Guest Reviews
- Kyle (8/5): - A beautiful old home. Lovely fittings and rooms. Very comfy living room and balcony A bit close to the main road, had a fair bit of noise bleed from trucks passing in the night. The shower screen is small and a bit awkward
- Stacey (5/5): -
- Catherine (5/5): Overall some convenience with access, but let down by cleanliness, maintenance, and lack of follow- - Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a mixed experience.
On the positive side, access was easy with a coded door so there was no need to worry about keys. However, there were several issues that should have been picked up before our arrival. No makeup wipes as listed, no hand towels and a light in the second bedroom wasn’t working. Most concerning, I stepped on a shard of glass in the main bedroom just before leaving which cut my foot.
We arrived late and left early, so didn’t get a chance to raise it during the stay. I messaged the host afterwards to let them know about these issues and didn’t receive any response which is very disappointing.
- kevin (8/5): Good - Close to to every thing
- Jenny (10/5): We had a great time the place was fantastic and so close to everything - We loved how old it was and it was very cosy There where no wine glasses and the tv in the bedroom is not working
- Ignatievsky (7/5): - Great style and comfort, close to town The entrance stairwell had a funny smell and needed a good vacuum
- Taylah (5/5): -
- Port (6/5): Needs more customer attention but ok - Lovely old building with character and charm. Beds were very comfortable and property very clean and tidy. Very squeaky noisy floorboards, supposed to be facial wipes in bathroom with request that make up etcetera not be cleaned off with linen/face washers but only disinfectant wipes provided and not for use on your face, no normal tea bags but it would have been nice to drink a cup of English tea and not the mixed teas provided, one of the provided small milk cartons was open already obviously from the previous customer so not very nice to use.
- Jane (9/5): Gorgeous old world charm and atmosphere. - Gorgeous character and aesthetics of the apartment. Plemty of space. Convenient location to shops and dining. Accessible parking. Cleqr instructions for arrival and accesd. Comfortable,' warm, relaxing atmosphere. Nil.
- Feneley (9/5): -
- ALAN (9/5): -
- Jennifer (3/5): Uncomfortable, noisy, dirty and no parking provided - It was quaint and probably photographed well but there was no consideration given to whether it actually worked or was comfortable for a user. It was noisy, dirty / grubby and no parking was provided.
The stairs were also tricky but not a deal breaker.
- Tamara (1/5): Very disappointing. - Chabby chic no hot water . the owner did not want to talk to us but resorted to text messages . she told us we needed to run the water until it ran hot . we did this from seven to one a.m. . Water finally came through.
No Wi-Fi.
Not clean.
The worst part was the Owner’s response was it’s heritage sorry for the inconvenience.
- Sonam (8/5): -
- Maryse (5/5): Heritage complex however not well looked after - Close to shops Internet didn’t work in main lounge room. Contact said they will reset modem no updates tv in bedroom connected however it kept dropping out every 5 mins.
too noisy close to main road. Street lights were shining through curtains
Shower taps hard to adjust understand its heritage listed however more appropriate taps may be an idea
Drawers had several used hairdryers just thrown in and used hair brushes and odd bits of things left in draws.
Empty rubbish wrappers etc..
Plastic plant in bathroom dusty
No rubbish bin or tissues in bathroom
Mould on cushions in lounge room dirty throw rugs
requesting to wash up dishes and take rubbish downstairs is a bit steep considering you may for this as part of the booking fees. I probably won’t return again
- Sara (8/5): -
- Greg (5/5): - Location is excellent. Easy access to the restaurants and take-away. First of all very poor wi-fi. Next, impossible to contact property owner. Our arrival was organised 2 hours late because owner had problems with cleaners. In the end we found place a bit dirty.
- Vicki (10/5): - Gorgeous place, great bedding arrangements, very central.
- Alexander (7/5): Comfortable. Stairway could be vacuumed. - Decor was lovely Traffic noise very loud.
- Margaret (7/5): Gorgeous two bedroom apartment right in the shopping district of Warrnambool Unfortunately I found the highway traffic - Beautifully decorated and homely The traffic noise.
