• Ruslan (9/5): - Чистота, регулируемое отопление, идущий на встречу персонал, возможность заехать раньше официально указанного времени, месторасположение, безопасный вход в жилье, исправные два лифта, близко расположенные продуктовый магазин и кафе с магазинами одежды Холодильник отключается при уходе из квартиры, пластиковая посуда, отсутствие кофеварке/турки/кофемашины и кухонных полотенец, одно из окон не до конца закрывалось, поэтому в часы пик было шумновато, но перечисленное не омрачило общее впечатление от проживания
• Oana (9/5): - The apartment is in a great location near Vatican, bus/metro station, supermarket, in a very safe area. The building is great and secure and the apartment is very clean. Very easy to speak with the personal. I would come back in my next visit to Rome. The noise from the street (the windows doesn't isolate the noise to well). The couch from the living it is not so confy but nothing too dramatic. Like a recomandation, I would replace the plastic plates from the kittchen.
• Ceren (9/5): - Tal cual aparece en las fotos, lo más importante, el sofá-cama es una cama de matrimonio, cómodo, aunque hace muchísimo ruido, por ende, caben hasta 4 personas en la casa. Lo único el precio, me parece bastante caro, pero entiendo que en Roma así están los precios.

Cama cómoda, toallas limpias. Leandro muy amable. Excelente opción para disfrutar en Roma Nada malo. Solo una pequeña cosa para revisar el drenaje del lavamanos, está lento el desagüe.

• Thordur (9/5): Superb - Caretaker was on site and gave me keys along with information about apartment. Apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. AC worked well. Wifi was fast but down quite often (most likely fault of internet provider). Bulky keychain...!
• Vineta (8/5): the apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but still nice. - Location was good. Everything was clean. if one of the guests wants to go out alone, there are problems with the keys, because in order to have electricity in the apartment, the keys must be in the apartment, but to get out and in through the front door of the building, keys are needed, so it is difficult for guests to leave one by one.
