• Fay (10/5): A stunning location perched above the rugged volcanic rock and dramatic, yet peaceful coastline. - the location was brill. I have no words for the view, it makes all your troubles melt away. You can sit on the chairs all day and never tire of the view. will recommend this place to our friends and will certainly be back here soon. The house needs maintenance, some money needs to be spent to bring it up to speed.

• Gail (3/5): Nice view horrible experience - The view The property was not cleaned properly 3rd bedroom was putrid. Carpet stain with animal urine and rodent excrement around the bed. Many things didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken and kept moving which was really dangerous. A chair had a wobbly leg and my 86 year old Mum almost fell.
• Dean (10/5): Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean view - Great views out to the ocean from the backyard, quite private and peaceful. The beach is rock not sand which makes it more private. The back of the house is all windows and glass doors so that you can enjoy the views from inside. Appreciated the many chairs and hammock dotted around the backyard. Great house to enjoy with your pets, we had two small dogs. Not a complaint but so that you can have great views there is no fences at the back and one side. There is also a bit of a drop so we needed to keep an eye on both our dogs so that they didn't wander too close.

• Rachael (10/5): Exceptional - Once I opened the gate I already immersed with the relaxation sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. Opening front door immediately greeted by welcome message written with a basket filled with goodies :) stepping into lounge area immediately embraced with such gorgeous ocean views surrounded in every window insight :) My very own backyard oasis with hammock to relax with my refreshment made my stay unforgettable especially catching up with close friends that themselves were amazed such tranquillity it offers. Everything needed has been thought into to make my stay comfortable :) Great for families, beach shade/chairs for beach outings. Body board and lots of boards games too :) awesome getaway ! Definitely will be coming back :) Cheers to such awesome hosts ☆☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately I had troubles with the coffee machine and the host were prompt to accommodate me with another machine stored :)

• Leo (7/5): Great location, but more of a couples beach shack than a family holiday home. - The location and weather were perfect House is too dangerous for small children. No smoke alarms in bedrooms All sliding exterior doors corroded shut with note saying "new doors due may 2023" Patio stumps cut off in back yard (trip hazard) with exposed electrical wiring on boxes 20cm above ground. Advertised as two bathroom but no mention of only one toilet until you book. Bathroom is literally a bath in a room, no sink. Sink has its own room. Television wouldn't work due to plugs and extension boards not working. Had to change plugs around. Food out of date in fridge Food out of date in cupboard Gas BBQ gas line nearly melted Deck chair near ocean broke with small child on it. Hammock deck about to fall through
