- Kendrick (7/5): Functional budget accommodation - Clean functional quiet Shared bathroom - but then I knew that when I booked it
- Amanda (7/5): Basic amenities to break your travel if you are travelling with pets. - For me it was very basic but I needed accommodation for my fur babies and it suited us fine. The property could do with a sprucing up but it is listed as very basic so don’t expect the Crown. Maintenance could have been done in the yard and outdoor area but it was the wet season and we were experiencing a lot of rain at the time.
- DogMum80 (7/5): Needs work or price halved. - Bed was comfortable and love that I could have my dog in the room. I booked in late and they were still able to accommodate me. The price should be halved... The state of the bathrooms is getting worse. I have stayed here 5 times, now. The bathrooms need major updating, most taps are broken, shower floors are terribly cut and stained. I wore my thongs to shower this time.
- Paul (1/5): Shithouse place would not stay in it.no refund on money - Place was shit we did not stay there No room facilities, not even a knife and fork.wc was 50 metres away camp kitchen was under a canvas roof outside, nothing very clean in it.could not stay in the place
- Alita (9/5): Fantastic, inclusive for my service pup, 10/10 - The fact that I could have my assistance emotional support pup with me, is a blessing. I depend on her a lot, and she helps me out every day. A lot of other places and rentals are like "no dogs allowed, even if they're a device dog, which really isn't fair for me or her. Not much to say here really.
- clive (4/5): Adequate, with no frills - Breakfast? There isn't even running water in the room Its a backpacker facility with 4 star motel rates.
- MARY (10/5): My Mum was born in Longreach and I just love to visit where I spent many a holiday as a child, adult, Mum and now a grand - It was definitely well constructed and all facilities great and still not too far out of town. Will be back again and thankyou ! Easily accessible, not noisy and ammenities great!
- Chelsee (1/5): -
- Kenneth (9/5): - Very helpful staff Bathrooms could be better
- Abby (8/5): -
- Anthony (7/5): OK if you like walking - Close to the Hall of Fame, quiet. 30 minutes walk into town.
- Robert (8/5): -
- Tori (1/5): - Staff were shouting and drinking in reception until all hours of the night. Beds were uncomfortable and air conditioner turned off throughout the night.
- Barnden (1/5): Very very disappointing. - The bed was too soft. Only 1 pillow provided. No glass or cup or plate in the room. Filthy bathrooms-at least 2 of the 3.
- Colin (7/5): - Pets allowed Bathroom facilities not great
- Anita (5/5): -
- Natalia (2/5): - Not a nice place, but to be fair, not much choice around

- Elizabeth (2/5): A high price for accomodation that did not hopefully reflect an acceptable standard for Longreach - It was a room for the night and nothing more The facility was run down and in some ways didn't meet acceptable safety standards. Our room was accessed via a verandah and then a small foyer. We checked in at night and there was no light in either area. We had to use the torch on our phones to be able to see the lock on the door to gain access to the room. There was a small lip on the doors to the foyer area and so an additional tripping hazard you could not see properly. We did however note that lights in both areas were on the next morning. We were told by a staff member that the lights were on a timer but obviously not for useful times. The bathroom was shared and could only be described as basic with mould. The steps to access the bathroom were worn and the railings were loose. There were broken and loose board on the verandas and a hole in wall. When I complained to management and detailed these concerns I was told I should be grateful for the accomodation. Another guest who overheard my concerns stated as he left "I agree with everything she said". Management then stated "fine don't ever stay with us again" I think I can almost promise I will not.

- Robin (7/5): This was a good budget friendly accommodation option in Longreach - We arrived late. Staff made us feel very welcome and gave detailed advice about where to park and after a little bit of checking we found the rooms. The kitchen was very appreciated and overall the stay was very good value. Room to park the camper and have the dogs close was achievable but not easy, also early advice about how to check in and where to go could have been improved, or I just did not read the communications well.

- Debbie (6/5): Best value for what was provided in Longreach - The room was neat, tidy and clean. Everything you needed was either in the room or in the camp kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and tidy as well. Was a long walk to the bathrooms, advertising did not say they were shared. Whole place could do with painting, new linens in the rooms.
- Jake (7/5): -
- Mick (1/5): - Discusting Discusting
- Anthony (1/5): rubbish smelly not clean - i would not advertise this property on any website site nothing .... i would not let my dog stay there