- Barltrop (10/5): - Lovely space Shower was tricky with the hot/cold settings
- Sunray (8/5): very unusual and interesting place, worth the stay - The grandeur of the building, balcony, tall ceilings, warm building, appropriate rooms Some things are broken (coffee table in the living room, corner night lamp in the main bedroom)
- charity (4/5): The hosts need to do better. - The host had forgotten we were coming. The were dirty sheets and towels from the previous people who stayed on the property. They were able to come and clean but it was not a professional clean. There was hair in the bathtub, hair on some of the cushions on the bed. Dust under the bed, travelling with a small child you'd expect a clean place to stay. The couches are so dirty and have clearly not been cleaned for a long time, they were stained. The rug is filthy and stainrd.
The table was broken, which isn't safe when there's a small child who doesn't understand you can't lean on it.
The wifi only connected in one of the bedrooms and it kept disconnecting. Really disappointed in our stay, we were really looking forward to it.
- Janet (10/5): -
- kari (3/5): Not that great a stay! - The decor was good, but the couch is stained. The facilities are very lean. Not even salt and pepper or a.sharp knife. The water was cold and we were unable to access the WiFi in the bedroom and no netflix in the lounge room.
- Iryna Brtsyieva (7/5): Controversial beauty - This is a beautiful heritage house with history and charm. Large bedrooms with high ceilings, lots of light. We appreciated every aspect of its age.
We stayed in spring, so it was not too cold or hot. The living room was colder as it had balcony doors and hence some draught. But air-con was there to help.
Location is very convenient, just across the road from McDonald's and close to Coles and Woolworth. Lots of cafes and stores on the main street to explore. This is the most controversial place we ever stayed in. Usually the place is either good or bad, this one has some really good things and very bad.
As I said, the house is old and styled with taste BUT and it is a very big BUT it is not clean. And it's not like everything is dirty, no. Beds are clean: bedsheets are fresh, but towels smell dump.
The living room is the worst. At first glance, it looks beautiful: sofas and table, airy curtains. But when you have a closer look.... Pillow cases are stained and have not been washed at all. They all have zippers, so it's easy to take them off and wash. I'm not sure why it was not done. Rug is stained and generally dirty. Sofas were so bad that we had to cover them first to sit. They've never been cleaned, lots of things under the sitting cushions. The coffee table is still broken (September 2025), so it's been 5 months at least.
The shower is a bit tricky to use, but we quickly figured out and had no issues with hot water. But a small note would be useful. (If you are having issues with it, you need to press the button and then turn on the water on full. In this case, it will stay in shower mode. And for hot water, turn the handle to the left.
In general, I had a feeling that someone put an effort to renovate and style the home, but later, it was not maintained. I felt sad, as it's a beautiful place and just needs more love.
- Mia (10/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): - Historical building
Central
- Singh (10/5): -
- Amanda (7/5): Spacious and stylish, basic accommodation - Spacious, stylish and well located. Shower needs to come with its own instructions - very difficult to use
Bunk bed felt unsafe due to instability
Turning on the heaters for guest arrival would've been a really welcome touch - but less important than the points above
- Jane (3/5): No thoughts to guests, Very Disappointing, dirty- needs deep clean. - stylish and central location We arrived to the property unmade and dirty. Only able to check in at 4.30pm.
No hot water for two nights!
No Wifi, no tea bags, no milk, half a roll of toilet paper for two days for 4 guests.
Sheets had bleach stains all over them, hair in bath.
Rugs and couches stained/ whole place needs a deep clean.
Hair salon underneath played loud music until 10pm, starting again at 7.40am midweek.
TV in bedroom had no way of plugging in. None of the bedside lamps were actually plugged in, we had to move furniture to plug in and turn on.
Table in lounge had a note from management in April (3months) saying don’t touch due to being broken- it was stuck together with sticky tape!
Bedroom curtains hard to close and left white dust on anything that touched them.
Adjoining hair salon had a shared door only locked from within the hair salon- for security would be best to pick from inside property.
When reading guest book these very same complaints have been advised for past year- so looks like property don’t care about guest feedback anyway.
- Doherty (3/5): -
- Shawn (9/5): Superb - Awesome house and location. Hot water took 20-30 minutes to come through.
- Sarah (6/5): Comfy beds but other facilities not up to scratch. - Great location. Comfortable beds. The flat was very cold, and the facilties - especially in the bathroom - were not good. The shower wouldn't stay on (the water kept switching over to the bath), and there was no extractor fan. Given how cold the flat was, the shower not staying on felt particularly brutal! The bathroom could also have been cleaner (eg. spots of mould around the bath/shower fittings).
