• andrea (3/5): Construction works were happening across the road during the night. Hardly slept both nights due to the noise and pillos - It was clean The pillows were too thin and the bedding wasn’t warm/comfortable. Too thin.

• Payel (6/5): It was pleasant - The bed was comfy and the location was great. The bathroom sink was broken, and the key collection point was approximately 55 minutes away from the property by tram. There was no proper ventilation in the bathroom, and even using the hairdryer would trigger the system.

Overall great value for money! Having to pick up the key is a bit out of the way but a smooth enough process. Was notified the key was available early which was helpful.

• Harding (9/5): Loved it, wish I stayed longer, would happily recommend and/or stay here myself! - Location-wise, right across from the bus stop so really good place to stay. Beautiful view and clean, tidy building. No major signs of wear and tear. Pricing was crazy good to what I got. The dishwasher had issues when I arrived and the balcony door was stiff. That’s basically it. The dishwasher was fixed by the first night. No big issues!

• Melanie (8/5): Great place to stay. Key pick up a nuisance. - Close to tram and bus (direct bus to airport). Great for retail shopping and close to Broadbeach food strip. Easy to get around on public transport. The unit was lovely, clean and amenities pool etc are lovely. Key pickup is in Surfers Paradise. You have to jump through a few hoops to get to them.
• Clayton (7/5): - Everything The matt in lounge area was filthy everytime we walked on it we would end up with glitter all over our feet. The shower had a bad leak . Grabbed a blanket out of the wardrobe and they both stunk one was brown and had like bits of grass all in it so i had to wash and dry it to use it. Lady at reception didnt want a bar of me when she found out i stayed there under wow. When in fact we booked the extra night through them and it was the morning after the stay through their company that i asked for towels after slipping in the leakage in the bathroom and having to use all the towels to mop up the up the water. She flat out was nope cant give you any towels ring the company. (Wow) Rang the company but couldnt shower untill towels turned up at 6pm. Lovely lady who dropped them off 10/10 for her and the lovely staff on the phone were so helpful. 😄

• NYRIE (8/5): A wonderful experience. A great location and a terrific place for a family vacation. - Location, location, location. Site facilities and amenities were great. Having to travel offsite to pick up the keys, with 6 bags and a child in tow was not the best start to our stay. This wasn’t made very clear at the time of booking and was only communicated in an email once booking was confirmed. There was no tray for the oven to bake anything. A pizza tray and a rectangle baking tray would be useful. The oven was lined with aluminium foil only.

• Jenny (10/5): Perfect. Stay here. - Unreal views from very high up apartment. Booked a 1 bed and we’re delighted to be given a 2 bed 2 bath upgrade. The balcony was great for dinner. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. Washing machine and dryer ideal after a few weeks on the road.

• Bennet (4/5): Average - The Location is excellent and the room is good with a great view. You had to pick up the keys from 30 minutes away and they want you to fill out forms and pay deposits before your stay. No room service and overall didn't operate like I thought it would or how I'm used to.

• Michelle (7/5): Nice room, Nice View, Good Facilities but Some Complications - I liked the location. The room was nice with a good view. The facilities were good too. I didn't like having to go 15 minutes away, in busy Surfers Paradise to obtain the key for the room. That was somewhat stressful, especially since the parking they said would be there was all taken. I had to pay for parking to be able to stop and acquire the key. Also, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, but we had no choice but to use it as we asked for a room to sleep 5 people, but there were only 4 actual beds. Also, the WiFi dropped out several times over the course of our stay. Finally, we had no way of getting downstairs to our car as we had to leave the key (with the fob) in the room after check out. Fortunately, the cleaner was already there and I had to ask him to use his fob to get us down.

Air vents were disgusting and blowing dust all over the room. There was minimal washing up equipment and only 1 blanket in the whole apartment. • ACRO52 (7/5): - The unit is located close to the Casino, major shopping centre, the beach and restaurants. The pool and gym facilities are very good and clean. The Apartment was well maintained with plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils except for below. Initially a bit of a hassle picking up the key at a different location. On arriving at the apartment we found we did not have bath towels. At breakfast there were no egg flips or tongs for a cooked breakfast.
• Zhayvoronok (1/5): Overpriced accommodation with poor pest control and an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating booking process. - Location The apartment was overpriced for the quality provided. Pest control is urgently required — cockroaches were present throughout the apartment, which was very disappointing. After booking through Booking.com, I received multiple repetitive emails from Wow Stay requesting booking confirmation, deposit payment, check-in and check-out details. This process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I had to call several times to resolve issues they created themselves. They also requested excessive personal information, which felt unnecessary given the booking was already completed via Booking.com.

There should be more pillows to choose from. Minimal number of plates, cutlery etc. We had to wash them often. There is no bottle opener. Would be good if parking has good signage for exit. The Wow instructions were good but it's still confusing to get out after a few days of leaving the car in the garage. Could add QR code for WiFi password. The mattress and sofa bed are not so comfy, they are just ok.

• Marco (6/5): Short break - The view. The place was clean. Hosts were very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. The shower did not drain properly. It was very noisy being on the main road at night. No teabags in the starter pack.

• Tom (5/5): Good value for money, but not at expectations - Great pool, great location in broad beach made it worth the money Lock box did not work and i needed someone from wow stay to arrange a reset of the lock box. Apartment had not been dusted, tv stand, table decorations all full of dust. The seals of the windows of the master were filled with foam padding and not completed professionally. This meant during high winds the noise of wind whistling into the room was quite loud ( not pleasnt when trying to sleep). Door handle to the front door is cracked and looks in disrepair. Carpet was worn, dirty and did not appear vacuumed.

• Sharon (9/5): Perfect location in a clean, modern and well equipped apartment! - I strongly recommend this 2 bedroom apartment if you are visiting the Gold Coast. The location couldn’t have been better. The light rail tram was just a minute away, the casino, shopping centre and Dracula’s all across the main road. And then you have all the wonderful food options in Broadbeach only a short walk away. It was perfect. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. It was well equipped with everything you could need. The hinterland view from the 19th floor was lovely. The staff from WOW were extremely helpful and very easy and responsive to communicate with. We loved it and hope to be back soon!! Initially I was a little annoyed at having to travel to Surfers Paradise to collect the keys. But in reality it wasn’t that hard to do and was only a short tram ride back to the apartment. On check out you just leave the keys on the dining room table. No need to return them to Surfers Paradise.

Only one dishwasher tablet for 7 nights, no other cleaning materials and no cleaning service. Cheap blinds so difficult to get back to sleep after being woken by traffic. Photos don't show major road and bus station directly below unit.

• Tamara (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Beautiful location great views Very run down, needs a good cleaning, pillows old very thin uncomfortable bedding however I think just age. Lots of damage to walls. Door to balcony handle was badly broken so didn’t use to go out. We mis read didn’t realise it wasn’t managed direct was a real mess around going to another location to collect keys for access. Think this should be made much clearer even when office girls rung to confirm booking they didn’t advise they were seperate and that we needed to go to the another location for keys before arriving at accommodation was quite frustrating. Assuming perhaps just this room though, the hotel itself entry/facilities were beautiful.

Needs a deep clean
