Marie (8/5): Nice central hotel - The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Minca. There are other nice hotels outside but if you want to make your stay easy this is a great option! The staff was very nice and helpful ! Breakfast was good too! Our room smelled like humidity which was a bit problematic…
A (5/5): Un séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement central et à l’accueil chaleureux, malgré un hôtel qui mériterait quelques amél - L’emplacement idéal, en plein cœur du village, ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. L’établissement a un réel potentiel, mais il gagnerait à bénéficier d’un rafraîchissement général et d’un meilleur entretien.
Mélanie (7/5): Correct - Excellent emplacement, la piscine et la terrasse sur le toit sont de beaux atouts. Le personnel est très gentil! Chambre vétuste et la toilette également!! Lorsque nous sommes descendus déjeuner il n’y avait personne, pas de café prêt, finalement quelqu’un est venu, pas de choix réellement.

Magalie (2/5): - Sehr Gute Lage mitten im Zentrum Im Zentrum kann man auch Wäsche waschen Leider wurde unsere Zimmer zwischen den Tagen nicht gereinigt; es gab ebenfalls keine neuen Handtücher. Das Bad war sehr klein und der duschkopf schon am verrosten. Man konnte auch keinen Föhn ausleihen an der Rezeption Das Frühstück am ersten Tag was super man bekam Kaffee Kakao und Saft sowie Obst und konnte auch dann ein Gericht aus der Karte aussuchen. Am zweiten Tag konnte man sich nichts aussuchen es gab für alle Gäste Eier und Kaffe das Obst dazu unreif

Nicole (9/5): Ideale plek, midden in het dorp. - Ontzettend aardig personeel. De ligging is perfect. Prachtig dakterras met heerlijke hangmatten. Er stond een (gevulde) koelkast op de kamer maar de stekker zat er niet in omdat het snoer te kort was. Het was vervelend dat we deze dus niet konden gebruiken.

Bathroom door doesn't fit in door open frame and doesn't close. Toilet seat doesn't stay up for men. The sandwich that I bought from the dining room contained meat that might have been shoe leather.

Olga (5/5): Not a pleasant stay - The hotel is located in the center of the village, close to all the restaurants. The pool is nice and a very pleasant sitting area on the upper floor. The room was very basic - small with no wardrobe, no safe. The balcony is a joke facing the back street with abandoned buildings, not a pleasant view. The breakfast was not tasty.

Magnus (1/5): Not recommended at all - Central location, pool Unfortunately this is not your typical "luxury" hotel despite its high price and appearance/photos. Our stay was a disappointment from start to finish, including: - We were promised a room on the top floor (to avoid excessive noise), but upon check-in this was not available despite the hotel confirming its availability just days before us checking in. Staff refused to upgrade us and wanted extra payment to change room (to the one promised) in the middle of our stay when it became available - NOISY! Loud party music and/or TV noise banging from early in the morning to late in the evening. Totally unnecessary - Several power outages, lasting up to 3-4 hours without any electricity. Power outages are common in Minca, and despite this the hotel does not have a backup generator. Even budget hostels in town has this - Disgusting moldy smell in the rooms. The staff were fully aware of the problem as they constantly aired all unoccupied rooms all day due to these smell issues - Frequent lack of toilet paper and soap on the common toilets next to the pool - Tiny room with a small and uncomfortable double bed - Sour coffee in the breakfast

Alexandra (9/5): Excellent location in the centre of Minca - Friendly staff who were always on hand, rooms were clean, location was excellent right in the centre of town. The breakfast was decent (fruit, eggs, bread, juice, coffee) and we were allowed to store our bags as well as check in early. The pool was a little awkward to use and the property was expensive compared to others in the area of a similar standard. There were also 2 power cuts during our stay. The shower was very weak.

Jared (6/5): Great location, but needs some improvements. - Amazing location in the center of Minca. The room was clean and the AC worked. The staff are kind. My toilet didn’t work and they sent someone to fix it - but it still didn’t work and then they allowed me to change rooms. Noisy, not well isolated rooms. Hotel playing loud music at 7:30 in the morning. Make sure to bring earplugs to sleep with!

Alysia (9/5): Lovely hotel with modern facilities - Excellent stay, the staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They helped us arrange a taxi service from Santa Marta to the facility for a good price and they adapted the breakfast to cater for gluten free. We loved the common spaces, the final floor with hammocks is great for watching the sunrise/ sun set, listening to the birds and reading a good book. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. WiFi and aircon worked well. As we visited in low season we had the place to our selves virtually as there were very few other guests.

Laura (9/5): Would stay again and would recommend! - Perfect central location just off the main road. Staff were pleasant. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was typical - eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee - but good. Nice open dining/work area. I questioned booking it with the 7.8 rating it got but it was only one of two options for the date I was looking for. I read the mixed reviews and just decided to take the chance. Happy I did...I would definitely stay again! Very minor but the cold handle on my sink didn't work when I turned it on (no water came out), only the hot one did. However, the water wasn't hot so it was fine for what I needed it for (washing hands, brushing teeth, washing face). The windows are your typical single pane windows so it can be noisy being around the courtyard where the pool is. Although, the room had both air conditioning and a fan so between the two they were good white noise.

Thomas (4/5): The hotel is way overpriced for what you get - The massage they offered was good and they cleaned the room nicely after the first night for the rest we couldn't wait to leave. The hotel was full of kids, our room was directly next to the playground and the pool. There was a constant mix of screaming kids, loud music from the bar and people playing in the pool. Furthermore, there where dogs in the hotel which were constantly barking while the hotel writes that pets are not allowed. In our room were holes where insects came through. The bathroom was very tiny and also there was an open pipe where noise came out as well. We had to wait extremely long for the food. The music at the bar near the pool is very loud and annoying. Please read the small letters. They charge you a big amount for service costs. The hotel is for what you get way over priced. If you ask for a water instead of a coffee or chocolate at the breakfast they will charge you for the water.