- Tess (7/5): I should have looked deeper. - The property had a great feel to it. I was working with a client who was having cataract surgeries. I didn’t realise it was so on the first floor until the day of booking in.
Attention to detail cleaning wasn’t a priority as I cleaned the reverse cycle filters to get it working better. It was drafty which is a problem during winter.
- Sharon (7/5): Good - The place was beautiful, so pretty and very comfortable. There was an issue with the hot water so I was having cold showers. I was there for 4 days and had 1 warm shower
- Zsuzsa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalie (3/5): Poor - Beautiful historic building. Loved the balcony and the location being central to everything. No shower only bath. No proper heating only one small column heater as the split system didn't work. Not clean, l wiped down the kitchen table and the sponge was black. Coffee table broken. Couch and loungeroom rug seriously stained or dirty. Down stairs business has open access to your privacy, the adjoining door downstairs has no lock and is free roam for anybody to snoop around. The truck traffic at night was so loud l put my headphones on but they didn't make much difference, the traffic during the day is really bad, the windows need to be double glazed, l wouldn't stay anywhere on Raglan pde in the future. I parked in the carpark out the back regardless of the rules they state, l felt that moving my car every hour was a massive inconvenience and had no guilt using that space after experiencing a lack of standard amenities. Please inform all these inconveniences on your website, people need to know.
- Nanang (7/5): Good -
- Shane (5/5): With a bit more security it was a great location and neat. - The location was great with a really comfortable bed. I felt really uncomfortable that there was a door leading to another area of the building (presuming the back of the hairdressing salon but with no lock on our side so having myself and two daughter and the idea of other people being able to access our space over night i didn't feel safe and hardly slept with the creaking and noises surrounding and coming from next do. Especially because we were upstairs and the door was downstairs. Also the safety latch on the entrance door was easily opened by our friend who was meeting us for tea and we didn't hear that she was waiting for us and let herself in.
- Ross (7/5): Grayce was quaint & comfortable - There was no breakfast.
Location excellent. Grab Rail needed for access into bath shower.
Cloths requested to be used for make up removal were not provided.
- M (7/5): Good - Gorgeous heritage listed property. Loved the oil column heaters and electric blankets Quite loud as right next to main road. Also sound proofing to back room of downstairs hair salon could use some improvement as we could hear the salonists getting ready early in the morning
- Mason (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (5/5): Lovely place, good location but noisy with traffic. Needs a little TLC. - It was a lovely place and it was a great location Lounge furniture curtains and rug were dirty.
Shower button didn’t stay on when you showering.
- Angela (4/5): Needs improvement and not value for money - WIFI didn’t work, no amenities in the bathroom, Smart TV in bedroom not connected and one I lounge room did not work for the apps. Broken table
- Kieran (5/5): Not what you pay for..worse - The location of The Grayce Place couldn't of been better for us as we wanted to be around town and only a short drive to the Warnambool golf course. The pillows and bedding were probably the only thing that were a positive about the place. Firstly we found the WiFi was horrible to non existent upstairs. Yes if you were downstairs in the salon it may work but not upstairs where we are paying for it. Both televisions could not be used as a smart TV as the internet couldn't connect. The TV in the main bedroom needs to be hooked up as a TV properly and not just sitting on the mantle piece unplugged as an ornament. There are no points to even get channels if you tried. WHY?
The hot water took a long time to warm up in the bathroom maybe 3- 5 minutes each morning.
If you want to pay for what you get, you're not getting it here. I was very disappointed. Change these things and people would return a second time.
- Annesley (7/5): Central location, historical charm - Historical features of the house, main bedroom was beautiful, bed was comfy. Great central location Coffee table was broken, house could do with a deep clean, rugs, curtains etc were dirty
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benoit (7/5): Good -
- Christine (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. Overall a great stay. Host very accomodating furnishings lovely just a little scarce and bathroom needs a little TLC. Be nice if second bedroom wasn’t a bunk and single bed but a queen bed with bedside tables would be nice.
