• Marine (8/5): Très bon emplacement, appartement très agréable. - La vue de la grande chambre est magnifique et son grand balcon est très appréciable. L'appartement est à coté de la gare. La dame qu'on a appelé pour changer la machine à café l'a fait rapidement et était sympathique. Pas de petit déj proposé Pas de clef pour fermer les chambres et pas de clef pour fermer la salle de bain toilette ! La machine à café trop entartrée ne marchait pas.

• Darbie (6/5): Probably wouldn’t stay again. - Loved the location for the property. It had great views and extremely close to the tasch terminal! Dominique was also helpful We didn’t feel like the property was modern/deep cleaned. Yes it was ‘ clean to the eye’ but the bathroom was very old and battered. We was left 1 toilet roll between 4 of us. The bedrooms were basic and lacking decor. The bedsheets absolutely stunk also. The outside area was not appealing, the chairs were so old and rocky we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside!

• Ricardo (10/5): Die Lage war top, die Aussicht war schön und alles war sehr sauber. - Die Lage war top, man hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und der Bahnhof Täsch war nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber (Bett, Badezimmer, Küche, Badetücher usw.). Vielleicht war die Bequemlichkeit des Bettsofas nicht optimal, für eine Nacht ist es aber in Ordnung.

• Alexandra (4/5): WORST owner , do not stay here - the apartment is large, great view, easy parking close to grocer and train to Zermatt too bad its so mismanaged and the owner does not care CANNOT UPLOAD VIDEOS OF THE NOISE THAT WAS HERE ALL DAY AND NIGHT of all the noise that went on in the morning and at night to booking as they only accept photos THis man said he would refund me on THE phone and then did not !!!!!! ... such bad karma and in such a beautiful mountain valley bad owner the apartment lacks care and attention the curtains are like shower curtains, there are no paintings on the wall... its very bare...i was woken up by noise- i messaged the managing company. The managing company was friendly but they have no say in any matter, they are just there to shelter the owner the door is a mess, I could not lock the door, they did not care! i put all my things that i just unpacked back into my car as i could not lock the apartment? very tiring, very stressful , very unnecessary !!!!! especially in Switzerland- but what put me over the edge as at about 8pm the apt also owned by the same owner, those guests were locked in or could not get out, so the owner sent over someone to fix that lock, make more noise !!!!! all recorded on my video and very hard and a waste of my time to upload on booking... as the italian workman iin tattoos had to enter through my apartment !!! so the other guests who also had issues with the locks as the owner is cheap & thoughtless a vacation does not cause this level of nonsense. When i called the owner... he said .. "i am so so sorry you will be refunded entirely," i did not ask that , he said that... then he went. back on his word and would not refund me anything !!!! i have to submit and waste more of my time all of it to Booking, i dont want an argument... but to rent a place, cause me this and then lie ... THE OWNER IS A LIAR... SAYING ON THE PHONE HE WILL REFUND ME AND THEN DOES NOT. i left... i drove in teh dark to find a new. place... SO NOT OK ... KARMA WILL COME BACK TO HIM.. DO NOT STAY HERE... HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE HE SURE DOES NOT I HAVE HIS NAME AND NUMBER IF YOU WANT IT !!! SUCH A. bummer ,great huge apt.. furnished in the cheapest Malmo Ikea furniture by the way , but then to waste my time, say you will refund me and not ?????? interesting to me , that the folks next to me...

Kitchen with fully equiped kitchenware and dining set. Master bed room, living room & balcony facing to Zermatt mountain view. Laundry room with dryer open from 17:00 to 21:30. The property has lift that easy to access upper floors. Clean & quick response from Sandra. Good free parking space with additional space nearby as well. Nothing, all good!

• Otto (8/5): - Prima appartement. Fijne locatie dicht bij het station. Ideale betaalbare uitvalsbasis voor skiën in Zermatt. Maar een kwartiertje met de trein. We lieten de ski's in de locker op het station van Zermatt. De inrichting en uitrusting was erg basic. Het was kon hier een daar wat schoner.

Les linges de bains trop petits, attention à bien nettoyer les tâches (huiles ancienne à mon avis) sur les chaises, aussi parfois sur les rideaux, les meubles de la cuisine mériteraient aussi un révision. C'est dommage de ne pas soigner ce détails, car plus on laisse plus cela va s'aggraver... et les tâches c'est bof.. les chaises aussi sont un peu branlante.. peur qu'elles vont se casser bientôt. Il faut soigner ces détails car cet appartement est vraiment génial !!

