Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.
Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. ALTIDO will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid.
The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.

- Miranda (1/5): Disgusting - Nada Dead cockroach in cupboard, live baby cockroach on floor. Bathroom vent was so filthy, under the sofa bed and ALL baseboards, filthy!. Sofa bed uncomfortable and not much room to move around, had to leave open. Shower disgusting, long black hair coming up thru drain, Shower door didn't close properly, rubber on Shower door coming off, etc, etc...it is very clear this, appartement , if you want to call it that, was "renovated " to MASK all that was wrong, just to MAKE IT LOOK GOOD, but NEVER fixed anything, like trying to put alot of makeup on a very old face....disgusting, filthy and yes, I did advise you, you offered to send a cleaning crew, BUT ON MY TIME!!!! WHY do you not check these things prior to renting? Why do you not fix your plumbing, or any other issues BEFORE renovation??? SHAME ON YOU!
- Oksana (1/5): DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL! - Self-check-in. It is indeed convenient and you're not restricted by any timeframes Location - close to the metro station so you can get out of the neighborhood real fast as the neighborhood itself was not the best - many drunks, people smoking weed, nothing to see, etc 1. COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those disgusting bugs were the first thing we saw when we entered. It was just AWFUL. I would probably sue the owner for renting such a place out if I could 2. Cleanliness The apartment was cleaned just on the surface. 15 minutes in and your white socks are black. + We had to rewash every dish just in case the cockroaches were there before 3. The bed It was squeaking and making noises every time you would move. Never slept on something that uncomfortable 4. The smell We had to have the ventilation in the bathroom on all the time since it smelled like sewage from there. The ventilation opening was really dirty by the way 5. The space The apartment appears much smaller than it is in the photos. The sofabed, when unfolded takes up 80% of the room. We barely found some space to store our luggage. Considering all of the above, we didn't feel comfortable staying there for a week. We could not sleep, eat, or take a shower normally. We've been noticing the cockroaches all the time. It was just awful, but considering that all of the apartments in our price range were already booked up there was no other way. So we just tried to be out in the city as much as possible.
- Moshe (2/5): Very poor - The location is great, near supermarket and 2 minute walk to an M1 metro station. The room is full of dust, unclean, and very small. As soon as you enter, you smell a very bad odor, like an apartment that hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time — it is clean only “on the surface,” only where a guest might see. It seems they just wiped down those areas with a cleaning cloth. The fan in the bathroom and shower is filthy and covered in dust, as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. It's better not to turn it on because it spreads the bad smell even more. The fridge only appears clean but emits a terrible smell! We didn’t want to eat anything we put in there because the odor spreads and causes nausea. The air conditioner is full of dust. The coffee machine and kettle are both very dirty and full of limescale. The baseboards and plastic plants are dusty with a horrible smell. In general, anything that fell on the floor got dirty, so we tried to avoid that. We had to buy air fresheners, disinfecting wipes, sweep the floor, and wash some of the dishes before using them just to feel a bit better. We stayed in the room for 4 nights, and of course, it wasn’t a pleasant experience to sleep, and certainly not to eat or shower under such conditions. Another important point for your attention: the electricity keeps tripping frequently! When we asked them about it, they told us not to operate more than one electrical appliance at a time. This is unreasonable and illogical. It's a shame you can’t share real pictures here or convey the smell.

- Renata (8/5): Very good - It was great value for 3 nights as a young couple and had easy access to the city. All the amenities were in great condition and we would stay there again if it’s a short trip. Even that we knew the bed was a sofa bed, it was not very comfortable and a little noisy. Also the bathroom had a bad smell.
