• Oliver (10/5): Klasse, mitten im der Stadt. - Tolle Lage direkt in Stadt mit kostenlosen Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Zugang zum Parkhaus ist direkte nebenan.

• Hamper (8/5): - Die Lage ist top, wirklich nicht zu übertreffen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten hat gepasst. Die Ausstattung war gut und für unseren Aufenthalt ausreichend. Einige Ecken dürfen mit der Zeit wieder aufgefrischt werden.

To get the keys to the apartment, we had to go to MoneyGram (a very unpleasant place overall), which was located a couple of blocks from the apartment, stand in line with customers, and only then get the keys. There were three sleeping places, a bed and two sofas. The sofas are very narrow for two. Huge windows - absolutely no curtains.

• Lamine (1/5): Very disappointing and unacceptable experience - I had an extremely negative experience with this property and would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking. Even before my arrival, the owner spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner over the phone. This already raised concerns, but the situation became much worse upon arrival. The key collection process is highly inconvenient and poorly communicated. The keys must be picked up from a completely different location than the apartment, which makes access impossible without first traveling elsewhere. When I arrived at the pickup location, I was surprised to find that it was actually a small shop which did not feel appropriate or professional for such a service. The situation escalated when the owner refused to hand over the keys simply because I had asked him to speak more respectfully. As a result, I was left without accommodation despite having a confirmed booking. I had no choice but to call the police to the location so they could witness the situation, as I wanted to ensure that a refund would be processed before I left. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. Overall, this was one of the worst booking experiences I have ever had. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for the guest. I do not recommend this property.
• susanne (8/5): - Wir haben auf der Durchreise Station in Karlsruhe gemacht, um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Hierfür ist das Appartement bestens geeignet, denn es liegt zentral in einer Fußgängerzone (Ein- und Ausladen zu üblichen Tageszeiten möglich) und vorallem ist das Parkhaus im Preis inbegriffen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war durchweg freundlich und schnell.

• Mona (8/5): Super - Sehr zentral, hell, geräumig, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher war da. Schlafcouch und Bett sehr bequem. Terrasse schön. Es hat eigentlich nichts gefehlt. Eigentlich nichts. Es war alles ok.

• Tatyana (10/5): - Отличные апартаменты. В центре города. Есть парковочное место. В апартаментах есть все необходимое (в том числе стиральная и посудомоечная машина). Очень удобное заселение - хозяин прислал подробную инструкцию как добраться, как воспользоваться парковкой и заселиться. Было очень удобно. В апартаментах чисто и тепло.

• Sergii (9/5): Nice place to stay - The location is excellent. Parking is available in the underground garage (the owner has a subscription and will provide you with a key) located directly beneath the building. You have to pick up the key from the underground garage first and only then you can park your car, and vice versa during check out. If you paid for parking yourself, it would be much faster. However, if you're looking to save a little money, this subscription is a really great option. You have everything you need: kitchenware, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine (with coffee), an electric kettle (with different tea choices), a washing machine and a dishwasher. It can be noisy outside in the late evening, because of the cafe in the opposite building.

Также было довольно холодно

• Dejan Andjelic (8/5): - Nice location, spacious apartment, free parking Door code didn't work so we had to wait host to unlock. Apartment wasn't preheated on a cold night.
• Tugba (9/5): Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - Es ist sehr zentral, modern eingerichtet und sehr hell. Das einzige Problem war dass der Wasserkocher nicht funktionierte, aber das ist wirklich nicht so schlimm.
