Fiona (9/5): Great stay in Victoria Park! - Lovely little apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood. Shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants are just a short stroll away which was very convenient. The apartment itself was well furnished, clean, and the kitchen stocked with everything necessary. There's also a designated parking spot if you have a car. Host were prompt to respond anytime we needed assistance. They also provided a cot and high chair for my toddler. Overall a great stay! All payments were handled by the host, and not directly by this booking platform. I've used this platform countless times to book accommodations before, and this was the first time I experienced this so it did make me a bit wary. They messaged to ask for my credit card CVC number to process the payment, which is incredibly unsafe. As I wasn't comfortable with that process, I chose to do a bank transfer instead (three times : 50%, 50%, and security deposit). Everything turned out fine in the end, but I would have much preferred if everything was handled via this booking platform.