- Tim (10/5): - Didn’t have to speak to anybody, just checked in with ease. I was worried about having shared bathrooms but there were a few of them and they were all clean. Very satisfied with the price. -
- Darryl (6/5): - Good location as was close to QANTAS museum and Stockmans Museum. Single room in a donga was clean. Bed was okay. The pillow was too flat. No hand wash in the bathroom. The kitchen was a converted car port and open to the elements.
- Rodney (7/5): - Location Better showers
- Davis (7/5): -
- Leesa (6/5): - Loud patrons
- Katrina (3/5): Pay a few more dollars to not stay here unless you are desperate - Pet friendly as I travel with my dog Tiny hot box but too cold to keep the window open with no blanket; just a sheet and bed cover.
Walls were thin and you could hear people talking several rooms away.
- DogMum80 (7/5): Great if you have pets. - Stayed before and like that I can have my dogs with me in the room. A shower tap was missing in one of the showers, the water constantly ran, the room was so wet, shower curtain was grubby. Another bathroom, the door was difficult to unlock, thought I was going to be locked in.
- Caroline (3/5): - Laute Gespräche der Arbeiter bis in den frühen Morgen.
- Ericka (9/5): - Bed where good had a kitchen area for guest Couldn’t find the room since ther where not many lights to find it had to walk around the whole area to find the room
- Christopher (3/5): -
- Leah (5/5): - The air con was cold. Very basic, very run down looking. Not worth the amount per room, got a nicer room with ensuite at a roadhouse the next night for only a couple of dollars more.
Hard to find room numbers because most of them were missing or incomplete.
Bathrooms were in desperate need of an update.
Wooden steps and handrail near our room was very wobbly and rotting away.

- BAKER (1/5): Absolute revolting dump! Criminal prices! - Not one thing, I was charged $220 per night for the most appalling accommodation I have ever seen! It was beyond filthy, disgusting amenities. There was a hand towel and bathmat provided, that was it! I will be reporting this property, I received a text saying that my room would be unlocked and key inside, upon arrival my room was locked and no staff in site, I called reception who said the would send someone around to unlock. I waited 45 minutes and no one arrived, I drove to reception and they said they didn't have a key and I would have to wait, after another 30 minutes staff arrived and unlocked the room. The rooms were not mopped, floors were sticky, no towels provided. The amenities...well I couldn't believe what I was looking at, pure filth! Broken toilet seats, filthy walls, grotty shower curtains, shower recess had not been scrubbed for a very long time. Also, gardens at the entrance to the building were completely over grown, the path in is nearly inaccessible. Whoever owns this establishment should be completely ashamed and to charge such a high rate! I will take this further so other travelers wont be exposed to such filth and overcharged!
- Natasha (6/5): -
- Elaine (1/5): Room had stuff under beds from previous guests had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days. plenty of - there was no breakfast. The shared kitchen had a microwave that didnt work An electric frypan that had old dried foodstuff in it. the verandahs were filthy. never saw staff except at night time. The worst property I have ever stayed in. For the money I paid it was an absolute disgrace that booking .com had it for hire. t
The dirty non serviced property that I had paid good money for.
- Mark (3/5): Disappointed - I won’t be staying there again my room was full of dead insects -
I would not recommend
Needed a good night sleep but didn’t get one. My truck cabin was cleaner
- john (1/5): - I don’t like anything, rooms are not cleaned also there is no lights out side. It’s too bad
- Yuri (1/5): - Lots of insects, no clean, no reply, awful
- H (10/5): -
- Alchin (10/5): -
- Dale (1/5): Got sick from cleaning air con filter - no breakfast, but tv worker well Too small and not clean toilets
- Moffatt (6/5): -
- Andrés Lucas (7/5): -
- Michael (2/5): Felt very uneasy no one stayed to far to get to bathroom at night. - No breakfast. Bit far out for me. The bathrooms were very poor and needed a good clean door needs fixing.
- Stephen (5/5): Much cheaper than other accomodation in Longreach - I had a smart tv, bed comfy. Air conditioned. Small fridge. I’d read the reviews so was well prepared. If you just want a bed it’s fine. I bought a door wedge but useless as doors open outwards ( they are undercover dongas) It felt like an abandoned Wild West ghost villiage. Short walk to the toilets and shower, camp kitchen clean but no cutlery etc . Like I said if read the reviews so bought everything … walk into town was a shocker. Taxi charges flat rate $15

