• Anne (9/5): - We arrived a little early, closer to 2pm than to 3pm, but no problem - the housekeeper let us drop off our bags and gave us a key. We then went for a walk to be out of her way until after 3pm The apartment was lovely! The property description mentions noise from the pub next door which is very true. Sounds like you are hosting a dinner party inside the apartment but it becomes absolutely silent at 11pm. Just go join them! Have a beer and enjoy the fun vibe until closing time (11pm) and then enjoy the blissful silence in your rental in the middle of the city.

Le bruit jusqu’à 23 heures est très intense . La déco de l’appartement qui doit être en cours de rénovation . Ça manque de finitions
• Martin Sørumshagen (9/5): Flott leilighet med topp beliggenhet! - Leiligheten var godt utstyrt. 2 fulle bad + ett toalett. Det var også trivelig med pub rett utenfor inngangsdøra. Tusen takk for tidlig innsjekking! Vi hadde et utmerket opphold! Og beliggenheten var jo uslåelig! Vi foreslår at dere installerer nattbordslamper. 2 stekepanner fungerte ikke på induksjonstoppen.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect London location! - Amazing location. Very large flat for London. Beds were small and uncomfortable.
• Adrian (9/5): Great location and well appointed accommodation - Great location - easy access to shops, restaurants and transport. Well laid out apartment with good privacy. Everything worked well. The pub opposite was a bit noisy up to 10:30 pm with people drinking outside. It was never an issue after 10:30.
• Shahnaz (10/5): A perfect central location in London - The location is fabulous. Everything is at your fingertips. The apartment was lovely and well appointed. Spacious and comfortable. Warm showers and great heating.
• Jacquelyn (7/5): - Great location. Water pressure very poor with ensuite tap and toilet.Problem with main bathroom tap regulator. No extractor fan so feels moist/high humidity.
• Stacey (9/5): Really fun spot and great location! If they replace the bed in the primary it will be a 10+ out of 10. - Great location and very spacious! Way more room than I expected. There is a lively pub underneath and we were a bit worried about noise, but they closed by 11 every night. Very convenient to pop down and grab a drink. The bed in the primary is criminally uncomfortable. Noisy bed springs were popping all over the place and if one person moves, the other person goes flying. And it’s a very small double bed which doesn’t make sense for how large the room is.

• Ferek (8/5): I didn't like being on an alley but the accessability to the area was fantastic. - Emma worked with me to get into the building and into the flat. We were a little early but she accommodated us. The biggest thing was that we weren't told that the bedrooms were down a spiral staircase. My 89 year old mother has a hard time with steps but sprial was even worse. In addition she has a heart condition so this was a big deal for us. It would've been helpful to have some directions on how to work the hob. We finally got one burner working. Emma was responsive by text when I asked her how to work it and offered to have someone come over and look at it. I just didn't want to have to stay in the flat while a stranger was in the flat and I didn't want anyone to come in when we weren't there so we just managed with one burner. And three minor details, the lights in the closet in the main bedroom were flashing like a strobe light. The bathroom doorknob was loose and the light above the sink in that same bathroom wasn't working. In addition it became so hot in that bedroom. I couldn't see a thermostat to adjust it. Again, a binder with some of these operational problems would be helpful.

Excellent location and the hostess Emma was kind and considerate and very very helpful. the internal staircase is narrow and so care needs to be taken with suitcases

• David (9/5): A very enjoyable stay in a great apartment within easy walking distance of many London attractions. - The property was in a great location. Facilities within the apartment excellent, very tastefully furnished. A bit noisy up until 11 pm due to the pub situated across the courtyard but to be expected. Beds in both bedrooms would benefit from a better quality mattress (very springy). TV in living room did not connect to terrestrial channels. But the bedroom ones did. Coffee machine had only one coffee pod the rest were milk only. No welcome folder with contacts / instructions / recommended places to eat nearby etc.

The apartment’s location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Covent Garden, right next to The Savoy, and tucked into a quiet side street that kept nighttime noise to a minimum. As a family, we truly appreciated having two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for everyone’s privacy and relaxation. We were in the heart of London’s West End, which made catching a show—like The Lion King—an effortless treat. The National Gallery was only a short stroll away, and the neighborhood was brimming with fantastic restaurants and bars, giving us endless options for dining and entertainment. Inside, the apartment was immaculate, spacious, and felt like a true home-away-from-home. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy a few comfortable, homemade breakfasts before heading out to explore. Our host, Emma, was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She even arranged an additional cleaning mid-stay to meet our extra-high cleanliness standards. For the value, comfort, and prime location, it’s hard to beat this apartment. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it as the perfect central base for exploring London!
• Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional Stay in Central London - Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at Flat 1, 14 Bull Inn Court from 28 November to 8 December 2024! The apartment was perfect for our group of four, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base during our time in London. Warm and Helpful Host: From the very start, Emma was an incredibly welcoming and thoughtful host. Although she doesn't stay on-site, she was always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with helpful information about the amenities. Her hospitality truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Prime Location: The apartment's location is unbeatable! It’s right in the heart of London, with easy access to major attractions like the Tower of London, Covent Garden, and the West End. The nearby Christmas market was an added bonus—just a short walk away and full of festive cheer. We loved being able to explore the city on foot with so many wonderful sites and activities close by. Spacious and Clean Apartment: The apartment was not only spacious but also immaculately clean, providing plenty of room for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. We were particularly impressed with the two comfortable bedrooms and the three toilets, which made mornings much easier for everyone. The living area was cozy, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with everything we needed, including an induction hob, fridge, cutlery, plates and electric kettle, perfect for simple meals or snacks. The heaters and air-conditioners were helpful, ensuring we were comfortable no matter the weather outside. Overall, the stay was great. Emma’s attention to detail and the apartment’s fantastic location made this an unforgettable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!