- Jayden (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pearce (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anita (1/5): Very disappointed to see the property with no basic requirements - Nothing except living area Lots of basic ammenities were missing like air conditioners, exhaust fan , toiletries like shower gel, dirty towels, kettle was burnt, no dish C
- Buckingham (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (5/5): It was a beautiful place but super noisy and hot. - The location was great it was very central to town. The place is beautiful. LOTS of street noise, it was a hot day and only one air conditioner in the living room. No fan in the bathroom. The shower didn’t work properly. The kettle is black inside, there were two face washers provided for three people. Only one role of toilet paper. The window in the bunk room didn’t open.
- Jenni (8/5): Great location, lovely property - Location was great, beds were very comfortable Car parking
- Donna (7/5): Good - Clean and spacious
Well set up We were able to che k in till after 6pm. Not really good enough after a 6hour drive
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Axisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (9/5): very enjoyable short stay - The size, location and style was definitely something not miss when visiting Parking and unloading and packing up loading- She biggest shock was there was no washing machine for a place this size this is a must !!
the shower mixer needs replacing and the false drawer front on the vanity had been removed and left.
- Orla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janis (7/5): Good -
- Roderick (8/5): Great location, comfortable stay. Just a few issues that where a pain. - Location was great to shops and restaurants, beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities functioned well suited my needs great. Finding the property was a little bit of a pain. An email explaining that Google Maps takes you across the road and with the pin code for the door didn't arrive, so we spent a good 20 minutes getting into the property. Description of accomodation was not clear around parking and had to constantly move my car around the area. House creaked throughout the night, at 2am the pub down the street closed and loads of people made a huge amount of noise coming up the lane way waking us up. Internet was spotty at best due to router location i'm guessing being downstairs in the salon. Was able to get the main bedroom connected to the internet and onto Netflix but constantly slow, ended up hotspotting my phone.
- Rehan (6/5): Great stop over, but needs some amenities to live in a cold night! - Location! No tissue box, no body wash, no bin in the bathroom!
Couldn’t contact host with the phone number.
Only text message with occasional reply!
Lot of instructions to keep house clean, instead of relaxing it felt too much pressure to ensure house is clean, bin is out, towels are clean!
Only master bedroom mattress was upto standard, rest all mattress was below standard.
- Marilyn (6/5): Pleasant - The heritage listed ambience The linen on the second bedroom bed left alot to be desired.
The shower head not really functional. It kept reverting to spout action during shower.
The entrance and stairs could do with a good vacuum. Not a good introduction to your stay.
- Zammit (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - A surprisingly stunning apartment, with very comfortable beds, lovely living room space and a terrific street right out the door with great food and atmosphere The shower takes a really long time to get warm water going and we did have issues with the wifi
- Belinda (8/5): Wonderful - Ambiance & location
- Nelson (7/5): Good - The host was great All good
- Ian (8/5): Great for a group as lots of room - Great location lots of space
- Raminder (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (3/5): Disappointing. - Extremely noisy, above a shop, on a 6 lane road. No double glazing, so noise of trucks and cars very loud. Shower didn't work properly. Would benefit from a deep clean. Realised that the picture of the balcony in the advert had been taken from the floor so that the views of MacDonalds and traffic were not visible. Dead plants in pots.
- Geoffery (6/5): A disappointing location due to lack of host communication and unsafe furniture. - Finding the property was a challenge. Google maps provides the incorrect location. An email from the host suggested Google maps was correct, this not the case.
The host's email said to contact them for any assistance needed. I messaged them twice and they have never responded. I also rang them to clarify access to the property, and they did not answer, there was only a message saying the mobile was not taking calls?
There is also a VERY concerning bed construction in the second bedroom. A single bed is crudely set upon the frame of a double bed (like a bunk bed) this is DANGEROUS and should be removed as soon as possible. This is a precarious construction and must not be in place for anyone to use.
The kitchen dining table is very unstable.
- Bianca (8/5): looks absolutely beautiful - Decorated beautifully, bed was comfortable. bunk bed was scary to sleep on bit wobbly no one slep on the top. we had three 3 year olds, so the stairs inside were annoying, and free included WiFi couldn't work properly if we wanted to use it had to sit in stairwell.
- Melissa (5/5): We enjoyed our time together and I will definitely go back to Warrnambool - In relation to the town centre it was perfect. The beds were comfy and the apartment was charming. We had to wash cups and mugs before we could use them, surfaces were dirty and there was a lot of dust. The kettle was lined with black slim and the floors and couch in the living room had food on them.
