foi sempre muito prestável, simpático e atencioso, nomeadamente a Ana Melo, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Estivemos em regime de meia pensão e, de um modo geral, a comida era boa. Ainda assim, sentimos que a oferta poderia ser um pouco mais variada, já que as opções acabavam por ser algo limitadas e, por vezes, repetitivas ou muito semelhantes entre si. No geral, foi uma experiência positiva e agradecemos a simpatia e dedicação de toda a equipa. Relativamente aos aspetos menos positivos, a ligação à internet revelou alguma instabilidade ao longo da estadia, com falhas frequentes. Também consideramos que a limpeza, sendo aceitável, poderia ser mais cuidada, uma vez que algumas toalhas e lençóis, embora lavados, não transmitiam a sensação de estarem totalmente impecáveis.

- Dr. Gerhard (5/5): Nicht angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis -leider nicht das erste Mal bei der Pestana Kette - Zimmergröße war ok, WLAN auch. Gute Küche 1. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Standard, den man bei dem Preis erwartet. 2 kleine Kaffeemaschinen mit Schlangen, Obst lieblos und ungeschält hingelegt, nur billiges Obst, wenig Abwechslung und sehr viel Kohlenhydrate. 2. Wasser auf dem Zimmer gab es nur eine Flasche am Anfang, keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer 3. Der Pool war zum größten Teil ein Planschbecken für Kinder, groß aber größtenteils nur knöchelhoch. Erwachsene können keine Bahnen schwimmen. 4. Das Personal war oberflächlich freundlich, aber man merkte, daß es allgemein unzufrieden mit der Arbeit und den Arbeitsbedigungen zu sein schien. 5. Kein Service am Pool 6. zuwenige Poolliegen, der Kampf um die Liege jeden Morgen, für diesen Standard nicht angemessen. Handtücher musste man sich an der Rezeption holen

The location was not really good if you do not want to take a taxi to move everywhere. The value for money is not really high (if compared to other countries/places).

- Bill (9/5): Excelente! a repetir - Conforto, piscina, sossego, o acolhimento e a disponibilidade dos funcionários O pequeno almoço e todas as refeições feitas no hotel, muito bom e bem confecionado. Braga por um canudo satisfeito! Algum barulho matinal, mas é enevitavel devido á afluencia de hospedes.

- Nuno (9/5): Uma estadia muito agradável - Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Estão sempre atentos ao detalhe. Durante a estadia a Ana Melo preocupou-se em saber se estávamos bem e se estava tudo a correr bem. O pequeno almoço é muito bom, com variedade de ovos, pão e fruta. O restaurante também é muito bom, quer em termos de qualidade, quer em termos de preço. Apesar de o hotel não ter acesso à praia ou mar, a Prainha está localizada a 3 min a pé.

- Michael (10/5): Schnuppern auf Cabo Verde. - Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Wünsche und Anliegen wurden umgehend bearbeitet, bzw. erfüllt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass der Aufenthalt nur eine Woche war. ;-)

- eric (7/5): Bel hôtel de classe internationale mais sans vraiment de charme - Décoration des chambres soignée et literie impeccable. Piscine d'eau de mer Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Personnel rodé. Quartier un peu isolé mais safe. Pas de vue directe sur la mer depuis une chambre qui annonce vue mer.... Coffre qui ne marche pas.
