Manuel Antonio (1/5): Difícil gestionar peor un apartamento tan bien situado y con buenas vistas - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, en una zona tranquila y bien conectada de Las Condes, Santiago. Las vistas desde el apartamento son realmente impresionantes, lo que aporta un valor añadido a la estancia. El sistema de auto check-in con cerradura digital funcionó correctamente y fue cómodo. La gestión del apartamento fue deficiente: al llegar, el microondas estaba sin instalar, con los plásticos puestos y en una ubicación inadecuada. Tuve que revisar imágenes para saber dónde colocarlo. Solicité un trapo para limpiar la cocina y no fue proporcionado. No esperes detalles como algo de café, azucar o sal. Encontré desperfectos en los estores y el área del lavabo estaba mal adherida, desprendiéndose durante la estancia. El sofá era incómodo, provocaba picazón en la parte interna de los muslos, lo que me obligó a usar una toalla para poder sentarme. Al finalizar la estancia, se me reclamó un cargo por manchas en el sofá, sin una evaluación justa ni evidencia clara. Solicité una factura válida y me fue negada, lo cual es especialmente problemático siendo extranjero, ya que tampoco se aplicó la exención de IVA prevista por la normativa chilena para turistas. Desde el primer día recibí mensajes publicitarios sobre otros servicios, lo que me pareció invasivo. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes grabar un video al salir para evitar cargos injustificados.
