• Danny Caran (7/5): Napoli favolosa - La comunicazione con i gestori è stata buona, c'è il self ceck-in con codici per portone e ritiro chiavi, è situato ad un primo piano anche se il retro è sottoposto ad un giardino, finestre alte come da foto, dove vie una sorta di locale alternativo hippy e culturale ma non crea fastidio chiude presto di sera, l'appartamento è di dimensioni generose anche se diviso in modo strano dalle foto si capisce. Vi è un bel balcone dove si vede San Martino una bella veduta. Piacevole è stato trovare una semplice bottiglia d'acqua che non è scontato e macchina da caffè con cialde per un regimento. l'insonorizzazione non è il massimo con l'appartamento adiacente sempre gestito dallo stesso proprietario ma li dipende da chi si trova come vicini di volta in volta, nel complesso la sera e notte il circondario non è chiassoso si dorme bene. L'appartamento è situato nel cuore di Napoli quindi è strategicamente positivo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto a patto che siate dei buoni camminatori in pendenza, difatti per arrivarci bisogna fare salite ripide non prorpio il massimo specie per borse o al rientro di sera, c'è un ascensore pubblico vicino che aiuta tanto, specie per raggiungere la Metro di Montesanto, solo che chiude la sera e giorni festivi aperta solo al mattino, il top sarebbe fittare uno scooter e ci si diverte, l'auto dimenticatevela per guida, parcheggio e tutto il resto. Al ceck-out l'host è stato gentile a farci lasciare le borse all'ingresso perchè avevamo il treno nel primo pomeriggio dunque siamo riusciti ad andare in giro ancora per qualche ora senza pesi. Napoli e dintorni è eccezzionale da rivedere e rivedere all'infinito, ha così tanto da offrire che non basta una vita. Prima di lasciare una recensione facciamo passare qualche giorno proprio per essere quanto più possibile obiettivi, quello che purtoppo ha dato fastidio è l'odore degli scarichi che provengono dal bagno, ci sono profumatori ad ogni angolo ma non basta, oltre a non essere prorio salutari, eppure basterebbe rivedere i sifoni specie quelli della doccia e si risolte, inoltre si intuisce che l'appartamento soffre di umidità anche se sono state fatte contropareti in cartongesso per risolvere il problema, ma le cose bagnate fanno fatica ad asciugarsi anche un seplice asciugamano, non si capisce perchè non vi è uno stendino mini o corde o qualsiasi cosa per poter asciugare anche dei semplici slip, neanche una molletta, eppure Napoli è famosa e pittoresca per gli abiti al vento. Altra cosa inconcepibile il non avere nessun tipo di attrezzo anche basic, un panno in spugna ad esempio per fare una pulizia ad un tavolo, piano della cucia o anche lavare una tazza o bicchiere, vero che la cucina è fuori uso ma cucinare è una cosa, poter lavare anche un bicchiere, o ripeto una macchia di caffè che causa l'apparecchio è assurdo farlo con fazzoletti da naso. Spero che l'host prenda questi nostri suggerimenti per migliorare il soggiorno ai futuri ospiti, basta veramente poco per migliorare tanto.
• ANGELIKI (10/5): Αξέχαστη διαμονή - Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο !!! Πολύ προσεγμένο !!! Σε καλή περιοχή κοντά σε μετρό αλλά και στο κέντρο !! Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να μας εξηγήσει τα πάντα !!! Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και θα το συνιστούσα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη !!!

• Suzi (10/5): Confortável, próximo do metro mas levar pouca mala. - A acomodação era grande, bem equipada, limpa e confortável A localização é um pouco complicada para quem estiver com muita mala, pois da estação à acomodação tem diversas escadas (rolante) e rua de pedra.
• Lucía (7/5): Apartamento reformado - El piso es muy grande y reformado. El barrio es muy auténtico y tiene buena comunicación. LA COCINA NO SE PUEDE USAR. Una pena que no lo mencionen en ningún lado, pero te enteras al llegar por un cartel. No tiene ni siquiera una cuchara para un yogur. (Aunque sí que dispone de nevera) Muy estrictos con la hora de salida, a las 10:05 ya estaban llamando a la puerta para que nos fuéramos y hasta metieron las llaves para entrar. Falta un poco más de humanidad en el trato con los huéspedes.

• stephanie (7/5): - située près du quartier historique nous avons pu prendre le métro facilement, la chambre est spacieuse avec la climatisation. Attention pour vous rendre a l'appartement ca monte vraiment vraiment et pour nous l'ascenseur de la ville en panne, avec les valises les escaliers et la montée on été très sport. La literie n'a pas été a notre gout, pas très confortable. L'apprement est tout en longueur est propre mais des minis fenêtres très hautes donc très sombre. Une cuisine est la mais sans pouvoir l'utiliser. Et le prix de la taxe de séjour est énorme 4,50€ alors que pas de ménage tout les jours alors que des agents passent dans le logements.

The Common area of the apartments its a war zone. The Stairs to reach the apartment are to high almost 10 inches. Anyone with any mobility problem will have an issue to reach.

• Barbara (10/5): If you wanna feel how Napolitans live and want a good flat, stay here! - Location is perfect, the flat is soundproof, the host is really-really helpful. The escalaitor is in 1 minute. If you want to feel the real Napoli in a safe environment, stay here! Self check-in was lerfect. The flat has no kitchen part at all, we knew it, so it was not a surprise.

It's located on the hill, but the good thing is there is a public elevator so you don't have to climb uphill when the legs are tired. Very helpful host, good gave us all info we asked him. Top recommendation. -

But I'll start at the beginning!😀 I already received all the information at home in great detail on how to get to the apartment. It was fresh smelling and spotlessly clean, with a huge spacious space with room for everything. There was also a small snack and coffee capsule, which was really thoughtful.😘 Last night at 11 pm I was informed that there would be a traffic strike in Naples the next day. Renato was also professional in this, arranging a taxi that arrived exactly to the minute, thus solving the problem of getting to the airport. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with everything and I can safely say that Renato is a great host, I can confidently recommend him. If I go to Naples again, I will definitely choose this accommodation! Maybe it's just that a plate would be good if I wanted to eat in the house. Best regards, Aniko Nincs olyan

It's fabulous value for money + we loved its proximity to the Pignasecca market.
