• Brantcheva (10/5): A wonderful apartment - Great hosts, very easy and pleasant communication. They explained everything to us in detail and were available. The apartment is clean, pleasant and in a very convenient location, about 5 minutes walk to the historical center and the sights, also to a grocery store. There is a tram stop next to the apartment, which easily takes you to the train station, if you decide to travel to Bruges and Antwerp like us. A big plus is that there is an option if you arrive early to leave your suitcase and take a walk, and then check in later, as well as upon departure. The only inconvenience in the apartment is that there is no high shower stand, in order to take a shower you have to hold the shower head with one hand, which is very inconvenient. It should be borne in mind that there is no elevator, and the stairs to the second floor are quite steep and narrow, getting the suitcase up and down was a real challenge.

• Sai Chananchida (8/5): Great stay - Really great location near the city center. There was also a kettle, electric stove, and plates despite the limited space. It got a bit warm in the room with only one fan.
• Istvan (1/5): The most horrid smell in an apartment I ever experienced - It's not too far from the downtown area. The bathroom had a vile stench, which permeated the whole apartment and made our stay almost unbearable. We had to fortify ourselves whenever we wanted to go to the bathroom. It's inhumane to offer this apartment as holiday dwelling.
• Patricia (8/5): Fantastisch Gent!! - De locatie is fantastisch! En de communicatie met de eigenaren verloopt perfect! Alles was heel duidelijk. Voor de locatie en het gevoel van vakantie valt niets echt tegen, maar bij verbetering van deze punten zou het verblijf nog beter zijn: - Bij de bedden vormde een kuil in het midden. - We misten een gordijn voor het raam bij de douche/bad. - Het parkeren in de garage 'Ramen' viel qua kosten erg tegen. De prijs is nu €31 per 24 uur. Dit stond anders in de informatie die we ontvingen. Houd rekening met gehorigheid in het pand, vooral van bovenburen.

La escaleras muy estrechas y empinadas. La falta de ascensor. Las almohadas poco cómodas y el colchón del piso 3 era incómodo. La ducha del apart. 2 no tenia presión y era muy baja. No habia tostadora ni horno.

Bueno el edificio no tiene ascensor y hay que subir las escaleras, pero en mi caso no fue un gran problema.uj

La calefacción funcionaba bien y la ubicación era muy buena, céntrico y cerca de todo. Instrucciones del anfitrión muy buenas tanto del acceso como de parking cercano etc... En el salón había una cama que no se podía plegar y por tanto el salón quedaba muy reducido, para poder comer en la mesa, pero bueno apenas estuvimos, así que para un desayuno o cena rápida bien. La lampara de la habitación no funcionaba y tuvimos que usar la de la mesilla

A cereja no topo do bolo foi terem colocado uma TV num dos quartos ainda durante a nossa estadia :) Diria que era o que faltava na casa. Aproveito para sugerir que poderiam colocar um móvel no wc, pois a divisão é enorme com bastante espaço que poderia ser aproveitado para colocarem um móvel como suporte ao wc (colocar bolsas de maquilhagem, roupa para vestir ao sair do banho,....)

No había tostador, la satén toda despellejada, no había sufientes cucharillas, no tijeras, no abridor de botellas....falta menaje. En la habitación no cerraba bien la puerta del balcón, por suerte no hizo mucho frio.

• Pallav (9/5): Beautiful stay close to the center in a quite neighbourhood - We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The atmosphere was quiet, and the self-check-in process was easy. The location is convenient, with a tram stop, restaurants, and a market nearby. The host also shared clear and helpful information before arrival, including directions, transportation options, Wi-Fi, parking, and nearby food options. He let us keep our luggage during check-in and checkout, and also provided us with additional coffee pods for the machine, which is greatly appreciated. Nothing particular that we disliked, but there are a few minor points that could be improved. The room near the balcony took some time to warm up, though an extra heater was provided upon request. The bathroom sink drained a bit slowly and sometimes became a bit slippery. Since cleaning is an additional service, having some basic cleaning supplies in the apartment would be helpful. These are small points, but overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

• GT (10/5): An unforgettable, warm, and beautifully organized stay that made our trip to Ghent even more special - I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms and the bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — I felt free and relaxed throughout my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The atmosphere was warm and quiet, which made it even more pleasant. The self check-in process was simple and smooth. The street is peaceful, and having both the tram stop and the market so close to the hotel was extremely convenient. What I appreciated the most was the detailed information the hotel sent us before our arrival — clear instructions on how to reach the hotel, all available transport options from the airport to the city, nearby food places, and even information about Wi-Fi and parking. All those little details that usually take hours to search and plan were prepared for us in advance. It made our trip so much easier, and I am truly grateful for that. I also asked for help in arranging a birthday surprise for a family member. Even though it was during the weekend, they kindly supported me for three days to make sure everything went perfectly — and it absolutely did. I am extremely satisfied and thankful for the warm, attentive service. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t say there was anything I disliked, but there are a few small things that could be improved for an even better experience. In the bathroom, the sink was draining quite slowly, so it would fill up and we had to wait for the water to go down. Also, since the cleaning service comes with an additional fee, we decided not to request it, but it would have been helpful to have some basic cleaning supplies available in the apartment so we could tidy up ourselves. Regarding the double bed, there was one shared duvet. It would be more comfortable to have an extra blanket available, so each person could have their own. The room was warm, but for someone who gets cold easily, an additional blanket makes a big difference. I would recommend future guests to request this in advance — I am sure the hotel would happily provide it. I personally didn’t write to ask, simply because I didn’t want to bother the staff. These are very minor suggestions, and overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Doordat de deur open stond rook het hele appartement niet fris bij aankomst. Maar toiletbril omlaag en deur dicht houden werkte goed. Niet alle lichtknoppen op de weg naar boven werkte goed. Beetje tricky als je drie hoog zit.

