• Grace (10/5): Spacious, clean, amazing views, fantastic host - So spacious, very clean and location was exceptional - so close to the water. The views are amazing especially from the kitchen and the lounge room - the pictures really don’t do this place justice! Steven was a very attentive, kind and friendly host and had very quick responses any time we had a question. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

• Gregory (9/5): Spacious rooms and very clean - Very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen are all generous sizes. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but makes up for it inside.
• Tina (1/5): Spacious but dusty and smelly - Spacious is the only accurate description. It’s only superficially clean, full of dust, smells. Blankets and pillows smell. Lacks basic air BnB amenities like tea, coffee and sugar, tissues. Needs a deep clean, very dusty and smelly. Has a laundry without a washing machine. Dangerous if you have children, uneven surfaces and broken bricks on pavement getting up to room.
• Melanie (8/5): - Spacious, clean, bright with lovely waterviews and surrounded by trees. A lovely spot to stay A couple of little additions would make it even better. Mattress toppers to soften the Queen beds and some new pillows and a powerboard to charge phones and run the fan in the bedrooms at the same time as the lamps. Some extra cutlery and crockery would make it better for a larger family.

• Lisa (8/5): Access to property was super easy, location was great house was good too just needs a little updating. - Location was great, home was very clean and views were fantastic. Beds need updating mattress was very hard.
• Lia (8/5): host very helpful and polite and home will one day be absolutely perfect once few issues are fixed - The home is lovely, in a great location and a quiet area, never tire of the beaut view from kitchen and lounge room. Kitchen blind not working, fan in bedroom not working, no proper bathroom rug, bath towels very thin, no washing machine, only one thin tea towel, one bathroom and one toilet problematic with four old folk.
• D (8/5): Great value. Great space. I'd come back. - Instruction was clear & easy to follow. The air con (heaters) were tricky to get working & the water pressure from the shower was pretty low.
• Narelle (8/5): This property was well located - Good location Bedrooms were freezing cold, bedding very thin, just a fitted bottom sheet and slim cover, really need some aircon units in bedrooms or consider ducted aircon/heating Maybe think about purchasing a washing machine and dryer

• Thay (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, great location and we would come back if the property is improved. - Great location with panoramic views of water, mountain and peaceful. The property has a big balcony to sit outside for breakfast and watch sunset. The house has not got screens for every bed rooms and lounge room, a fan did not work in on of the bed rooms. There was unpleasant smell from the bathroom in the downstairs bed bedroom.
• Albana (7/5): Good - The house is in a good location and have beatiful view also spacious. Shops were close. Internal stairs are noisy and doesn't have safety gate for children.Fridge was to small to have many people.There was not a laundry no BBQ which was not expected from property of this size that accommodates that many people also bedrooms had smelly carpet.

• David (10/5): Large, well-equipped House in a Good Location. - Was truly spacious with well-equipped kitchen. Nice balcony overlooking the Brisbane Water. Having an electronic (keyless) lock was very convenient. Close to Gosford Waterfront and an Aldi supermarket close by. The metal framed queen bed wasn't very comfortable.

• Rosemary (6/5): Pleasant, but could have been more comfortable with top sheets and more blankets. - The location suited our purpose. I think it could be very hot in summer facing due west. Tap washers in both handbasins need replacing - waste of water. No plug for bath - unusable for kids. Kitchen needs coffee, sugar, cooking oil, dishcloth or chux, and scourer, lids for frying pans, bottle and can opener. Beds need extra blankets - we were all cold. Optional extra pillows would have been good. Some lights need new globes.

• Bill (8/5): Had a great stay but for the premium price expected more. Lucky it was spacious with beautiful views. - Clean, spacious and great to sit on balcony and enjoy the amazing views. No washing machine, inside airer or iron. Not enough towels. Beds not comfy and no top sheets. Mattresses, pillows and bed linen need changing. No easy live TV and streaming was a bit clunky.

• Angelique (8/5): Great house for a group or family. - Spacious home, clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels etc. There are a few things which could be improved but overall, a great choice. The location was perfect for our needs and having the lovely water view was a great bonus. With 5 people coming and going, the front door keypad was very useful instead of juggling keys. Fan in downstairs bedroom does not work. Fan in second bedroom is too noisy to keep on overnight. No problem in other bedrooms. Kitchen blind could not be closed to keep out the sun. No where to hang washing inside when it rains. Time for new pillows and mattresses! Awkward parking but we managed.
• Jade (6/5): Pleasant home, but owner really needs to give some extra attention to detail, for a more comfortable and pleasurable sta - Lovely location. Beautiful views. Owner was very helpful and communicative with television issue, but unfortunately couldn’t solve the problem. Beds didn’t have a top sheet on any beds, only a doona. Not practical in hot & humid weather. Internet kept dropping out the entire stay. Smart Television had no local channels and had to be consistently rebooted, as internet would drop out.
• Sharon (8/5): Disappointed by my initial experience. The booking site needs to be upgraded with photo and wording. - Information on how to get in. I was told there was a locked box on the property and was sent a confirmation number and a 4 digit pin code. Searched everywhere on the property for the locked box. When I rang the host it went to voicemail twice. When I didn't get a call back I then rang Booking.com ( who were in HONG KONG) and Nico was very happy to try and help. Once inside and looking around I realised there was no laundry or linen cupboard for extra towels. As we were going to be there for 8 nights then 1 towel each was not enough. I rang the host and he bought 8 new towels but without a washing machine we couldn't wash them to use. We went outside to check out the pool that was shown on the booking site but couldn't find it. Later in the day we tried to close the venetian blinds in the lounge room and they were really hard. The blind in the kitchen was broken.
• Diane (10/5): Lovely family holiday - Lots of space - we were 8. Good size bedrooms and although fairly sparsely furnished was great for our purposes. The back garden was being revamped- but the outside balcony was safe and enough to be outside for the times we were in. Also had a large washing line to hang out wet things.lovely main room looking out over water. Had to reboot internet a few times as it dropping out and the tv depended on it so we needed that for the little ones. A washing machine would be a bonus as we were 13 nights- but we used laundromat in kincumber.
• Anonymous (4/5): Ideal for a weekend, without a longer stay in mind. - The property was clean and tidy and in a good location fit for purpose. - no washing machine - no iron or ironing board - tv, while connected to the internet did not receive regular channels and was cumbersome in trying to select an app that worked effectively.

• Fremlin (9/5): Perfect quiet getaway spot, loved it. - The location was great, lovely and quiet. The house was clean and well maintained. We had an excellent view of the sunset from the balcony. The oven was tricky to turn on (and off) the night we decided to stay in and cook.
