• Kordula (8/5): toller Kurztrip mit Freundinnen nach Wien - sehr grosse schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit super Ausstattung Küche, Bäder ( alles noch recht neu bzw. frisch renoviert) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🤗 drei Bäder vier Toiletten bei 5 Erwachsenen einfach super 👍🤗 Wlan vor Ort, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand es wäre nicht vorhanden tolle zentrale Lage , wir haben sogar direkt vor der Tür einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen die Zimmer zur Strasse sind leider sehr laut, eins der Doppelbetten ist nur 1,40m für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit 5 Erwachsenen etwas zu klein ( und nicht verständlich da es wirklich sehr grosszügige Räume sind warum da nicht ein grosses Doppelbett steht) oben im 4 Stock ist eine tolle Dachterrasse ,es war aber nicht ganz klar ob die für das ganze Haus nutzbar war ( in der Beschreibung stand nichts, aber in den Nachrichten war immer von einer Terrasse die Rede

• Christine (10/5): L’appartement lumineux et confortable parfait pour notre groupe de 5 adultes. - Emplacement, calme, espace, équipements, propreté , literie , cuisine L’ascenseur était en panne, mais ce n’était pas grave
• cristina (7/5): Nu recomand - Large, beautiful, and chic apartment. Each room has its own bathroom, which is a big plus. There is a dishwasher, dishes, detergents, and even coffee capsules. The cleanliness was okay, but it could have been better. The location is good; we found parking every day right in front of the building. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and on Booking no one mentioned that the elevator has been out of service since January. So after a full day of driving, we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves. The owners kept brushing us off, saying they would talk to the building administrators about the elevator, although it was obvious that this wasn’t true. In addition, the internet was very weak—the worst of all the places we stayed at. So don’t rely on it. Even though we informed them about the internet issue as well, no action was taken.

• Jennifer (10/5): A truly fantastic apartment! Extremely impressive. - A truly fantastic apartment. Extremely spacious and well resourced. So lovely to have 4 toilets & 3 bathrooms. Lovely and warm, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher a real bonus. Excellent communication from owner, with handy guides. I really can’t recommend this property enough! (Walkable to city centre, or easy public transport links, Aldi store a few mins walk, along with a host of bakeries & restaurants) Nothing - it’s really great.

They were a bit wore out, thin and stiff. The pillows could be updated as well. All the rest was great. Thanks so much
• RUKEN (10/5): Viyana’daki evimiz - Seyahatlerimde bugüne kadar kaldığım yerler içinde en temiz ve donanımlı daire burasıydı. Her oda ve banyo dip köşe temizlenmişti. Dairede bir evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey var, yataklar oldukça rahat. Sessiz ve güvenli bir mahallede, metroya yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınlarda üç büyük market, AVM ve restoranlar var. Kalabalık arkadaş gruplarının konaklaması için ideal.
• Angela (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. Excellent communication with agent/owners. Would recommend for anyone coming to Vi - Large rooms, very spacious, well heated for winter. Super convenient location close to public transport. Great showers, water pressure was excellent. Had everything we needed, glasses, bottle opener, pots and pans. Well stocked with cleaning facilities as well which allowed us to use the washing machine. Two of the top windows we were unable to close completely which didn’t cause us any issues but as I understand the owners wanted us to have all of the windows closed to preserve the heat.

• tom (10/5): - When they say spacious, it didn’t disappoint. Could comfortably accommodate 3 couples making it really good value. Well equipped meaning we are in for 2 evenings after long days out visiting the attractions. Fantastic apartment.
• Lai Ling (8/5): - A really spacious and cosy apartment. All three bedrooms are en suite. And there is one more toilet outside. We are family of three. On the first and second nights, I didn’t have hot running water for showers. On the third night, my daughter said water was not hot enough but managed to take the shower. After that no more hot water for the whole night so we contacted the owner immediately. He replied promptly saying that he would look into the problem. Luckily we got hot water the next morning. The owner asked us to turn off/ on the boiler and there was hot running water afterwards. But I got sick because of the cold water showers!

It is beautiful, spacious, clean, well decorated, comfortable and peaceful with easy access to Vienna central. There was no fault to be found with any aspect of our stay.

• Nick (9/5): Can confirm it’s spacious and comfortable - Excellent property, absolutely massive for an apartment, felt like we were in a three bedroom house. We stayed here over new years as a meeting point with other family members who also travelled to Vienna to join us. Everything we needed was in the apartment, including a fully functional kitchen. Sofa lounges do look a bit weary but were very comfortable. Loved that each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom and toilet! There is also an extra toilet just off the hallway. There was a washing machine too which came in handy for us. Location is excellent with local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Trams located on either end of the street and Rennweg train station also located about 10 min walk from apartment. Property is exactly as advertised and photos of apartment are true to what you are getting. This apartment made for an excellent space for a new years family reunion and I would recommend this place for any larger groups/families. Nothing, everything we needed was here.
• Wenjia (10/5): Amazing apartment with great value for money. Spacious, well furnished and great location. - We had a super pleasant stay in this lovely and spacious flat. Every room is well sized with en-suite bathroom plus another shared toilet for the living room. Decor is new and modern. Great kitchen and living room. Short walk to central and with many interesting cafes and restaurants to explore in the neighborhood. This flat has everything you need for family or group travelers. Parking is available in nearby public facilities. A bit expensive for overnight parking but still worth it. No allocated parking. We had to unload everything first, then drive to the public car park. Traffic wardens were spotted nearby.

• David (9/5): Great location, great property. - The location is excellent, and it certainly lives up to the spacious description with very generous accommodation. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for my grown up family. The only complaint is really driven by the weather - it was very hot outside (30+) and the apartment was uncomfortably warm at times.
• Elena (10/5): It was worth the money. - The property was newly renovated and clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood 20 min by walking from the center of Vienna or 7-10 min by tram. Sometimes you can hear people’s movements in above flat, but people were respectful and quiet at night.