- Deon (4/5): Location was great as far as shops & restaurants were concerned. Don’t stay here if you’re after a peaceful nights s - The location. We appreciated the heritage listed buildings old charm & history. Easy to use key code system. This property was SO unclean! We were appalled by a lot of things. 1. The thick dust everywhere-under beds, in the bathroom, on all the ornaments.
2. The bathroom felt like it hadn’t even been cleaned! There was hair in the sink area & the shower screen was still dirty. The shower/bath tap setup was a nightmare. No soap in soap dispenser, no hand towels.
3. The kitchen was filthy. The cupboards & benches were dirty & dusty-there’s no way we would have cooked there! The bottom of the bin was absolutely disgusting!!!
4. The parking was horrendous.
- Samuel (5/5): A mixed bag. Read all reviews[not only mine] first before booking. - Beautifully setup place. Vintage but beautiful. Loved the high ceilings, the chandeliers, and lighting. The balcony was a nice view of the area and shops. The main bedroom was presented very beautiful. The separate kitchen and dining helped to ensure that the food mess in the living room was limited. It's a heritage building, and it is understandable that the owners are restricted on making any upgrades or changes to the place.
Loved the location of the apartment as its setup close to shops and restaurants and Coles.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before booking as I did it in a hurry because if I did, I would not have booked this place. I normally don't go so harsh on critics unless it's really troublesome and feel for the owners who don't have full control on making changes/amends to the place. The biggest issue, First point, was with the confusing carpark. There is no designated carpark as the apartment is situated above a beauty salon. This is frustrating, especially for holidayers who look for a relaxed time/place but ended up being stressed while figuring where to park.. The options are to find metered or unmetered 1hr/2hr carpark, which meant that we needed to keep track of time and move cars.
The second point is for physically challenged people to avoid this place because it's got a flight of stairs[average two floors coz of high ceilings] to climb up to the apartment.
Thirdly, there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom, and the only option is to open windows to vent steam from showers out.
The fourth point is the bedding.. the cots in the second bedroom shook like an earthquake if we simply just turned sides. Even more, the bunk beds created a double intense shake if the kid up were to just turn sides. But I must say it had enough sheets and pillows and was comfortable. This can be easily fixed by replacing the beds with more sturdy ones..
The fifth point is to ensure you contact the owner for instructions to access the place early as i dont think you get a response after you arrive - for example, we reached around 6 pm and i had messaged asking to clarify the carpark and didn't get a response. I did get a response when I messaged the day we left, advising the owner that the vacuum cleaner head was missing. Hence, we had to clean up using the broom.
- Darunaitorn (9/5): Superb -
- Marianne (8/5): Beautiful inside but difficult to get information about where it is and how to get in. Lots of stairs. - The rooms and decor are beautifully done. It had enough heating to make a cold day outside very warm. The arrangements for finding the place needs to be sent much earlier in the day with a note that an entry code will be sent by … whatever time the owner wishes to send a second message with the code and and how to get into the place. Also an explanation about the parking. The booking said arrive 12:00-1:00pm but the only message we got was at 2.10. Once we found where we thought the place was before getting the email we were tired and frustrated. The rear of the accommodation looks really dodgy so we were very worried. Email to booking.com got a reply of we are waiting for the owner. Text message to the owner number given hot no reply and calling the number said message bank full. No good enough.
Another minor thing, the cleaners need to be instructed to lift and clean under the table runner in the kitchen. We moved it and crumbs and other food stuff was underneath it and the table itself needed a scrub and let to dry to make is hygienic and protect the timber.
- Tara (7/5): Good - Location was really good, right in the centre of town. Very cute, historical and charming building. Beds were comfy. Good value for money. It did not appear that the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned. There were crumbs and dust on the floors, and some of the soft furnishings were quite stained (e.g., couch, floor rugs). The shower was tricky to work - the mixer to change from bath to shower would not stay on shower head. Tap water tasted strange (different to the local water), old pipes?
- Rachael (8/5): Very good - Style and space Could access internet.