• Sufiyan Harahap (1/5): Bedbugs spoiled our stay.!! - The location is good, with nice views of the mountains. On the only night we stayed here, we had found a few bedbugs on the bed. Due to concerns of biting our kids and contamination of our clothes/luggage, we moved to spend the rest of the night on the sofa in the living room. But here too, we found more bedbugs. I had contacted the owner Sandra immediately, explained the situation and the inconvenience & discomfort that it had caused to our family. She assured us that they would refund our stay and to inform booking.com that I had entered into a contract with the owner of the house and agreed by both parties that I will receive my money back. Fast forward ~2mnths to now, I have contacted booking multiple items and they have informed me that the owner has not responded to their attempts to communicate and resolve this situation so far. This shows the lack of integrity and professionalism by the owner. To avoid such situation for your family, please give this place a miss.

• Azita (7/5): Stunning view, fantastic location. - The location was fantastic. The views were stunning. The unit itself needed some updating the mattress in one room was smaller than the bed frame. The blow dryer would stop working after a bout 30 seconds. The sofa had stains. Check in was easy. Needed some maintenance.
• Tanja (9/5): Tolle, saubere Wohnung an perfekter Lage. - Wie hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Täsch, mit dem Zug kommt man von der Wohnung aus in einigen Minuten nach Zermatt. Perfekt gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Teneti Divyender (8/5): Clean apartment and great location for shopping and for public transport - Just the Location We were generally ok with the facilities but we have have liked a separate WC for 6 guests, the bathroom door didn’t have a key or a latch to lock from inside, there was no vacuum cleaner in the apartment to keep the floor clean, the kitchen had just two big vessels with no frying pans, the coffee machine was available but no coffee capsules for use.

• Yoshinobu (8/5): Very good - There is no pcontroversial points about room and facility. But they did prepared utensils we use in the kitchen, for example flying-pan and flat pan(big size) , just small size only, also toilet papers were shortage on the 2nd day.

• Xiaocheng (1/5): Disappoint! - I checked in on May 6th. There weren't many problems with the apartment itself, but the cleaning staff there were extremely bad! The landlord's attitude towards handling the problem is also very unsatisfactory! The cause of the incident: When I was leaving, I was in a hurry to catch the train and forgot my washbag in the apartment. There was a BRAUN razor worth CHF200, Lamer lotion worth CHF380 , and various other bottles and jars in it. Because I didn't open my luggage when I went to the next apt., it's only possible that it lost in this apt. I myself also think this is a minor matter, and I believe that the cleaning staff in Switzerland is very nice, they will surely put it properly somewhere after discovering it. But when I tried to contact, the following problems occurred: 1, The landlord's two phones couldn't get through to direct calls（the phone on booking and the phone in message are different). I sent messages on booking but didn't reply. Eventually, I got in touch with them via text message, and the landlord asked me to do so. I think this is very unprofessional.Why can he send the message on booking asking me to pay the city tax, but can't reply to my message?I can't understand. 2, I first got in touch with the landlord's two numbers via text message. I'm not sure if it was one person using two numbers or if there were two landlords. Anyway, both of them were very unenthusiastic. I had to keep asking to get some responses. 3, The cleaner took away my washbag! I think it's highly unbelievable for this to happen in Switzerland! And I expressed that the things in the washbag were very important to me (nothing about value; they were all gifts from my lover), but the landlord didn't hear from me and didn't actively assist me either!

There was an issue with some workers not cleaning up our kitchen, however, the hosts came themselves at 9:30 pm and cleaned. They were very nice. There was an second night of our stay there were noisy neighbors above us, but that wasn’t anyones fault but the rude guests. The parking is free which is nice. There is also laundry. You are directly across the street from train to Zermatt and have restaurants within steps.

Very spacious appartment, having its own parking in front, good location, few minutes walk from train station where you can take a 10 minutes train ride to Zermatt. Apartment has an amazing view and very well dacorated. The host are super responsive with any support you need. The apartment is Pet friendly and have a free parking too. Nothing really to dislike but yes you do hear sound of train passing till little late in night but compared to the view it offers I am ok with that noise.
