JUAN (10/5): El paraiso en forma de hotel. - Desde el momento que pones un pie en el hotel, se aprecia que te tratan como alguien especial. He viajado por todo el mundo en hoteles de cuatro y cinco estrellas y este supera por mucha diferencia al resto. La habitación excepcional, las instalaciones, piscina tranquila y otra con actividades, playa de arena blanca que enamora... todo perfecto. La limpieza digna de mencionar. Pero si algo destaca sobre manera es el tema de restaurantes tanto por su calidad y cantidad pero tb por la facilidad a la hora de la reserva. Lo mismo del personal, atento a cualquier solicitud e intentando en todo momento hacerte la estancia más agradable. Estaba el hotel prácticamente completo y no tuvimos problema en reservar ningún día en el restaurante que queríamos. Probamos el restaurante María Dolores y aunque estuvo fantástico, el resto de restaurantes del complejo hacen que no sea necesario gastarse el dinero en el mismo, ya que muchos de ellos son dignos de estrella Michelin. A la hora de la reserva dude con varios hoteles de la zona, y puedo asegurar que la elección valió la pena. El spa es un poco caro para lo que estoy habituado, y aunque tiene 4 estrellas forbes debe ser por los tratamientos( que no probé) ya que el circuito del agua aunque es correcto, no es algo excepcional como el resto del hotel. Puedes usar un catamarán y tablas de pádel surf sin coste en la playa. Por otro lado, la diferencia con la categoría Inspira en mi caso no merece la pena, salvo por el tema del golf y algún otro descuento. Las habitaciones con piscina son todas sombrías con lo cual en toda la semana solo vimos a una pareja usarla, si vuelvo al hotel no me gastaría el dinero en habitación Inspira, las normales cumplen de sobra lo que pagas. Volveré seguro a este hotel por como me han hecho sentir durante una semana. La verdad que todo estuvo perfecto. Al segundo día nos quejamos por olor en el baño y en menos de media hora nos habían cambiado la habitación. El único pero, fue que nos dijeron que el día de salida podíamos salir más tarde y al final tuvimos que dejar la habitación en hora, si bien es cierto que pudimos disfrutar del hotel e incluso comer sin cargo y nos dejaron una habitación para cambiarnos antes de salir de viaje.

Dalia (9/5): Great hotel, but not during the high season - The facilities are great, so is the personnel. The issues with the sunbeds and dinner reservations made our stay much less enjoyable. The hotel was at its full capacity, so there were not enough good sunbeds for everyone. Probably there are enough sunbeds as such, but not that many of them are actually well placed, away from scorching sun or shadow. Therefore, people would wake up at 5am to reserve their sunbeds. Yes, at 5am while it’s still dark, the pool area is full of people reserving their sunbeds. If you’re late to this strange game, your day by the pool will not be very enjoyable. Bear in mind, the problem is so big that even the hotel staff working by the pool asked us to complain to the management about the sunbed situation as they are tired of solving constant disputes concerning sunbed “reservations” among the guests. Also, the hotel has no buffet and you need to reserve restaurants for dinner on the app. Some restaurants are much more popular than others. Many people stay awake past midnight to make the reservations. If you don’t stay awake past midnight and try to make your reservation at 5am when waking up to reserve the sunbed, very likely nothing is left or some places might still be left but only for 10pm. I don’t want to eat dinner at 10pm. Finally, they organize different workshops every day. Brilliant idea, the issue is that there is max 30spots for thousands of guests. As you can imagine, it causes daily frustration. Overall, I go to this type of hotels to enjoy eating and lying by the pool. Neither of these things went smoothly. I would come back, it is a great hotel, but not functioning properly during the high season. I highly recommend making changes.

Spa is delightful and has a cool hydrotherapy experience. The staff is so unbelievably kind and helpful. We thought the food and drinks were absolutely incredible — it was really nice that they always asked about dietary needs/allergies and whether we were celebrating anything (we went for our honeymoon and they didn’t miss a chance to celebrate us). The check in process seemed a bit cumbersome / long after a day of travel, but we might have arrived at a busy time. A lot of construction was underway while we were there which was slightly inconvenient.

