• Esther (8/5): Nice appartment - Excellent location. Beds are amazing. One of the few places I stayed with such good beds. There is a lot of space. Service was good. Water pressure in shower is excellent. Nice big tv in every room. Lots of closet space. In every room, there is airconditioning. We enjoyed staying in this appartment! The bathroom smell is unbearable. Smells like a sewer all the time. We had to close the door constantly to avoid the house being invaded by the smell. It was a real pain. Furthermore, shower causes lots of water in the floor. Would be nice to have a floor wiper or something to clean it up afterwards. Next, it would have been nice to have more than one key. Especially because most people stay with a group in this appartment. It is inconvenient with one key when the group wants to split and cannot go home because of the key. In one bedroom the curtain was broken. In addition, the curtains in de bedrooms barely block any light in the bedroom. Would be simply fixed by better curtains.

• Nigel (10/5): Gewoon GEWELDIG! - Wat een appartement! Wat een ligging! Hier voel je je voor 1 nacht Koning/Koningin en waant je in complete luxe! Kan me niets negatiefs bedenken.
• Edvina (10/5): Odlicno - Stan je na super lokaciji, vrlo blizu Bascarsije,a ispred stana je i tramvajska stanica. Prekrasno je uređen i komforan, ima i malu terasu sto je super za pusace. Velik je i prostran sa super udobnim krevetima.Snijeg nas je zatrpao, ali nam je bilo toplo i ugodno u stanu. Prijava i odjava je super organizirana, domacini su vrlo bezo odgovarali na poruke Trebalo bi poraditi na cistoci, zamijeniti puknutu plocu za kuhanje i neke dotrajale stvari u stanu

• yesim (10/5): Our Sarajevo home - An absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated like an art gallery, with high ceilings, fully equiiped, comfortable beds and excellent heating. The location is as central as it gets. We kept saying, “I wish this were our home,” throughout our stay. Th rolace is way more better than the photos. For anyone coming to Sarajevo, I wouldn’t even suggest a second option—this place is the one. Thank you for everything! Nothing!!
• Elma (4/5): Ich werde es nicht nocheinmal buchen. - Die Möbel waren schön. Also die Straßenbahn hört und spürt man so extrem wenn man im Bett liegt, dass wir dadurch aufgewacht sind. Die Wenn man in den Zimmern auf der Straßenseite schläft hört man alles, man hat das Gefühl die Fenster sind offen. Die Duschwand ist nicht ganz dicht, so dass wir jedes Mal aufwischen mussten nach dem Duschen. In der Küche gibt es kein Licht nur im Essbereich. Wir bekamen nur ein großes Handtuch pro Person für 5 Tage. Es gab keine kleinen Handtücher für Gesicht, Hände und Haare, sonst bekamen wir immer überall je 3 Handtücher nur hier nicht. Wir bekamen 3 Rollen WC-Papier für 6 Personen für 5 Tage!! Erst nachdem ich mich darüber aufgeregt hatte bekamen wir dann am 4. Tag WC-Papier und weitere Handtücher und das ist meines Erachtens nicht in Ordnung. Es war auch nicht gründlich geputzt überall war Staub. Es gibt auch nur einen Schlüssel was bei 6 Personen anstrengend ist, da immer eine Person runtergehen muss um das Haustor zu öffnen da es ab 19:00 Uhr immer zugesperrt ist. Weiters haben wir gefragt ob wir früher ein- und auschecken können -wir konnten ab 13:00 Uhr einchecken und mussten auch um 13:00 auschecken dafür wurden mir insgesamt noch zusätzlich 32,40 € abgebucht.

Yonergeler yeterliydi. Tekrardan geldigimde kalacagim bir yer. Fiyati da oldukca makuldu. Konaklayacagimiz saate yakin pasaport bilgilerimiz istendi. Internet konusunda sorun yasadik ve bu sebeple gerildik. Daha erken istenip anahtar sifresi en azindan 1 gun oncesinden verilseydi panik olmazdik. Sadece bu konuya daha dikkat edilirse ziyaretciler de kaygilanmamis olur.

