• Jasmine (6/5): Great location and space, attention needed in the house keeping & maintenance of items in home. - The location, being able to walk everywhere . Ocean views & the size of apartment is good. It wasn’t the cleanest , there was sand all over the rugs in lounge area upon arrival. There is no ceiling fans or air con and the plug in fans provided were extremely dusty and rusted all except one. A few small and cheap updates to freshen up the place would make a huge impact for those staying.
• Coco (4/5): Very disappointed!!! Not recommended!!! - The property is in a great location. Across the street, just the beach, it is so beautiful to look outside from the lounge. The property does not provide a parking space so you can park on the side of the road. Also, the hygiene and cleanliness of this property are significant concerns. We found the cockroaches in the kitchen two nights in a row, and the toiletry bin in the bathroom was not empty. Some lady's stuff still remained in there; it was so disgusting. There was NO explicit instruction about using the digital lock on the door when we checked in, and no one knew how to lock it on exits, either. What is so ridiculous?! Somehow, without any notice from the office, construction occurred in the early morning from 8 am upstairs. The loud noise wakes everyone up; this is NOT acceptable at all. Finally, when we returned the keys, which had never been used, to the office staff and told her about cockroaches, the answer we got was IT IS THE SEASON, which means if you see them around, don't be surprised, OK? Because you will have to accept living with them in your apartment!!
• Szulman (9/5): Comfy & so close to the beach - Location was the highlight but we also liked the comfort. Beds were excellent and we all felt well rested. Could have included a sandwich press. Knives were not very sharp
