• Josef (8/5): Schön, gemütliches Chalet. - Man ist sehr schön für sich alleine. Das der obere Stock Wohnraum ist und der untere Stock nur Zimmer ist, war sehr praktisch vom Lärm aus betrachtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Das Cheminee ist wunderbar. Das Holz das man separst erwerben muss eher teuer Die Betreung vom office du tourisme war echt toll, schnell und unkompliziert Da wir in diesem Chalet tageweise uns vorbereitet haben auf Prüfungen hat uns das Licht gefehlt. Im Wohnraum ist ein Leuchter aufgehängt, der nicht sehr hell ist.
• Frédéric (8/5): Emplacement magnifique - Emplacement magnifique, chalet très propre. Parking uniquement pour un seul véhicule. Chauffage électrique un peu faible pour chauffer le chalet, surtout que le chauffage s’est arrêté (plus d’alimentation) pendant 2h sans aucune explication et sans moyen de joindre quelqu’un pour nous dépanner.

• Daniele (8/5): Very good - Location, new & furnished kitchen, style of decor, size of chalet There was mold on the ceilings and we could smell it in the air. We had allergies due to the mold.
• Marco (4/5): With broken heating in one double room, we paid 5 rooms but used 4, no refund - The Moléson area is wonderful in winter and very suitable for children. However, the chalet is located far from facilities and the train station. Next time, we would choose accommodation closer to the Moléson train and restaurants. The chalet is advertised on Booking.com as having five rooms, but it actually has two double bedrooms and two small children’s bedrooms. We arrived on Friday afternoon (two couples, each with a toddler) and discovered that the heating in one of the double bedrooms was not working. It was obvious that the administration had not checked this beforehand. By 6 PM, they were unavailable to assist us. We had no choice but to sleep in one of the children's rooms, which are far too small and uncomfortable for adults. On Saturday, the administration provided a portable electric heater but refused to compensate us for the first night. Instead, they offered only a ridiculous 30 CHF discount for a future stay, which we found unacceptable.
• Andra (8/5): Very good - Cosy but roomy chalet that has in total 4 rooms for 8 people. It also has a nice view from balcony. Living room has a fireplace and big tv. Kitchen is good equipt with oven and dishwasher. Seperate toilet in the hallway and bathroom with a bath. We couldn't get one radiator to work in the room.There was only one oven mitten in the kitchen, 2 would be more comfortable. Feather pilllows can be little bit irritating if you are sensitive to it.
