- Gerald (8/5): We had a great week there, location suited our needs perfectly - Very convenient to Luna Park and trams (looks right across to Luna Park). Busy area, but the double glazing kept most of the noise out, so not a problem. Full-height double glazed sliding door led out to a small balcony looking out towards Luna Park. In easy reach of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets.
Good small kitchen and dining bench, with microwave, full sized stove top and oven. Nespresso machine, with pods provided, as well as assorted tea bags. Good sized fridge. Plenty of glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Large TV, comfortable leather lounge. Good air conditioner. Included washing machine and dryer was appreciated, plus iron and ironing board.
Secure parking underneath off Carlisle St. Parking used a vehicle stacker, but this was easy to use, and only took a couple of minutes to get the vehicle down. Only suited for smaller cars with low height. The bathroom was quite dark. One downlight didn't work, the shower needs a downlight. Understand this is being attended to. The basin looks trendy, but is only effectively about 250mm diameter, with the long spout hanging over making it difficult to wash one's face.
Afternoon sun beams in, making the room a bit hot in summer; however the roller blinds were effective, as was the a/c. The balcony was also a bit hot to sit there in the afternoon, but then again, it was middle of summer.

- Loretta (10/5): Loved it would use again if I need to stay in St Kilda again. - Loved the location, close to the beach, plenty of restaurants in the immediate area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great facilities if you wanted to cook for yourself. Beds were comfortable. Balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Surprisingly traffic noise was not too bad during the night.

- Matoyla (6/5): I wouldn'y stay here again simply because it was right above KFC and just awful smells - $400.00 per night without parking or wifi is really not acceptable.
Also it is right above KFC so you could not sit on the balcony because it stunk - the balcony was also dirty.

The heart to Luna Park Palais Theater shops restaurants and the beach.
A happening place to be. Stacking system for small cars only😞
But there is on street free parking...no dramas for owners of bigger cars 😁