I called to see when it was going to be delivered after my confirmation said 40 minutes. I called 30 minutes after the first 40 minutes had passed. When it was delivered the food was cold and we were missing a couple of items. The second issue, the hairdryer was broken. We had to call five times before somebody finally showed up to check and make sure it didn’t work and then finally somebody brought one that did.

Jessica (9/5): Over was a great time because we celebrated with family but the rude staff made it not as enjoyable. - The property was beautiful the rooms were by far the best I have stayed in any resort. The room service was great. The staff was rude to the us as we were a large group. Not sure why but we got ignored when we went to the bars. Some of us did dinner together and the wait staff was not as attentive to us as they were to the other patrons. Lastly was a lot of walking to get to certain areas, went with my parents who are older and they couldn’t provide transportation for them (golf carts).

El hecho de ofrecer en un all inclusive la calidad y variedad de alimentos que ofrecen aquí se reconoce, se agradece y se aplaude. Hay un enorme esfuerzo por proponer platillos bien presentados, bien preparados de ingredientes de muy buena calidad y de buen sabor, con algunas excepciones. Todo lo propuesto en cuestión de alimentos realmente excelente. Cocina con toques internacionales y con un esfuerzo de creatividad reconocible. Muy bien logrado. Por otro lado el servicio prácticamente perfecto. Personal atento y cuidadoso de lo que el huésped quiere y necesita. Las instalaciones agradables con espacios de buen tamaño y muchos pequeños detalles que sorprenden agradablemente al turista. Bravo, espero que sigan así y que tomen en cuenta los pequeños detalles que pueden mejorar para ser realmente el MEJOR HOTEL con mayúsculas. Agradecemos particularmente las atenciones y detalles por nuestro 33 aniversario de bodas; así como la excelente respuesta de Sonnya de alimentos y bebidas, después de haber comentado una situación no muy profesional por parte de un mesero en uno de sus restaurantes. Fue muy sorprendente y grato notar que, aquí el cliente importa y se le da una respuesta inmediata en situaciones menos agradables, esto no suele ocurrir en México y nos parece esencial para una evolución positiva de cualquier establecimiento. En relación con la comida pensamos que la comida mexicana está muy orientada al paladar estadounidense. Para el turismo mexicano, que reconozco es la minoría, resulta algo decepcionante. Sin por ello decir, que la comida mexicana sea de mala calidad, es cuestión de sazón. Por otro lado donde realmente hay una oportunidad de mejora muy importante es en todo lo que concierne la oferta de postres y dulces. La apariencia de los mismos es muy buena, pero el sabor deja muchísimo que desear. Los macarrones, chocolates y helados son realmente muy malos, excesivamente dulces y sin sabor; habría que contratar una asesoría de algún buen repostero como Laurent Troublé, Odette Olavarri o Helena Reigadas para mejorar las recetas y ofrecer postres y dulces a la altura del resto de los alimentos. Y finalmente cuidar la limpieza de las toallas de playa y alberca, tengo la impresión de que las reciclan sin lavarlas. Algunas tienen manchas y olores muy desagradables.

