• Jakub (8/5): Dobry apartament z przeciętną obsługą. - Przestrzenny apartament, większy niż się spodziewaliśmy. Wszystkie podstawowe udogodnienia jak żelazko, pralka ekspres. Brak możliwości zameldowania przez cała dobę. Pomimo zostawienia kluczy przez gospodarza na zewnątrz budynku. Chora dopłata 30 EUR za zameldowanie po godz. 22, które wymagało od gospodarza zostawienia kluczy w zewnętrznej skrytce.

• Marta (5/5): Non alloggeremo mai più in questo appartamento nonostante sia un peccato perché è un bel l’appartamento. - Posizione buona La casa era sporca, sporcizia palesemente accumulata da mesi. Per colpa di ciò non è stato possibile utilizzare il divano letto motivo per cui ci siamo trovate costrette a dormire in 3 in un letto. Oltre alla sporcizia presente nel divano letto, le mensole, oltre che impolverate, avevano anche dei peli. Abbiamo trovato sporcizia anche dentro gli armadi e il tavolo era sporco. All’interno del mobile del bagno vi erano dei contenitori del sapone con della muffa. Appena giunte nell’appartamento non avevamo nemmeno acqua calda, dopo svariati messaggi e chiamate il giorno dopo fortunatamente hanno provveduto a risolvere il problema. Sostanzialmente, abbiamo pagato dei comfort che non ci sono stati forniti e non c’è stato proposto nemmeno un rimborso parziale nonostante abbiamo esposto i disagi a chi di dovere con annessi video.

• Kassra (8/5): Very good - Very nice and comfortable apartment. Walking distance to vatican, bus stops nearby to get to the center. Would definitely stay here again. Information was a bit unclear for check in, you need to fill in a form and sign a contract in advance or you will not get any check in information. Communication could have been better but everything worked out in the end.
