• Iwona (5/5): - The size and cleaness of the apartment. The proximity of downtown, shops and restaurants. We stayed at the property in the coldest days of January 2026 with 32 Fahrenheit and it was cold. The windows in the apartment are huge and the cold was creeping into the apartment and the heating couldnt keep up. Also the owner kept repeating that they try to accomodate early check in and late check out but wasnt flexible with either check in or check out, although in both cases we ask only for 1 hour flexibility. Also the surrandings weren't good, full of homeless people on the streets and a lot of noise from the highway.

• candy (9/5): - The place was very clean, comfortable, and safe. The location is excellent; however, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby freeway. Overall, everything else was perfect. Noise freeway at night.

• Sheila (10/5): Short stay to meet family and go to game at Kaseya centre. - The location was great for us. Parking facilities were secure and free. Owner in touch and responsive. Very clean. Nothing. Would have been great to be able to stay longer to make use of all facilities. An extra fob would be useful as the 4 of us split to do different activities but we could work round it.

• Laurian (10/5): Loved all of it. - The unit exceeded our expectations. The unit was perfect, with a nice view on the highway (the noise was not bad at all). The pool on the 4th floor was very good and for us the presence of a gym was also very nice. We came to rest completely. The brand new target on the block was also very easy to acces. John answered al our questions quite quickly.

The accommodation we had originally booked was cancelled at the eleventh hour and we were so pleased to find such a great place at short notice. Communication with the rental firm was first rate. Loved the decor, loved the facilities, loved Miami! Great facilities, excellent service from the rental company. Great central location with parking.