Összességében elfogadható ár-érték arányú, de vannak kellemetle - A szállás nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el, könnyen megközelíthető a belváros. • Stefan (3/5): Dirty and full of mosquitos - The proximity of the apartment to the old town. We arrived at the apartment only to find dirt under the blanket of one bed, a really dusty ventilator, smashed mosquitos on the wall everywhere (with blood) and hairs on the shower wall. The apartment was full of dozens (living) mosquitos, so our first night was a nightmare, because of stings and the sound of them buzzing. After contacting the owner the cleaning staff came on the 3rd (!) day of our stay due to a misunderstanding with the cleaning company. After that we finally felt comfortable and the apartment felt clean. For the upcoming nights we bought a mosquito repellent device that was very effective. The owner assured as to compensate the costs for it, but one week later we have received none. The only positives were the price and the location, but hygene is an absolute must! The owners were quick to respond, but that doesn't make the mosquitos go away nor makes the apartmen clean.
• Silvia (5/5): Lage gut aber würde es nicht mehr wählen . Da es schon einfach zu abgewohnt ist für das Geld - Die Lage zum Zentrum war super. Zu Fuß war man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt . Auch eine Tram Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür . Man hat schnell Antwort auf Fragen bekommen. Sie ist sehr abgewohnt. An vielen Stellen sind Flecken an der wand . Fehlt Farbe an den Leisten . Auch könnte es sauberer sein ( an den Lampen war oben eine Staubschicht die ist schon länger da. Der große Duschkopf ist verkalkt. Auch sind die Wasserhähne sehr wackelig . Zur Info es geht in den 3 Stock einen steile Treppe hoch . Nichts für große schwere Koffer

Quiet neighborhood; good location between station and historic center. it's on the top floor and no elevator.

Despite opening the windows, once we closed them to sleep, the room would get incredibly warm (heat was off). Also, invest in 5e of hardware for a proper shower head to stay high. The tub is there.
• Jo (8/5): We 💕 Ghent! - The accommodation is in a great location close to the historic centre and just a tram ride away from the main St. Pieter’s station. There are plenty of local shops and bars and cafe’s and it’s only a short walk from the main bars and restaurants. The hosts sent some really helpful pre-arrival info and were very communicative, replying to enquiries quickly. The interior needs a little TLC. It would be a squeeze for 4 adults!

As there were only 2 of us this wasn’t an issue as we sat on the double bed in the kitchenette area

Communication was clear, they made us know everything that we needed to know prior to the trip Our stay at the hotel was comfortable overall, but there was a safety issue with the kitchen curtain. Every time we opened the window, the curtain and its rod would fall, which was quite dangerous. It fell on my hand once and on my friend’s head another time because the rod was not properly suited for the window. This should definitely be fixed.

• Che (9/5): Lovely and cozy stay in Gent the historical city. - The apartment is in a convenient block. Our spacious rooms are at the 3rd floor with nice view. The kitchenette is small but works well. We had nice breakfasts at the big table to start a day. The rooms, bathroom, towels, and bedsheets are clean. We appreciated the welcome chocolate and SPA bottled water. Since our lugguages are quite big and heavy, we'd like to have a lift that is big enough for the lugguage. The entrance was partially blocked, which can be dangerous when there's emergency.

There was nothing wrong. The space just missed a bit of personal touch.One of the beds' mattress was not so comfortable (sagged in the middle).

The center support of the beds (both rooms) was broken (and it looks like it wasn’t the first time). The entrance of the building was like a stockroom of dirty sheets and a new stack of toilet paper, left 30 cm to pass to the stairs. While the rooms were fairly comfortable, the bathroom missed some practical elements (some hooks to hang clothing, a small table to put stuff on, something to dry towels…

Nice hosts, although we didn't meet in person -they sent us all kind of helpful tips and information. The apartment itself is simple and clean (if you are a couple not having wi-fi or a TV is a plus- you can do other more exciting things 🥂.) The location is great, on a quiet street. • Magdalena (7/5): Great location, but apartment needs improvement - Great location, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The communication with the owner was smooth and prompt, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. The apartment itself was a bit disappointing (apartment with 2 bedrooms). The furniture felt cheap and worn, and the mattresses seemed quite used and uncomfortable. The space was also dusty and had a slight odor, which made the stay less pleasant. Overall, the apartment could use some refurbishing to improve comfort and cleanliness.
