• Queiros (10/5): A estadia foi excelente. - O alojamento era muito confortável e acolhedor, servido por autocarro -linha 42- com destino à Estação Central de Milão . A paragem está localizada quase em frente à entrada do prédio, no lado oposto da rua. O anfitrião mostrou-se sempre muito disponível e pronto a ajudar.Foi muito simpático .

• Mošnerová (10/5): Doporučuji ! - Marco byl strašně sympatický a nápomocný. Při předání klíčů nám řekl všechny potřebné informace a dal tipy pro naše turistické cestování. Byt má krásnou terasu, pěkné okolí ve kterém najdete vše co potřebujete a líbilo se mi, že kousek jsou na půjčení sdílená kola, kterými se muzete vydat na výlet po okolí. Asi nemám co vytknout

Комфортабельне розміщення для максимально 3х осіб. Зручна транспортна розвʼязка. Із залізничного вокзалу краще добиратися на автобусі 42. На особливу подяку заслуговує хазяїн апартаментів Марко. Дуже приємний і турботливий. Зустрів нас після 23 годин вечора. Усе пояснив. Немає такого
• Ieva (10/5): We had a nice stay at Marco’s place. - Friendly and helpful hosts, clear check-in and check-out instructions, nice place with a beautiful terrace, comfy bed. Nice location — within walking distance from metro and train station.

Situation géographique avec facilité de se rendre au centre-ville par tram (compter 45 min à 1h de trajet). Le manque d'animation du quartier (résidentiel).

• Matija (9/5): Preporučio bih smještaj u ovom objektu jer je cijenom opravdao dano. - Uglavnom je sve potrebno za boravak od tri noćenja bilo dostupno i dovoljno. Prednost je blizina tramvajske stanice i velikog značenja je klima uređaj bez kojeg bi se teško izdržalo na 40*. Domaćin je bez ikakvih zamjerki sve lijepo objasnio, pomogao, tako da smo zahvalni i sretni s ukupnim boravkom u apartmanu. Jedina mana za nas bila je nedostatak pokrivača i jastuka za dvije osobe.

• Dmitriy (10/5): Exceptional - Personal was very friendly and helpful. Punctual for meeting and fast response in conversation. Some additional things made it very pleasant(ice in fridge, kitchenware, condiments, laundry detergent). Person met us on ground and explain all that we need to know about property.
• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - The host are verry kindly and open to help and explain with my installation. The apartment is well equipped and functions properly, wifi is fast. You get a stunning view over the neighbour and over the city. The bed was good for me. The plase is quiet, so you can have a well sleep.
• Martin (5/5): Passable - The apartment was nice and tidy. We were welcomed by a cute dog. There was a view from the balcony as well. But because of a strange conversation with the owner, we were not able to enjoy it a lot. Our experience with this apartment owner was disappointing. Upon booking, we agreed to a late arrival at midnight with an extra fee of 20€, which I accepted. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed. We informed to the owner before 9pm about delay in the flight. We arrived at 2 AM. While I understand that this was inconvenient, the way the owner handled the situation afterward almost ruined our stay in Milan. The conversation quickly turned hostile, and the owner even threatened to cancel our booking. We felt intimidated and unwelcome, with statements like "my apartment, my rules," which came across as unprofessional and unfriendly. We honestly considered booking a different apartment at 1am due to the tone of the communication. On top of that, we were asked to reward the owner more financially for this. So we paid total 40€ for late check-in. The overall experience felt far from a relaxing holiday. The rigid house rules, including having to watch specific videos on where to dispose of trash, made us feel like we were in a strict army regiment rather than on vacation. The threat of extra fees for minor things like not taking out the trash and throwing it by ourselves in the outside dustbin added to the stress. We expected a more welcoming and accommodating experience, but sadly, this was not the case.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - I loved the apartment - it was quiet, clean, and had an amazing view!! The hosts were so kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The location was the only downside in my opinion, it was rather far from the city center and the metro. However, there were bus and tram stops close by!
