• Brixton (10/5): A great place for big groups visiting Tokyo! - The place is spacious, accessible to public transport, and nearby points of interest in Tokyo. Moreover, the host is very friendly and accommodating to our needs. If you are visiting with a big group (6+ people), I highly recommend this place! None.

• Baker (10/5): Great and cozy stay - A very cozy house, close to the station and convenience stores. Sleeping there was very comfortable and there was room for 9 travelers without any problems, and the owner is very kind and easily answers questions during your stay. Everything you need in a house is available, and it’s overall just very nice. Would definitely come again some day! One of the slide doors to the kitchen didn’t slide properly but we always left it open so it didn’t pose much of a problem
• Joy (3/5): Disappointing last few days with the family - We were disappointed with the cleanliness of this place, I felt like someone had just moved out that morning and there was not any cleaning or preparation for our visit of 3 days. I like to stay in these places with family so we are able to cook and eat together but unfortunately this kitchen is not very useful, there is alot of the hosts food items stored in the drawers, the plastic plates were very thin and not nice to eat off. Stove was not cleaned and pots are very thin and cheap. Washing machine available but drying rack is very tiny can fit maybe 4 pairs of socks and 4 underwear on them, I did request something from the host but came back and said I could use the plastic coat hangers in the cupboard upstairs. Stairway is very very steep (like most Japanese houses) but maybe more so in this house, there is no handrail for the stairway. Bedrooms are 2 but access only from one door so need to go thru one room to get to the other room, tile on the floor in the smaller room is very loose and felt like you were going to fall thru the floor when you enter the room. Lots to improve on here, I did wash all sheets and pillow cases which I usually do when I leave these properties to ensure that the next visitors will get clean linen, unfortunately no where to hang the sheets so the host would have to sort that for the next guests. Now back in a small hotel in Kinshicho as the children have gone home wishing I would have booked here for all of us. We have stayed in many places homes in Japan and this was the most disappointing, 3 adults and 2 children
• Joshua (9/5): An overall enjoyable stay. I would consider staying here again. - I would consider staying here again. The Hosts were very responsive when ever I reached out. The washing machine on site was nice because it meant I could pack lighter. The property was clean and and the beds were memory foam. The price seemed great for it's location. The bedding was polyester (I believe) and primarily consisted of a heavy blanket. It would have been nice if there had been another lighter layer under that to help a bit with temperature control. I am too tall for this property. 3 of us in the group that I traveled with stand over 180cm tall and we had to duck through all of the doorways as well as going up and down the stairs. This is not an issue unique to this property, and I found it to be a minor annoyance, at worst.
• Ken (9/5): Worth it every pennies - The accomodation is suitable for 6 people. Maybe please provide disposable shaver for men
