- Ruth (8/5): Comfortable and convenient. - I was surprised how quiet it was very little traffic. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Black out drapes need to be installed over the bedroom windows as the street light out the front is very bright. You could walk around the bedrooms with out turning on the lights. We are from country Victoria and are not use to street lights. So we didn't sleep very well due to the rooms being too bright from the out side lights.

- Melinda (4/5): If you don't need to sleep, book this place! - It was clean and tidy There should have been a warning before booking that the neighbours upstairs are very loud. They come in between 1.30am and 3am, you can hear them walking, talking, and their music. On our 3rd night they came in at 1.40am and turned the music up so loud i was startled out of my sleep, like someone was in our apartment. When I complained about the noise, I was asked to record the sound and send it to her, so she could pass it on to the upstairs landlord, clearly not the first complaint. I also did not appreciate the cameras at the front door. I booked for 3 people to stay, however, my 10yo daughter came with me to drop my things off after school, as we were painting our house we have just bought in the area, but she was staying with her dad for that week. Within 4 minutes of arrival, I had a text asking if the additional person would be staying and I would need to be charged, followed closely by a message from booking.com asking if the child was staying and that I needed to confirm asap, i was horrified. Then, once inside the house, there was an extensive house rules list to abide by. They provide ear plugs and say feel free to use them, when I asked the owner via text if the upstairs house was the reason for the earplugs, all communication stopped, but that was as we departed. I did not sleep for 4 nights. There was no offer of a discount or refund of any description, highly disappointing when they are clearly aware of the problem