Ima N. (9/5): - This was my first time at a resort ever and I have many amazing things to say! 1) The staff were fabulous! Every single interaction I had with one of them was just perfect, very kind people. I got to learn more about Mexican art culture from Teresa in the gallery she was fantastic! 2) I paid for the private shuttle via the 3rd party company the resort uses and it was pretty easy to use. It was quite pricey 250 usd back and forth so maybe next time I could look into something a bit cheaper? But it really was no issue. 3) Food was fantastic their steaks especially, rib-eye via room service and the t-bone at los azabros were the best steaks i'd ever had in my life 10/10. 4) I didn't really go for the swimming mainly just the food, but whenever I passed the pools and the beach it was never overcrowded so you can absolutely get beach chairs and enjoy the water. 5) Room service overall was so easy, you could either call or use the website they provide when you get to the resort to order, and its 24/7 you can even order ribe-eye at 3am if you wanted X'D. You can use it to order more water bottles, other drinks, food, etc. to your room. 6) So many activities to do, on that website they provide you can see the schedule of the activities for the day and the days ahead so you can plan accordingly. 7) After 1 day of staying there I found it easy to get around the resort, unless you had some accessibility concerns it doesn't take long to get around the resort to your destination by walking. The room design is very modern. The beds were very comfortable and the lighting in the room was perfect! The only thing I didn't like is the options for wine that was available by glass I didn't like. I wish they had more options to offer for wine by the glass. You can purchases a bottle of wine but my husband doesn't care for wine so I didn't wanna drink an entire bottle by myself.

Just avoid the room service food unless they improve that! - They had a lot of choices for breakfast Mercado 19 had a lot more choices and la consetida was more cozy. No complaints on taste! We loved the styling and architecture, Everything just felt relaxing and high class! I can’t say enough good things about the food. The dinners were amazing, for lunch the most memorable was a pear and arugula pizza, it hit so good mid day. I think the room service food could have been better. You go to the restaurants and everything is absolutely delicious, then get room service and everything but the nachos were bland.

Guest (9/5): I'll be back! - The service, attention to detail, and food at this property were amazing. I wasn't an Inspira guest, but I had a wonderful experience. I dined in almost all of the restaurants, experienced the beach, and both pools accessible to me. The way the staff waited on us was amazing. It was peaceful and serene at every corner. They shouldn't force the Inspira walkthroughs. Instead, consider extending check in. I waited about 20 minutes to check into my room, and I would have rathered spent that time learning about the property, the amenities, and Inspira. Also, since I booked through Booking.com and checked in on a Sunday, the staff did not have record of a payment from me. I'd fully paid in advance, but they called me Sunday night (in my room after checking in) to let me know they hadn't received payment. After chatting with Booking support and checking with my bank, I learned that my payment had in fact been processed. The next day, Cecilia (the manager) told me that everything had been resolved and the issue was that the payment could not process on Sundays. It was a little anxiety inducing for me, but I was grateful they figured it out. I would recommend avoiding that in the future.

El personal muy amable y servicial siempre. La comida de los restaurantes es muy buena! Y la playa, a pesar de estar en época de sargazo, se mantuvo bastante limpia toda nuestra estadía. Adicional, hay tantas actividades de día y de noche que es imposible aburrirse, ni siquiera piensa uno en salir del hotel y eso andábamos buscando. Nos encantó Atelier! Es complejo entender la ubicación y conexiones entre edificios para llegar a los restaurantes y demás. Al hacer check in explican un poco en un mapa, pero la explicación no es muy buena, ni suficiente. Sería más efectivo explicarlo cerca de un elevador, pues en su señalización eventualmente uno entiende cómo funciona.

Alejandro (10/5): Atelier will always be a special place in my heart. - The food experience is amazing, everything from qulaity to taste. The service is out of this world and everyone is soo kind all the time, we never had any invonvieneces and whenever the slightest struggle was presented, the staff was ready to do everything in their power to resolve it. This hotel has amazing pools which fit to your desires, whether it be a relaxing one or a energetic one. Don't hesitate to book this hotel if you have not been to it, trust me, you won't be disappointed. I don't think there is a particular thing that we didn't enjoy in our stay. The only think that may be an inconvieniece is not finding our favorite spot in the pool or at the beach due to the other guests, but again, this was not an issue at all because we always ended up finding an awesome spot and the staff is always looking to help out.

Ya no habían hamacas en la playa, en las habitaciones se escuchaba algo de ruido de los pasadizos como de cuartos continuos. Algunas habitaciones dejaban platos y copas usadas en las puertas de las habitaciones.
