• Petra (7/5): - Tolle Ausstattung des Zimmers, freundliches Personal. Abschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Die Lage ist super für Sightseeing, viel zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war der Straßenlärm im Zimmer zu hören, weshalb wir nicht gut geschlafen haben.

• Daniel (9/5): Modern, central, good vibe - Perfect if you want a hotel with a vibe and atmosphere that is to serve as a base to explore Vienna. Bed is comfy, shower is excellent. The only hotel in Europe we stayed at where we could make the overnight temp in the room lower than 23 degrees which we loved. It’s said in the comments but there is a big lack of storage options in a smart room, so be prepared to neatly unpack your whole suitcase on to their shelving unit (your clothing will be “exposed”) and then put the suitcase under the bed. If this doesn’t bother you, then you’ll have a great stay. It’s a great hotel.

• R_C_ (2/5): i was looking for a not expesive Hotel, and i was sure that i choose right... but i was wrong - Breakfast - a bit better than 3 star continental breakfast, self service and most of the offered items are completely unhealthy and very tasteless. Dinner at the restaurant - costs almost double that nearby restaurants. Staturday branch & Sunday branch, const is extremely high. beds mattress - hard likestone covered with a very light layer of visco,it was abit better thanto sleep on the floor. pilows - uncomfortable at all. cleaning work is properly done every 3 days Payment - there was some anger of we, having a reduced price via booking.com and we were tricked at the end. during the checkout, we received an invoice with the correct value in Euro, but the actual charge to the bank was not in Euro (the hotel perfomed a conversion to our currency -PLN and chaged high commission for the conversion) Only the Location is good, hoever it is a bit for from the city center (30 minutes byt foot) using uber is nice and frequent but eventually costy

• Anita (8/5): Einladend gemütlich und zugleich schick, empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt mit Stil! - Das Hotel ist in super Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV für die Erkundungen der Stadt und das abendliche Ausgehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine tolle Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett und entgegenkommend, bspw. konnten wir wesentlich früher einchecken. Das Ambiente war sehr schön und stilvoll, einladend gemütlich und zugleich schick. Einzige Anmerkung: in unserem Zimmer gab es für zwei Personen leider weitaus zu wenig Haken oder andere Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten für die Handtücher, Kulturbeutel und dergleichen.

• Doreen (9/5): - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Belvedere ist super. Das Personal ist durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Einrichtungskonzept ist sehr modern. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof. Die Betten waren super bequem, vielleicht in der von uns gebuchten Kategorie etwas schmal. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Fenster im Zimmer war schon etwas älter und hat sich nicht einfach schliessen lassen. Sonst war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Komme gerne wieder.
• Esse (10/5): Für alle, die authentischen, persönlichen Service schätzen: Klare Empfehlung! - Titel: Aussergewöhnlicher persönlicher Service – ein seltenes Erlebnis! Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Daniel war herausragend. Das Check-in war aussergewöhnlich warmherzig – kein stereotyper Ablauf mit Pass und Reservierung, sondern echter Augenkontakt und persönliche Aufmerksamkeit. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat: Die Mitarbeiter wussten von meinen vorab per E-Mail gestellten Sonderwünschen. Ich musste nichts wiederholen – sie kamen selbst darauf, sobald mein Name fiel. Der Service geht weit über das Übliche hinaus. Als ich auf Sendungen wartete und Termine in Wien koordinieren musste, fragten sie aktiv nach, boten Hilfe an und hatten das nötige Wissen. Keine Massenabfertigung, sondern höchst persönliche Betreuung. Und das spielt niemand vor – man spürt echte Leidenschaft für den Beruf. Besonderer Dank gilt Melissa am Check-in. Sie hat weit mehr getan, als ich erwartet hätte – mit natürlicher Herzlichkeit, die wirklich selten geworden ist. Für alle, die authentischen, persönlichen Service schätzen: Klare Empfehlung! Man fühlt sich hier nicht als Nummer, sondern als Gast. ★★★★★

• Katrien (7/5): Degelijk hotel op wandelafstand van de metro. - Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel 😊 Ruime kamer 😊. Zeer tevreden over personeel aan de balie van het hotel 😃. Weliswaar vrij veel lawaai van het verkeer aan de twee straatzijden ☹️. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt met lekkere koffie . Verbeterpunten: - leeslampje met eigen schakelaar 😅 aan bed ipv 2 grote plafond hanglampen boven bed; - Douche liep over, heel vervelend. Putjes op tijd reinigen en ontstoppen 😅.

• Sophia (7/5): Great for train travel - Located convenient walking distance from train station, and 30min walk into centre, breakfast options (including to-go). Room was a bit too hot (27°C upon check in), and took our full stay to get down to a more reasonable temperature (24°C). The WC may be unique for some people, and doesn't offer a lot of privacy.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - All was excellent(room appearance, cleaning, breakfast, position in the city, staff). The hotel room I received was not so isolated phonic and if you are a light sleeper like me, you can hear the cars all night long. So it is not easy to rest.

La colazione è varia e abbondante, nella hall c'è pure il carrellino dei popcorn da cui servirsi liberamente. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera d'angolo (panorama) al sesto piano con una ottima vista sulla città. La stanza era ben spaziosa, dotata di macchina per caffè a cialde e frigobar. Pulizia ineccepibile, con riassetto a richiesta. Niente da segnalare

Es war etwas laut und das Waschbecken war im Zimmer, nicht so gut, wenn jemand nachts auf die Toilette ging und danach Hände waschen wollte.
