• Chris (8/5): Very good - Quiet, 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes to many restaurants. 15-20 minutes to main part of town. Good wifi, nice personal touch to decor. Comfortable sofas. Feels like a beach retreat. Tiny TV with limited options. Sundeck lacked comfortable furniture. Limited grocery store shopping nearby. All considered, for the price, I expected a bit more luxury and convenience.

• Maria (10/5): A Perfect Stay in Sal – Couldn't Ask for More! - Our stay in Sal was amazing! The location was perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the beach and the main street. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could possibly need. The lovely terrace and the swimming pool in the building made the experience even better. The WiFi was excellent, which was really important for me as I was working remotely. Ligia was an incredible host—she truly went above and beyond, offering great recommendations, arranging transport, and making sure we had the best experience possible. Her hospitality made our stay 10 times better! Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and we’d come back in a heartbeat.

• Georgiiiiiii (10/5): Great place to relax - The apartment is located in nice and quiet area, where you can really relax and enjoy your stay. It was very clean and spacious, at the top floor with nice view of the pool and palm trees in front of you on the balcony. There is a bed on the balcony, which I really enjoyed and spend lots of hours chilling out. Hammok is also available. Pool is great to cool down in hot days, with sunbeds and umbrellas to relax after, and was never too crowded during my stay. Shop and restaurant by the main entrance, and 24/7 security at the door. Santa Maria beach is very close with cristal clear water and nice sand. Places nearby where you can book local adventures and explore the Sal island. Town centre is on short 10min walk, where you can explore more restaurants and bars with local food and drinks. The host was very helpful, answering all my questions at any time and providing lots of information and pictures on things to do and see. She arranged a taxi for me to take me from and back to the airport, which was very smooth expirience. Many, the taxi driver was really nice guy. Thank you for everything Ligia, I had a great time. Definitely recommend Santa Maria and staying at this apartment for anyone who need quiet, pieceful time to relax and recharge on a nice holiday break. Nothing
• Christina (9/5): Superb - This apartment has everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation in Sal (except for sea view ;-))! The beach is only a few minutes away. The pool area is super nice and never crowded. A mini market is right next door, a super market across the street, three restaurants are also next door. Security guards are on duty 24/7. You're close enough to downtown Santa Maria to be able to walk everywhere and far away enough to not hear any noises from the partying. The host is very helpful and the check-in and check-out is a smooth process - they will even pick you up from/bring you to the airport!
