- Matus (6/5): - Komunikácia s majiteľkou pred check-inom cez správy bookingu i cez whatsapp. Osobný check-in osobne preferujeme viac ako ten bezkontaktný. Dohoda s majiteľkou na neskoršom check-oute. Majiteľka povolila odložit bicykle priamo v byte. Lokalita veľmi dobrá, blízko k obchodu, zastávke MHD, relatívne tichá lokalita, výhľad z bytu. Parkovanie skutočne bezproblémové v okolí bytovky. Cena bola nižšia ako okolité ponuky (aj vplyvom rezervácie na poslednú chvíľu v deň príchodu). Posteľ je úzka a z nášho pohľadu nedostatočná k pohodlnému prespatiu 2 dospelých osôb. Matrac je navyše preležaný a oboch nás to ťahalo do stredu postele. Posteľná bielizeň pravdepodobne jedného vankúša, alebo samotný vankúš zapáchal. Podlahy najmä v chodbe a obývačke neboli pozametané (a tým ani neviem vyhodnotiť, či boli umyté). Kúpeľňa priemerne čistá (WC, vaňa a umývadlo dostatočne čisté, ale police od prachu a na obkladoch zafrkaná zaschnutá voda). Sedačka v obývačke mala škvrny, nebolo veľmi príjemné sedieť na nej bez deky, alebo nejakej prykrývky (na to nás majiteľka upozornila, takže čiastočne neberiem do úvahy k hodnoteniu). Uteráky po namočení zapáchali. Dokážeme prehliadnuť mnoho vecí a neberieme ich vôbec tragicky, ale čistota je úplný základ pre ubytovacie služby. Rezerváciu bytu sme vytvorili v deň príchodu, ale od rezervácie do plánovaného aj reálneho check-inu to bolo cca 7-8 hodín a teda určite bol priestor na upratanie bytu, alebo na dohodu k zrušeniu rezervácie. Byt na prvý pohľad nebol neuprataný, ale v priebehu prvých hodín sa ukázali vyššie uvedené nedostatky. Cenovo bol tento byt lacnejší ako iné varianty v danej lokalite, ale aj tak nemôžeme pobyt vyhodnotiť ako odpovedajúcu hodnotu za dané peniaze.

- Slavikova (8/5): - Paní majitelka velice milá a vstřícná. Apartmán pěkně vybaven, k dispozici i potřeby pro malé děti. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.
- Lilianna (10/5): Widok z góry na miasto. - Świetny, przestronny i słoneczny apartament, wyposażony we wszystko, co może być potrzebne, łącznie ze zmywarką. W dzień widok na góry, nocą widok jak z okna samolotu. Wszystko mi się podobało.
- Krokodyl1 (10/5): Vynikající poměr cena/kvalita - Krásně s citem zařízený apartmán. Není to studené funkční ubytování jako 90% obdobných zařízení, ale je vidět, že se o to stará někdo opravu pečlivě a baví ho to. Být to moje, tak se tam někoho bojím pustit, že to zničí :-D Někdy asi může být trochu problém s parkováním, ale na to nemá provozovatel vliv.

- Czesław (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, helpful and polite owner of the apartment. The apartment met all expectations. Bus stop nearby, tram stop 10 minutes walk. Car parking under the block. Nearby Lidl and Kaufland store. I realy recommend this apartment. -

It was my first trip to Europe but because of MISA help it doesn't look unknown place to me as she helped a lot. I am really very thankful to her.

- Martins (9/5): Superb - A nice and quite comfortable place to stay. Good kitchen and place for dinner. The elevator takes you to the apartment door. Interesting communication as the owner does not speak English. Only minor complaints. You have to choose the correct entrance door from 4 options and guess how to pronounce the surnames in Czech. The locking knob from the WC door was missing - we found our solution using a screwdriver. :)
- Travellers (2/5): Very poor - We found the apartment very dirty and had the feeling that the owners or someone live in it permanently and moved out without any cleaning done: the floors were dirty, the kitchen and the bathroom too, and there was food left in the cupboards and fridge. The apartment was once quite well equipped but now it needs repairs: in the kitchen, the water from the sink barely runs, making it almost impossible to use the kitchen; in the bathroom, the shower leaks water and splashes it everywhere, ... I don't understand why Booking ratings are so high, maybe the apartment was better maintained in the past. Although the rental price is attractive and the host is nice, it is simply unethical to rent an apartment in its current state.
- Michał (9/5): Superb - Very nice host, easy parking, great place to stay on our way to Austria, coffee/tea/chocolate available for guests. The place had everything we needed. For some reason the water pressure in the kitchen was very low, we had to use the bathroom to wash the dishes.