• Borg (8/5): Hieno ja tilava majoitus erinomaisella sijainnilla. - Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Huoneisto on siisti, hienosti sisustettu, hyvin varusteltu ja todella tilava. Erityiskiitos vielä hyvistä sängyistä! Yksi huoneista oli kylmä ja meluisa, johtuen seinän ja ikkunan välissä olevasta raosta. Vain yksi avain on liian vähän isommalle seurueelle.

• Zeljka (7/5): Ok - Vratile smo se iz Sarajeva pomiješanih osjećaja oko stana. Stan je na izvrsnoj lokaciji i svakako je prostorno raskošan. Velik i udoban, udobnih kreveta i čiste posteljine, no tu staje priča. Prvi problem nastao je oko ulaska u stan. U Sarajevo smo stigle oko 9 sati navečer i naš propust je bio što ranije nismo poslale osobne karte da bismo dobile šifru od sandučića gdje možemo uzeti ključeve od stana. Od prvog javljanja do dobivanja šifre prošlo je 1 sat i 45 minuta što je izazvalo popriličnu nervozu jer smo počele sumnjati u cijeli ishod. No to je ipak bilo riješeno. Agencija koja renta stan je u HR i to je najveći problem jer zapravo ni oni sami ne znaju što sve ima u stanu i u kakvom je stan stanju. Drugi i zapravo najveći problem je taj što je u Sarajevu temperatura u vrijeme našeg dolaska bila 0 stupnjeva celzijusa, a centralno grijanje ne radi. Agencija nam je javila da upalimo termostat u dnevnoj sobi kojeg u dnevnoj sobi (usput rečeno) nema već se nalazi u hodniku stana, ali ne radi. Na kraju smo upalile dvije klime koje su radile od ukupno 4 (dvije nisu) i dobro se smrznule. Istina je da smo 90% vremena bile vani, ali isto nije ugodno kada se ujutro probudite pa ne želite ustati iz kreveta jer znate da ćete se smrznuti, ili navečer kada bi još malo zajedno sjele u dnevni boravak (koji je zaista udoban) ali nije vam ugodno sjediti jer je hladno. Ok, ljeti tog problema nema :-) Sve ostalo su stvari koji nisu presudne, ali ih ne očekujete u stanu koji se reklamira kao luksuzan. Npr. kreveti su stvarno čisti i udobni, kupaona je čista, ali sve ostalo nije baš ulašteno. Mi koji apartmane gledamo i iz pozicije gosta, ali i pozicije iznajmljivača znamo kako se stanovi čiste nakon i samo jedne noći najma. Kompletno. Ovdje je bilo suhog kruha u pećnici, suđe u perilici, razbijena ploča za kuhanje, iščupana zavjesa, svjetlo u kuhinji nije radilo... a svuda upozorenja ako nešto razbijete ide globa od 500 eura. Na kraju smo fotografirale zatečeno stanje da se vidi da nismo to mi učinile nego smo zatekle takav prostor. Sve u svemu, malo pažnje nedostaje da ovaj stan ima sve 10-tke, jer je prostor divan, ali na tome treba raditi.

Was equipped with everything and even had a balcony so For those who are smokers this is a great find. I cannot wait to come back again and will definitely recommend to everyone. N/A

• Scott (9/5): Fix the check-in and this will be a superb place to stay. - Huge apartment, in a terrific location. 5 minutes walk to the old town; trams stopping outside too. You have to fix the cleaning process. When we arrived, th washer/dryer was absolutely jammed with towels. We had to take them out to even use the washing machine. The drying rack was full of damp sheets which again we had to remove. Guests should not be expected to do your laundry!

• Ahmet (10/5): Very nice - We really liked the apartment — it had spacious rooms and luxury furnitures. The check-in process was also easy for us. If you’re coming with a large family or a group of friends, I would definitely recommend it. It’s very close to the train or metro station, so you can feel the vibrations from the passing trains, but it’s not a big deal.