It was very dusty
- Tess (5/5): Passable - Location Old facilities hard to get the shower working, not very clean, loud near the highway, no body wash
- Aakash (2/5): Not happy at all as it was a struggle to go up and down - It was clean but the beds were just not comfortable It sagged in the middle and was creaky all night That was the case for both rooms Loved to see complimentary items to use such as face wipes and little bits and pieces Also the clients were not told about 3 cases of stairs as 1 of them had physical disability In the room next to toilets there was a banging sound all night which made it difficult to sleep There should have been good parking spots . 1 toilet for such a big accomodating property is just not practical . Pls maintain the beds as some screws seem to be loose Toilets

- Nicolle (7/5): Beautiful property, needs some major TLC. The lady I was dealing with was lovely. The lead light window in the lounge ne - Location and it is a beautiful heritage building It didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly, little things like hair balls in the bathroom. Kitchen floor was dirty & sticky. Lead light window is broken and let’s cold air in so it’s hard to warm the place up.
- Anita (4/5): Not up to standard - No top sheets on the beds. No coffee or fresh milk, if we had to bring our own we weren’t told. Old opened milk left in fridge. Tv screen and mirror in lounge very dirty. Crumbs on the floor and on coffee table in lounge. Stains on the couches and cushions. Yet owners point out extra cleaning fee will be charge to customers if anything is stained etc
- Jenna (9/5): Superb - Beautifully furnished, great character throughout. Very cosy and we cant wait to come back again. The Tv situation was a little annoying. No normal tv in bedroom only netflix etc and couldnt get netflix in lounge as it wouldnt pick up the wifi. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and would highly recommend you stay there.
- Gerard (5/5): With very little expense and care this could be one of the best stays in Wbool. - What breakfast? The place had not been vacuamed. dirty dishes on the sink, the stove top was dirty, no tea towels to dry dishes.
The parking is non existent, having to park 200 yrds away and cross 4 lanes of a highway is hardly acceptable.
A shower in a bath is a cheap cop out and the dual tap setup is fiddly, once again a cheap fix for what by the comments book has been a on going problem.
- Luana (5/5): No wifi or hot water -
- Ka (10/5): My family loved how cozy it made them feel and have the opportunity to stay in a well kept heritage home. - Nice ambiance and deco. Comfortable bed and warm beddings the apartment is very clean. Good communication with property manager. Maybe have an additional pot available for cooking and the button to convert bath tap to shower.
- Fol (10/5): Welcoming host and beautiful place. - Charming, private, well located. Would be even better to have some doors to close off from below.
- David (10/5): Good place to stay at Warrnambool - Location. Good WiFi. Fully equip kitchen. Clean.
- Daniel (5/5): You get what you pay for - Great price for what was available at the time of my booking. Very spacious and central property. Also good for a stopover. The host wasn't proactive in reaching out on or before the day of check-in to explain the process, which meant I had to initiate the request. Fortunately, the response was quick and the explanation was easy to follow.
The most unfortunate thing was the missing towels (body, hand, bath mat, etc.). Given my check-in was late in the day, I reached out to the host quite late. While the response from the host was rather quick, no towels would be delivered until the next morning, at which point I would have already checked out. This must be the first incident ever that I had no towels in the accommodation (except for the one towel that I managed to find in the cupboard, or those properties that explicitly state that no towels are provided).
Even though the above wasn't a big deal for me on this occasion, others need to be mindful of the potential risk with this property.
- Rajesh (6/5): The property has potential but in the current state it’s not a great place as better places are available in similar pri - Ambience and Architecture. Facilities were not up to the mark. Shower was broken, major rework needed for doors, windows and other areas of the house. Privacy was also a concern as there was an access door into the house from the beauty saloon next door.
- Marita (6/5): Overall the stay was good - The double bed was comfortable, linen was nice
Location was good The double bed in the 2nd room was very uncomfortable, mattress sagged into middle, other mattresses were uncomfortable too in that room
No blinds on windows.
It was tricking gaining entry as the door had a chain as well as key code
- Ashlee (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (6/5): Great location, comfy bed, terrible shower. - Great location, very comfortable beds and sofas. Plenty of extra touches that made it really homely. Shower not working properly making it impossible to use, not remedied during our stay. Shame the off street parking was used by the hair salon downstairs so we had to park on the street.
- Mary (8/5): Nice place to stay. Within walking distance of restaurants, - Breakfast was not included. The shower needs to be fixed. There was also a used towel left in the bathroom.
