• Gary (10/5): It was perfect for our final night in Sydney and early departure. - The property was gorgeous and accommodated our family group of 10. Location was great as we only used it for our night before departure from the nearby SYD(12 minutes). Wish we could have utilized it longer. Worked great having three bathrooms with showers. Highly recommend this property.

Ducted heat was amazing especially when the weather was cold and rainy. And I had a last minute request to which the host happily catered to due to the extreme weather change.

Host was fabulous, very prompt at responding to a trivial msg I sent at 10pm regarding air con. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

• Makoto (9/5): Location Location Location!!= - very close to airport. We stayed a night for catch early morning flight. Very convenience location for enjoy last Sydney night. The owner is very honest and had a good communication. We recommend anyone big family looking for staying between Sydney airport and CBD area.
• Bradley (5/5): Passable - The location was good for what we required, It could have been cleaner, dust in all bedrooms, the previous tenant left a pair of socks in the upstairs bathroom. mould in the upstairs bathroom, the front and backyard where unkept. the kitchen tap had no water pressure. We were told we could use the garage, but it had some of the owners stuff in it, had to move things around so it could be used.

The three-bedroom home was just as described: spacious, well-appointed, and truly luxurious. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Location: The location was ideal for us—quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to the city center and tourist attractions. Easy access to public transportation was a plus. Amenities: We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The kids loved the space to play around the house. Host: Our host was outstanding. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and were quick to assist with any requests we had. Check-in/Check-out: The process was smooth and hassle-free. Instructions were clear, and the host was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated. Overall: We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend CozyQuarters to anyone looking for a home away from home. We're already planning our return trip!

• Dan (7/5): Beautifully furnished house needs some attention to living details - We came to stay overnight while collecting overseas travellers at the airport. The place is large, clean and beautifully furnished and the beds were comfortable. It seems the day to day setup was a bit lacking, like someone has taken their eye off the ball. There was no toilet paper (in any of the three bathrooms) when we arrived. Luckily there was time to buy some on the way to the airport. There was a shortage of towels that we could find so not everybody managed to have a shower. My shower had over six kinds of shampoo, but no soap or body wash at all. Despite the house having four double beds, there were two or three teaspoons and no larger spoons. I ate my muesli with a fork! In summary, it's generally a lovely place and just a little more attention would make it very good stay in.

• Zoe (2/5): Absolutely filthy, was concerned to sleep there - The only positive about this house was the space, a lot of room. A nice chandelier It was absolutely filthy, the bed sheets hadn’t been washed, they smelt of cigarettes. There was old leftover KFC in the fridge when we arrived, NOTHING had been cleaned, the surfaces were filthy, the mirrors were all smeared, there was split drink all up the walls. After walking around in this house for less than an hour, the bottom of our feet were BLACK from the filth. There was urine stains all over each toilet. The showers were filled with mould, grime, old hair ties. None of the bins had been empty, there was old garbage in all of them
