• Mary (10/5): Calm apartment near the crazy crowds. - -Simona is the best host! She left little treats and convenient items all around the apartment. -Great location (walk to everything) yet somehow pretty quiet. Most things are 10-20 minute walk or less, and train station is about 30 minute walk. -Old school Italian apartment with actual Italian neighbors. It was a little noisy at night but fine with the windows closed.

She met us when we arrived and was just lovely. The room was perfect and the location - you couldn't beat it. The shower wasn't the greatest but it did was it needed to do.

• Guest (10/5): We enjoyed the stay and the city centre with the BEST host! - This property is so close to Trevi fountain and in the middle of the city centre, which gave us so much space to walk the city to nearby attractions. Simona, our host, was very attentive and responsive leading up to our travel date, educating us on parts of the property we didn't understand and helping us arrange transportation to and from the airport, and checking on us after our return. The apartment was a perfect size for a couple with all the amenities you could possibly need for a week long stay. Yes - there is A/C for the US travelers which was perfect. The sheets and towels were clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely return in the future and recommend friends and family. Having a helpful host just makes the stay that much better. There is nothing to mention here. The only note is that the elevator is small, but that comes with the charm of Rome and city stays. This is not a big deal as the elevator was quick and functional to make several trips to get our bags going.

YEA Very safe and quite .. 2 min walk to Trevi Fountain which we visit many early morning to watch the sun rise ; 10 minute bus ride to main station BUS 85 We got a 3 day bus pass very important to have a bus ticket we watch many people getting fine on the bus not having a ticket fantastic eatery restaurant out from our apartment . Walking distance to the Colosseum Highly recommended ok Thank you for our amazing stay ❤️

• Michael (10/5): So glad we chose to stay here. - Simona was very welcoming and made us feel right at home, she even sent us a message during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment had everything we needed including free drinks and snacks, wine, even laundry detergent. The location was only a few steps from The Trevi fountain in a busy well lit street with restaurants downstairs. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated with access via an elevator. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Everything was perfect

You need to be aware of the limitations on AC usage, it wad restricted until May 1st, but whether was fresh and it was comfortable with open windows
• Dorothea (10/5): A quiet and relaxing apartment in the city! - A wonderful location on a quieter street near the Trevi Fountain. The elevator was small but quick and very clean. The apartment had all the necessities and felt like home. We had plenty of storage space to unpack our luggage. We both slept soundly through the night after long days of exploring the city with no issues. Simona thought of everything we could possibly need from coffee/tea and snacks to milk/soda and small candies. The washer was a special treat that allowed us to pack less so we had room for some souvenirs!

She went above and beyond by preparing a thoughtful gift for our kids upon arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. On the day we left, she even acknowledged our daughter’s birthday and later took the time to send her birthday wishes a few days after. She also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Such kindness and attention to detail made our experience truly special. • Matt (10/5): Perfect apartment in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain. - I was travelling alone, so the size of the apartment was perfect for me, and had a everything you could need. The fridge was also stocked with soft and alcoholic drinks, including a lovely bottle of Prosecco! A stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, the location was ideal for walking anywhere in the city; the Colosseum and Forum were only 20 minutes away, and the Vatican around 40 minutes. There was also a supermarket only 5 minutes away. Simonetta was an excellent host, friendly and happy to offer advise and suggestions if required. She even wished me happy birthday, which occurred whilst I was there. I would definitely recommend Simonetta's apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again.

She stocked the fridge with drinks and had lots of snacks and candies. The apartment is so comfortable and we all loved it. The location is incredible. When you walk out the door, the Trevi fountain is only a few feet away. Simona also booked us a van to take us to the airport the day we left. If I ever go back to Rome, I am definitely staying at La Perla di Trevi. Simona thank you for everything. You are a gem ❤️

She met us on arrival and made sure that we had all information needed to arrive with ease, she offered recommendations for dinner nearby, and arranged for a car service to the airport at the end of our stay. You could not ask for a better host experience! The property is fully equipped with everything you might need, along with several sweet little extras provided by Simona. It truly felt like a home-away-from-home and we'd have loved to stay much longer! The location, though just steps away from the Trevi Fountain, is quiet allowing for peaceful sleep. We will definitely return to La Perla on our next visit to Rome!

La Perla di Trevi is located within one minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and numerous restaurants, Trattorias and shops. Further a local supermarket is only 10 minuted away. Despite its location the apartment is very quiet. Further it has all the amenities one requires for a comfortable visit to Rome. The apartment is also serviced by a small lift which is very handy for getting one’s suitcases up three flights of stairs. Our host, Simona, was first class. She was very attentive to our needs and her communication with us prior to our arrival and during our stay could not be faulted. Her bubbly personality made us feel most welcome. Thank you Simona. The entry to the apartment complex feels a bit unloved. But it is well secured.
• Ahmet (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment we booked her house, Simona was so attentive that when she found out we were in Rome for our honeymoon, she prepared a wonderfully elegant surprise for us. She planned every detail for a perfect honeymoon in Rome, and every day we were greeted with new surprises. The house had everything we needed, literally anything you could think of! Everything was so well thought out that we felt completely at home. Simona wasn’t just a host; she became a true friend. She would respond immediately whenever we reached out. She welcomed us, showed us around the room and the city, and even accompanied us to the train station when our stay was over! I honestly can’t imagine how things would have gone without her. Even after we left Rome and moved on to another city, she kept in touch and continued to help us from afar. We truly became like family and even took a selfie together! :) My spouse and I already miss the house and Simona so much. By the way, the location of the house was incredible; as soon as you step outside, you’re greeted by the Trevi Fountain, and everything is within walking distance. We are so grateful for the wonderful time we had in Rome thanks to her! Nothing

She arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, which was really useful given the sleepiness after the overnight flight. And she gave us some little snacks and coffee was provided as were toiletries. Throughout the stay she gave us little pointers and she was always available. She was very kind and hospitable! The location was very central. Almost too central, super busy. But we liked it! And the apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable for my boys and I. The light coming in was nice. And the A/C worked great. I really liked the vibe of the place. The bed was very firm. Which actually was fine for me, but my son disliked it. That's it - everything else was great!

It is literally steps from the Trevi fountain and in the heart of Rome. We felt fully immersed in the Italian culture and loved every minute of it. The property is very spacious and relaxing. Our host was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From shuttles, food recommendations, directions, shopping, and advice, she was there for us every step of the way. We are so happy to have had her assistance whenever we needed it…..it gave us a great sense of comfort knowing we had her support. The next time we visit Italy we will definitely stay here again.

The flat is in a great location, was very clean and was well equipped and furnished. The bed was very comfortable and despite being so central the flat was very quiet. Simona provided lots of extra touches which made the stay very special.

The apartment has everything you can think of and what makes it special is Simona’s personal touch. She has really thought of everything. You really only need to bring your clothes. • Onela (10/5): Exceptional - The great location next to Fontana di Trevi, one of tje most popular locations in Roma.Every place to visit was so close, you could walk, Coloseum , Piazza Spagna and enjoy the perfect weather of Roma in spring time. The apartment was very clean , the kithcen had everything needed for an aparment and the ower Simonera was the perfect host for all the nice thoughta of shampagne and chocolates. She did a great welcome for my son 3 years old. Everything was perfect

The apartment has an amazing location. A few steps to Trevi Fountain. Since the apartment doesn’t face the road, it is very quiet. Very clean and organized and all the amenities for the kitchen (coffee too). All the important sites are very close and walking distance. Highly recommended
