The host isn't even slightly kind and isn't interested in helping guests. Hard to find. Three Japanese taxi drivers couldn't figure out the address. And I've always been dropped off a 10-minute walk away. I asked for the address that everyone could understand, but I didn't get it. But even the Japanese one is incomplete. Self-checkout is unclear. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the smell of urine in the entryway. How long has it been since it was cleaned? Shameful. The apartment is nice but not very functional because in April I had to sleep with two blankets and the stove on. Because the windows are old. Drafts come in. You'll feel cold. Imagine in January. Plus, the host will fill your apartment with notes about things you can't do. Communication is horrible. They won't help you with anything. I paid 47,000 yen for two days, and I thought about leaving because of how bad the experience was. There's no room to cook in the kitchen. It's full of useless things. It looks like a warehouse. For 47,000 yen for two nights, I think it's a scam. I want a refund. Guests can't be left without notice. Not recommended.
• rajat (1/5): Stay Away better properties available for same price. - I did not like anything.Too small and away from Shinjuku.Don’t waste your money.entrance dirty.Beds on the floor very uncomfortable and no space to chop food or cook.Tiny refrigerator.No space to keep luggage. Horrible property dirty entrance.4-5 subway stations away train change a hassle.
• Jonathan (7/5): - Conveniently located close to train stations, konbini & coin laundry. Comfy bed and living area. Great selection of Nintendo Switch games. After travelling around the country and soaking in some shrines & history, I really enjoyed a game of Samurai Showdown as all the backgrounds and music are decidedly Japanese. Check in guide was handy too The entrance to the building was a little tired but once inside the apartment, it was all forgotten. Bathroom was small but that’s pretty common. Overheard lights were a bit full-on but provided lamps made up for them. Some early morning wake up calls from crows in the courtyard weren’t ideal.

• Chee Wai (8/5): Property with a very good location to train station and quiet neighborhood - The best thing about this property is its location. Very very near to the Oedo Line train station (Ushigome-Yanagicho). And just a few stops away from Shinjuku station. Also theere are 3 kombinis and a supermarket within 5 min walk. Size of the property is pretty small (for 4 adults), but it is more for just sleeping and resting which we dont really mind. Would be good if property have some basic cooking stuff like oil, salt, sugar, pepper, coffee/tea.

• Yu An (9/5): 整體來說非常滿意！房間也應有盡有，該有的備品都有（洗髮精、潤髮乳、沐浴乳都有且是好用的，女孩子不用自己帶），毛巾浴巾也都有，吹風機不是風很小一直按著的那種，而且有電捲棒真的太棒了😭❤️也有小梳子和牙刷牙膏，還有簡便刮鬍刀～～ - 離地鐵站非常非常近，去哪裡都很方便！走路一分鐘就到了非常方便，雖然在新宿但由於是在住宅區所以很寧靜，附近也有超商所以我認為是很好的位置！ 浴室有點小，但女孩子站在浴缸裡洗澡的話是還可以接受，不過如果是成年男子比較壯的話可能就會有點擁擠。 寢具有一點髒污，會介意的人可以自備免洗床單或枕頭套墊著。
• Rodrigo (9/5): - Pelo que pesquisamos, é um apartamento típico de Tóquio. Muito funcional e bem dividido. Achamos apenas o banheiro apertado, mae acho que tipicamente são assim. Fica muito próximo ao Metrô. A locomoção pela cidade ficou bem fácil. O tamanho do banheiro.
• Bruna Miyuki (7/5): - A acomodação é perto da estação de metro. Se for apenas para dormir ela serve mas não se engane com as fotos. A casa estava bem suja em relação a detalhes como por exemplo ventilador cheio de pó e teia de aranhas nas quinas das paredes. Geladeira e eletrodomésticos também.

• Joao (9/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good value for money. - It was well located, just a 1-minute walk from the subway, which connected us to the main points of the city in less than 20 minutes. The Japanese-style bed had a comfortable mattress and pillows. Despite being a small apartment, it had all the amenities — even a pocket Wi-Fi, which was very useful for exploring the city. Miky was always quick to respond to any questions. The small fridge and oven were limiting if we wanted to cook meals at home.

• Carla Estefani (7/5): Posizione ottima ma pulizia da migliorare - Posizione, accanto alla stazione della metro. Materasso comodo e istruzioni chiare per il check-in. Aldilà della prima comunicazione il proprietario non risponde più ai messaggi in caso di bisogno. Pulizia da migliorare, la casa era piena di moscerini dei bagni e ho trovato anche un ragno nella zona notte. Consiglio di pulire anche l’esterno, il piccolo balcone era pieno di polvere. Lo spazio é molto ridotto, non lo consiglio per 4 persone perché non c’è lo spazio sufficiente per aprire le valigie.

• Aneta (5/5): - The directions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent—quiet surroundings with good restaurants close by. This place is for really short stays, preferably for one night. It is tiny (I am aware of Japanese standards), dark and the entrance to the apartment is via long, not very nice corridor.
