Guest Reviews
- Brett (10/5): Amazing, thanks! - Great flat with everything we needed! Spacious and clean, good amenities and walkable to different parts of Dublin
- Sophia (8/5): - Very spacious
Exactly how described
Location was good as was able to walk to Guinness factory and temple bar area
- Clara (7/5): Great location and very spacious. Good for a week-end stay to explore Dublin. We unfortunately had some communication is - Clean, spacious and well located The host was not very respondent and we had a mix-up about check-in times. The wifi was also not working
- Philipp (2/5): -
- Beatrice (6/5): - Appartamento molto ampio Molto sporco, ragnatele che pendevano dai soffitti, pavimento non proprio pulitissimo e nemmeno la cucina
- Luke (10/5): -
- CHRISTOPHE (3/5): Disappointing - Good location 4 minutes away on foot from the Guinness Storehouse. Easy and clear communication with the landlord and the taxi transfer included in the price from the airport The most disappointing flat I did so far in my life. The mattress were old and not comfortable. I did not sleep well.
I also did not like the fact you need to start a timer 30 minutes before showering to have hot water. Bathrooms need some maintenance. The toilets and tiles were moving. Overall very expensive for a not very good looking and comfy flat. This flat does not have a welcoming atmosphere when into it
- Bas (9/5): We hebben een top weekend gehad! - Ruime opzet - Er hingen veel spinnenwebben
- geen vaatwasser
- Ffaen (10/5): -

- Pascal (6/5): - Locatie en ruime woonkamer. Badkamer en toiletten kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Er stonden nog allemaal etenswaren in de keuken. Tenslotte kan de schoonmaak wel beter.

- Lorna (3/5): Not worth what we paid and felt unsafe - It was spacious and close to the tram line The en-suite shower was tiny and you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly because it was too close to the shower. The toilet seat was coming away from the toilet too. The toilet in the main bathroom wasn’t fixed to the floor. The windows had thick wire grates on them which were for security, we didn’t realise that we were not in a safe area, the grates said it all and made the place really dark, it felt like you were in a cell. It was over £1k for two nights so the expectation of the place did not live up to the expense. I think the double bed must have had a plastic sheet on it because it had that weird feeling of dampness like you get from a blowup bed when camping. There was mould in the bathrooms too. There were jars with what looked like homemade sauces in them in the cupboards and fresh food presumably left from the person before us. The whole place needed a refresh and some tlc and there were a few things broken and dents in walls.
- Prinal (8/5): Very good -
- Louise (4/5): Disappointing. Not value for money. - Large lounge. The host was helpful when we got in touch needing a hairdryer and iron but the iron made the electric trip. It wasn’t clean and needs some work doing to it. It had a strange smell to it and the floor boards had gaps in them which caused a slip hazard. Bed sheets in the main bedroom had not been changed. Trouble with the electric meant the shower didn’t work for an evening and we couldn’t use the power sockets.
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Rhys (9/5): Superb -
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Modasia (10/5): 1 Minute walk from the Guinness Storehouse!!! - Brilliant apartment, very modern looking and great amount of space! Would certainly book again!
- Richard (9/5): Great apartment, atentive hosts, unfortunate area - Very spacious and clean Was in abit of a rough area with cages on the outside of the windows, someone’s car was smashed into the second night, right outside the apartment
- Praise (8/5): It was just what we needed for a weekend away exploring Dublin - It was in a great location to the town and right by the Guinness factory It was a little dusty
- Vera (10/5): Exceptional - Pretty central, lots of shops and pubs around, very clean!
- Alejandra (8/5): Very good - Big house, two bathrooms, clean We have to wait more than one hour for take a shower, because we have to turn on the hot water.
With family of five it was tooooooo long to everybody take a shower.
