• Marius (10/5): Good experience bad breakfast - Was clean, close to all attractions I’ve been only once to have breakfast in the morning, and I asked the guy from there for a coffee , he ignored me and served the other people who was coming, and when I told him he become rude.
• Allen (10/5): - The room was quiet and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a stay in Rome. The breakfast is by far the best buffet in a hotel we have ever had! Roel, the breakfast host, is great! He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. If you like to walk, you can get to many of the key attractions of Rome. The furthest we walked is to Vatican City, which took us less than an hour to get to. Of course, there is abundant public transportation as well. We will gladly stay here again!

Attention to detail in the room, very good room cleaning service and very nice and professional reception staff made my stay at the hotel a pleasure. I recommend and I will definitely come back.

• Gavinja (7/5): Functional, great staff, small old-fashioned rooms - Location, staff, hot shower. Able to cast from mobile to TV Old fashioned rooms, terrible WiFi, small rooms and unable to open the fridge or put a chair in front of the desk as the bed was too close. Hot during the night.
• Journey_wiz (10/5): Amazing experience - Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and had a really nice scent :) They provided a coffee machine and an electronic kettle. The bathroom and the towels, also the room and the sheets were really clean. Wifi was fast, TV was working, the bed was really comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff (especially the older gentleman at the reception) was helpful and kind, they looked after my bag before check-in and after check-out. Also, the bus stop is on the other side of the street from the hotel, so I will definitely return to this place if I travel to Rome in the future. Everything was better than I expected :)

• Miriam (2/5): The hotel stay was terrible—bad breakfast, a smelly toilet, unhelpful staff, and long waits for assistance with the safe - When I arrived, the person at the reception was very nice, and the room looked nicely decorated. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly, the breakfast was terrible. When I asked for eggs, they had run out, and despite my request, they did not prepare any more. The toilet in my room had an unpleasant smell of urine, which was unacceptable. I also wanted to use the safe in my room, but the instructions provided were for a completely different model. When I tried to call reception for assistance, the phone in the room was mute, forcing me to go downstairs to the reception desk to seek help in person. After returning to my room, I had to wait nearly an hour for someone to come and assist me. Even then, I had to go back to reception and speak to another person to ensure someone came to help. When the staff member finally arrived, they simply input a number into the safe without explaining how I could change it. I had to ask for clarification, and it seemed as though they expected me to just accept the number they had entered. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far below the standard I expect from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Also you can find descent restaurants around. The view from the room was onto the inside well of the building. Though booking advertised the street view. Employees of the hotel should never ever take your credit card into their hands or ask you to give it to them. Even if they do it with a good intention. Breakfast might (should) be better for a 4 star hotel.

• Filip (6/5): Still wonder what the other rooms in the hotel are if this is Hotiday improved - The location was good. The room is as in the picture, but I didn't see much of an improvement from Hotiday. The Bathroom was ok, but if that is the added Hotiday benefit, then it's kinda dissapointing. The people in the hotel were very nice and offered to store our luggage the last day we were in Rome with no charge. The claim that they improve the rooms and give a better hotel experience is questionable, as the room was as tiny as it gets. Which kinda makes the tiny tv fitting as well (I am only mentioning the TV because they say it's their selling point that they improve the room by adding a smart TV). I have bigger screens in my home office for work. Otherwise, who cares about the TV you are in Rome. On that note, the hotel itself is plain weird and old. For the life of my I couldn't find the stairwell and then we had to use the old slow elevator to get to the second floor. The window shutters didn't have any holders on the facade so you either had a choice of darkness or the shutters slamming back on forth in the wind. Weird thing to not fix, definitely. I wouldn't ever go back there, it was a booking out of desperation because we booked late for the David Gilmours concert.

• Callan (5/5): Nice room but request room not near elevator if you want good night sleep. - Nice room 25 mins walk from city center and the room we where give was next to elevator which very loud to our room which wasn’t the best you would easily be woken up with the noise.

The bed was very comfortable and the air con was perfect. Exactly what you need after a long day. The cafe next door was also great. The size of the room was pretty small, I did get a cheap deal online but it was hard to get dressed with little space.
• Fatene (10/5): One of the best and comfortable places i have stayed in, and i am a picky client! - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the rooms managed by Hotiday! The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any needs or questions I had. The location was perfect, situated right between downtown (via del corso and Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps) and the train station, making it easy to explore the city and get around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and great service! Hotiday had a whatsapp number where you can just message them for any need or inquiry, and they respond almost instantly!

• Grete (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for walking to the main attraction points in the city + there were multiple bus stops very close to the hotel. The room was airy and there was more space than I had expected. Everything looked clean and nice and I really appreciated the good lightning in the bathroom which most hotels never have! I also had a room with a really nice view which I enjoyed. There was a problem with electricity, the lights didn't turn on when I first got to the room and I had to get the staff to fix it. The lights kept flickering throughout my stay but that didn't really affect my stay. It takes some time for the hot water to start running in the shower.
