Selberg (7/5): Nice place but the location of my room was unfortunate. - Location in old town. Comfortable room with good facilities. I was disturbed by metallic drilling at building works right outside my window. Started at 8 am and all day. Couldn’t sleep. Also debris from building site fell on me when outside. I had to keep windows closed all the time because of noise and tiny debris. So no fresh air. Not good.

Robert (10/5): - We had an excellent stay at 7 Oaks Noble House, a true gem in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location is unbeatable just steps from all the main sights, yet surprisingly quiet and tucked away. Unlike many places within the walls, getting there is easy with only a few steps instead of long, steep climbs. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details and high-end finishes throughout. We especially appreciated the little touches like coffee, quality toiletries, and well-chosen amenities. The hospitality really made the stay stand out. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and activities that made exploring Dubrovnik effortless. A couple of small things to note: since it’s inside the Old Town, you can’t get a taxi directly to the door, so there’s a short walk with luggage. Also, depending on your room, there may be a few stairs. But honestly, that’s part of the charm of staying within the historic walls. Overall, this is an ideal spot if you want a stylish, comfortable stay right in the center of Dubrovnik. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Virginia (10/5): Lovely property perfectly situated. You can walk the town alone after midnight. Beautiful! - Beautifully designed room. Little mini lobby areas on the landing were also very well appointed. Location was fantastic. There was no breakfast (but there were lots of great places around). We went to Arsenal on recommendation of the person who checked us in. 10/10.

Louise (10/5): Perfect base for exploring the Old Town - The room was beautiful! Every detail finely curated for a luxurious experience. I stayed in room 7 on the top floor and it was just gorgeous. There was a luggage lift up to (almost) the top and the wonderful woman who checked me in helped to lift my case up the last flight of stairs. There was a little noise monday morning but there are earplugs provided. The AC and the fan kept the room cool and the bed was so comfortable. Great shower and good sized room. The Nespresso machine was kept well stocked and the water and creamer in the fridge was appreciated. Location was perfect, a 2 minute walk from the pile gate. I would love to come back.
Alexandra (9/5): Amazing location, gorgeous room! - Great location, easy to get to from pile gate with a suitcase and super central for exploring, could pop in and out as many times a day as needed! The only downside was the building works going on opposite and along the street that led to the hotel, that being said there was no noise or disturbance, it was just a shock when we first arrived and had to go under the scaffolding to the front door.

Great location and rooms, but this isn't a rea - Good location and beautiful rooms The listing is misleading as this isn't a hotel/boutique hotel. It's a building of 7 managed rooms/units with daily housekeeping. There are no standard hotel amenities, and outside of one person who came to the property after we arrived to let us in the building, we never saw any staff there in the building. There is no tour desk/concierge per the listing, no real communal areas outside of 2 chairs outside of a few rooms, and nobody regularly in the building. There's no staffed reception area, etc, etc. Operating as a managed apartment / AirBnb is fine, and it does that well, but it's not what we were looking for - we wanted a real hotel. If we knew it would be like this, we wouldn't have booked here. The internet was also spotty at times.

YudiC (9/5): Precioso hotel en el casco antiguo. - La ubicación es inmejorable! La calidad en general de las sábanas, toallas y productos de cortesia es maravillosa. Hay hasta plancha de pelo para las mujeres y plancha de vapor para la ropa!! Me dejaron hacer late check out sin problema. La habitación no tiene casi luz natural aunque la iluminación adentro es muy buena. En la noche se escuchaba algo de ruido del exterior, supongo que en plena temporada puede ser bastante molesto. El precio es bastante alto.

There is no staffed check in, however the property made contact via WhatsApp and was there to meet me, gave excellent recommendations and I was able to leave my bag after check out. The front door to the building was locked at all times so felt very secure. Room was lovely with excellent shower and comfy bed.
David (10/5): Absolutely beautifully presented and detailed - superbly located - Every little detail is beautifully detailed and presented as though it literally renovated yesterday - this very small guesthouse of just 7 rooms exudes care and quality , the staff ( hi Karla!!) were almost invisible and only there when needed - the location is just 6 steps above the main plaza yet at back enough to be quiet - so quiet and private intact we never met or heard another guest We can’t imagine how you would do a better job at reconsidering a 700 year old building - it was spectacular and yes we will come back It didn’t concern us as we are still fit and healthy but if you struggle with stairs - this isn’t for you - in fact the entire Dubrovnik old town isn’t for you - so get fit or don’t come

Aber dafür sehr zentral gelegen, daher passt es. Insgesamt ist Dubrovnik ein teures Städtchen. Das Hotelzimmer hat ebenfalls seinen Preis, trotzdem würde ich wieder gehen.

Staff provided a list of places to visit, restaurants to eat, bars to drink, and showed me how to purchase a Dubrovnik pass. This was very helpful because there are sooo many restaurants and different options for ticketing to enter the city walls and various museums. I arrived early, so my room wasn't ready yet, but they still gave me the room key and I left my bags with the staff, went for a walk to Buzu bar (noted on the list) and received a text an hour later letting me know that it was ready. Nothing. Everything went well!

Camilla (9/5): Excellent stay all round. Our host waited for us until 11pm as our flight was delayed and was so helpful. We would stay - Beautiful old building right in the Centre of the old town. We found it quiet up in the highest floor. People with mobility issues would struggle as there is no lift. Design and fit out was excellent - interiors were stunning. Loved it all. Nothing.
Andrea (9/5): Nice, quiet, modern room for 2 - It was quiet, great location, modern amenities, loved and appreciated the provided toiletries, towels, etc. Great decor and style- they did a great job being creative with such a small space. The room doesn't have great circulation, so the air can get musty and congested, even with the air on. We were grateful we could open the window. The bathroom is very cool with an awesome sink, but no counter space for your toiletries and not great lighting for makeup. There was, however, a little table top outside the bathroom door with a small shelf and mirror that worked for nighttime routine.

Nothing really, perhaps that the only option to leave bags was in an unmanned reception, where other guests had access to. Stradum is quite busy when the cruise ships dock.

Fiorella (8/5): La mejor ubicación dentro del Old Town - La ubicación es perfecta y estando por La Puerta Pile no tienes que subir más de 5 escalones , lo cual es genial si llegas con mucho equipaje . Todo queda cerca y hay muy buenos restaurantes y tiendas en los alrededores. El personal que nos recibió fue super atento y amable, nos enviaron recomendaciones por WhatsApp y siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras consultas . La habitación era cómoda , con buena calidad de bedding y decorada con buen gusto . Estaba muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La calidad del wifi era mala y la señal se cortaba permanentemente , pero eso no arruinó nuestra estadía porque el hotel y su ubicación valían la pena. Le mencionamos esto a la encargada al hacer check out y nos dijo que si se hubiera enterado antes podría haberlo solucionado. El personal siempre muy atento .

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely recommend a visit to Dubrovnik—it’s incredibly safe, and the Old Town is both beautiful and rich in history. Be prepared for lots of steps if you wander off the main Stradun. While stylish & clean, we weren’t fans of the bathroom design as the glass wasn’t fully opaque.

Mary (9/5): Lovely hotel in fantastic location - Location was fantastic. Just steps away from Stradun and city walls. Harbour only a few mins walk. Many many restaurants and bars close by. Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet at night. Some noise from restaurants close by, but very quiet later at night. Reception is not staffed most of the time, but you have the phone number to text any questions or issues, and is very responsive. We had a great stay! Didn’t impact us, but sofa bed is pretty high off the ground, and single bed size. I don’t think that bed would suit a small child who moves around the bed a lot! But worked fine for my family.
