• KUN (8/5): - Very nice and neat house with great location. 6 beds and 2 big couches, perfect for a big group. Although it took us a while to get the hot water and to warm the entire house, the housekeeper is very helpful. Super thanks!
• Leslie (6/5): It was fine, We were there to golf and not hang around the house. - The unit was in a great location for a golf trip, 5 bedrooms is hard to find. Easy access, comfortable beds. However the furnishings are sparse and the kitchen was minimally equipped. A front deck with lots of sun had a bare plastic picnic table, no chairs, no shade, so cozy is not the word to describe this property. Needs a lot more furnishings and some standard maintenance. The light switch in the main bathroom was inoperable, patio doors were jammed and the garbage recycling bins were full to the brim.
• Essie (9/5): - The place is so spacious and so comfortable - we even added an extra night! We now actually have a place each time we are in Kelowna. It was 9 of us and it was more than enough space! We could not understand how this place is not always fully booked! Neutral scented body wash would have been great. In one of the bathrooms, we only had a male body wash. (It wasnt actually advertised but if it going to be there, a neutral scent would be nice). Also we messaged the host to request for an early check in and we did not get a response but when we messaged about extending our stay the communication was prompt. It would be nice if responses are prompt regardless of the request.

• Tina (9/5): Very good communication with the team, as they are kind and friendly, willing to work things out when problems arise, ea - Location is good and quite. Close to everywhere we wanna go within short driving distance. Rooms set up is good for family trip. There’s a few broken things in the house, like the hanger for towel, shower hanger, wine fridge handle, chipped bowl, wifi and cable box not working. It made us a bit tense as we put deposit for the damage fee, not sure if the owner notice that before we checked in.
• Muhammad Younas (10/5): - House was clean, tidy and spacious, good for big families. Host was helpful with everything. Location is so beautiful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely recommend to others. Need more dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Other than that everything was good.

• Bethany (8/5): Very good - The property was beautiful and very specious. The location was great and it was nice to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms when travelling with friends since everyone got their own room. We would book again. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner. The exterior of the cabinets were in need of a good cleaning. Also, it’s always nice to have the essentials for cooking like basic condiments but again, not necessary.

• Adeena (4/5): Don't book here if you want a stress free stay - -The house was beautiful and spacious -Location was nice. -Beds were comfy. -Lots of extra room if needed to set up air mattresses. -Big table for people to sit around. -lots of driveway parking -couldnt figure out the heating so the first night was very cold. Found one on the wall so turned it up. Still could hours later. Cranked it. Same thing. Realized there was a digital one on the opposite wall but it doesn't look like one unless you click on the screen. It died while using it and we had to switch the batteries to get it to work. -broken handrail upon arrival (clearly cut on purpose) and one of us almost fell down the stairs because of it -half the windows did not have window coverings so not a lot of privacy -lack of actual cleanliness. Place was tidy but there was a lot of dirt/dust throughout. Something brown on the ceiling. We actually had to sweep under the couch because it was so disgusting. I had to clean the main room toilet because it was clearly not clean -lack of extra pillows. Only 1 per person -hot water took forever to come on (both in shower and sinks). It took at least 5 minutes of the shower being a full blast for it to heat up enough that I could comfortably shower. -tv was very hard to figure out -Although the place sleeps 10 people, it is only a 6 person table technically. Had to get creative with lack of chairs to sit around it together (which was uncomfortable) -business license posted on the wall states it is a primary residence. It is clearly not. Multiple people listed as the "owners" but it is clearly a short term rental company owned house. -broken mirror in the main upstairs bathroom -HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: -took forever to answer any questions I had before and during my stay. -Asked for late check out multiple times before and during my stay. Wasn't until after we checked out that they messaged that they could give us an extra hour. -Charged me for damages but won't say what they are nor has an invoice been given. After asking 5 times why I was charged, I was asked for my email and told I have to wait 24-48 to be emailed pictures and an invoice.

• Todd (10/5): Awsome - The big kitchen, deck, 3 bath and 5 bed. We were there for hockey/golf. We played cards at night around big table. Fun Didn’t have access to sports net on tv, but we had a computer and hdmi cord and sports net subscription
• Naila (1/5): I would not stay here, they will ding costs at checkout! - The property was beautiful and we thought we would have a great stay. When we got to the property there was a very strong smell it was coming from the kitchen and it smelled SO bad. Upon checking there was garbage left, from the previous stay. We emptied it out ourselves. In addition the balcony screen was a little ripped, we took a picture of it incase it came up. After we left, I got a notification from my bank that I had been charged the 500$ deposit. I was not contacted by the booking manager prior to being charged. I had correspondence with them and sent pictures with time stamps. However they refused to provide a refund. I am extremely disappointed. On top of an already expensive experience I was forced to pay $500 for something we were not responsible for!
