- Giulia (5/5): - Posizione ottima, vicina al centro e ai locali. Entriamo all’interno della struttura, dopo aver guardato la casa abbiamo subito notato vari peli all’interno del divano letto sul quale una di noi ragazze avrebbe dovuto dormire, costrette così a dormire in 3 in un letto matrimoniale. Siamo state poi costrette a cambiare ogni giorno un bicchiere da posizionare sotto il lavandino poiché perdeva molta acqua sul pavimento del bagno. Oltre a ciò ci siamo trovate in difficoltà a utilizzare la lavatrice, nonostante avessimo contattato la struttura non c’è stato modo di utilizzarla, in quanto la proprietaria si è rifiutata di parlare al telefono mandandoci solo messaggi e successivamente un operaio, il quale non è riuscito a risolvere il problema, costrette così a non poter lavare per 8 giorni i vestiti di 5 persone in lavatrice. Successivamente abbiamo avuto piccoli problemi anche con il wi-fi, che ha funzionato solo per i primi 3 giorni. Per ultima cosa, il secondo giorno di permanenza ci è rimasta la maniglia della porta d’entrata in mano!!! Anche in questo caso abbiamo contattato la proprietaria, la quale ci ha mandato nuovamente un operaio che ci ha lasciate per i successivi giorni con la maniglia smontata. In conclusione ci teniamo a precisare che la casa nonostante ciò era una bella casa e sopratutto in una posizione ottima. Peccato per l’assistenza e per alcuni problemi tecnici.

Dirty bed linens with hair on them, poorly maintained apartment with damaged furniture, wardrobes stuffed with random household junk – basins, clothespins, filthy blankets, and broken shoe racks. No soap in the bathrooms, used miniature bottles of shower gel, and no dishwashing detergent provided. The terrace was filthy and completely neglected. There is a huge gap between the price and the comfort offered. Totally overpriced for what you get. I strongly advise against booking this place
- Ken (1/5): Noisy, unclean, and not worth the money. - Location There was a lot of noise from the neighboring apartment; the sofa bed was dirty and disgusting, and impossible to sleep on—it should be replaced. Booking.com had stated that there would be an oven in the kitchen, but there wasn’t one. The power kept going out, which was very frustrating. Worst experience, don't go there.

- John (8/5): I enjoyed my stay here. Good, clean flat with lots of space. I would stay again. - Perfect location, with a short walk to the center and with the C1 bus stop around the corner that takes you to Passeo del Parque in 10-15 mins. Comfortable furniture in the lounge and super comfortable beds. Bathrooms spotless. Kitchen has everything you might need for a short stay. Balcony is the perfect size for four guests and has the sun most of the day. The flat would benefit from a refresh but, some marks would not be there if guests could carry a case properly. I should point out that a 'refresh' does not mean a clean. The apartments is super clean. Perhaps a small brochure would provide all useful information.