- Peter (1/5): Very basic not much privacy and a lot of maintenance needed to be done - Overnight stay only while we were travelling home. Very hostel like and bathroom a long way from
Bedroom
- Douglas (9/5): -
- Barb (6/5): Adequate for 1 night. - The location suited me as regards being in transit from the airport to a bus leaving the following morning. It was clean and the facilities were ok overall The room was very small and difficult to get comfortable in without actually laying on the bed. I have not investigated other options in the area in a similar price range ( if they exist!) but did stay in a similar price range spot in a nearby town that was much roomier and more comfortable.
- Alyss (9/5): -
- Adrian (7/5): Great budget place , needs replanning make it easier fron one end - The closeness to quantas museum. There no shops for 3 kms . I don't have car . The accomdation hard to find . I suggest cutting stork Rd from title .
The toilett where miles to go inthe night too
- Sophie (7/5): -
- Barbie-Lee (2/5): Very average - Quiet location, cheap price Room was not cleaned, floor was very dirty, hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed. Amenities (toilet and shower) were also not cleaned
- Rebecca (7/5): -
- Andrew (1/5): Warning. Don't Stay Here. - There was NOTHING to like 👎. Everything about the place is despicable. Dirty room, bed sheets are all wrinkled as not folded after wash & dry. Rodent faeces scattered throughout room. TV screen & 2 small windows all smudged, curtains torn & full of holes.
Air Con only works on cooling, with no heat function. Area drops to 5c or less at night in winter. This is the WORST place I've ever stayed in decades of travelling. My rating for the 'establishment' is in the negatives. Like minus 2.
Stay clear of here at all costs.
- Phillip (7/5): Perfectly fine for an overnight stop - Location outside space for parking price Showing age
- Adrian (2/5): Even for the price, the quality of the accommodation was poor - Nothing. This was the second time I stayed at the property. I should have spent a little extra and stayed elsewhere. The shared facilities were dirty. One of the beds in my room was missing a leg which meant the person sleeping in the bed felt like you were going to fall out of bed all night. The television had no signal.
- Adrian (5/5): - Price and location Shared bathrooms were quite dirty
- Bill Snape (5/5): -
- Chris (5/5): appropriate budget worker's accommodation - Long way out of town worker's accommodation but there's courtesy buses available from at least 2 of the pubs. More than half the price of any other options in town. location
- BECKY (9/5): good - comfortable room and clean bathroom and shower was amazing location, not walkable to the town
- Courtney (9/5): -
- Rob (7/5): Property operated by Albert Park Motel and offered transport services into town centre - Good location for visits to Qantas Museum and Stockman's Hall of Fame. Kitchen facilities
- Maria (7/5): It was good - We hat to sleep over All good
- Manfred (9/5): - Die Lage war gut ...
Die Außenküche war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet...
Duschen waren sauber..
- Darrel (5/5): - N/a N/a
- Frances (8/5): if it’s a sterile motel room that you want, then don’t stay here. If you want a bit of charm, then give it a go - something really likable about this place. Yes, it’s grubby, and the toilet is around the corner, and the bathrooms are staggeringly unclean. It’s charming though. Raffish, a bit of dodgy atmosphere-not in a scary way, just in a “if these walls could talk” way. Wooden verandahs all around, all sorts of funny little corners with a groups of tables and chairs looking over the red dirt and the dry scrub of Longreach. Set up for more vibrant times, but or now I believe that I may have been one of two or three occupants. The share kitchen was a great favorite with the ants, and my tip for future guests is bring some ready made food with you. The ants haven’t worked out how to open the microwave door yet. I can’t put my finger on it, but this place, in spite of its obvious faults, was has been one of my favorite places to stay. It charmed me, and made me feel as though I was on the road, in contrast to the usual sterile motel rooms reeking of cheap air fresheners. So to answer this question there was nothing I didn’t like about it. Even having to travel to the toilet in the night instead of using an ensuite, took me out into a moonlit night, the ground still baking and the sound of faraway trucks on the highway. Arresting. I loved it.
- Ronald (7/5): - It was exactly what I expected and paid for. Dont complain. As far as I am concern the accommodation was exactly what I expected and I have no complaints. If you want more for your expectations then pay more but understand this is the outback and there is a great variety of accommodation to suite all tastes.
- Michelle (1/5): -
- Linda (7/5): Not my usual standard for accommodation especially after paying so much. - Cheapest place for time required Have to pick up key from a different location. This was not ideal as receptionist at time basically threw key at me as they headed to train station. Driveway not clearly signposted as to entry/ exit with deep ruts at entry point and throughout property. Thin walls allowed conversion from neighbours to be clearly heard. No clear instructions on where kitchen was nor what the wifi password was. This had to be given out at time of key pick up. Bathrooms always left with wet towels after previous users had finished all over the place. No place to put wet towels if finished with them. Toilet roll holders not in all toilet areas with some rolls on the floor. Spares on small seating area near showers.
- Alex (4/5): Disappointing but tolerable for a night - Pet friendly Was in poor condition. AC didn’t work properly, broken flooring and holes in walls. Shared bathroom not very clean and shower pressure was intermittent, only cooking facilities were outside
- Antonio (4/5): -
- Talon (9/5): - Located in a convenient area in Longreach and it was very good value for the price. Aircon worked great and the room was clean.
- Burger (8/5): -
- Noelene (10/5): -
- Kelly (7/5): - It was cheap it was comfortable so what if he had to share a shower the shower was hot and strong and it was a comfortable room It was the cheapest one in town so you get what you pay for it was hard to find the reception was my only big complaints
