• nicol (6/5): They are scammers do not go there - The location was perfect except we needed to wait in front of the apartment for more than half an hour. The company came very late They are exploiters, don't go there. We were waiting for our deposit, and then we received a picture with a stain. They claim it's our fault because of chewing gum. We don't even chew gum, and we didn't even sit on that chair. They are scammers!!!! Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They send me a picture where you could hardly see a stain, and then they tell you that I did it. Maybe they do this with every tenant. Please be very careful and do not book with Easy BNB Premium.
• Rita (10/5): Perfect location, safe and comfortable accomodation. - Great location – we could reach all the main attractions on foot within minutes. The apartment is big and extremely clean. Even though it is in the city center, it is very quiet thanks to the good windows. The beds are large and comfortable. Thank you for the welcome chocolate, it was a lovely touch. The building feels very safe and well maintained, and the key collection and instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. -

Eine Schließfach Check-in Lösung 1 km entfernt, kam für uns nicht in Frage. Wir waren froh, dass auch ein persönlicher Check in angeboten wurde. Leider kostenpflichtig.

• Karin (10/5): The perfect apartment to feel at home in Prague - The location was exceptional. To have a balcony and be able to see the castle from it was a wonderful surprise. We were so central we could walk everywhere and if we wanted to we could take public transport just around the corner. The apartment is very well kitted out and we could cook our own meals easily. We could control the heat in the apartment, so we were always comfortable and there was plenty of hot water do the 4 of us. We loved the little Christmas tree and other decorations!

It was kind of a quest to get the keys, that were located in a drop box in a building across the bridge. and we only got one set of keys for two people with different schedules. that was a little bit of a nuisance. Other than that, everything was perfect!

• Gretchen G. (9/5): Large , clean apartment in the heart of Prague - It is a very spacious apartment in the literal heart of Prague. The location could not be better. There is a ton of room to spread out and the kitchen was fully appointed. Most of the apartment has been restored, but the kitchen is still a little dated. However, it was very easy to prepare full meals. The spaces were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. There is also an elevator, which is a plus for people with luggage. You can get to all major sights within 15 min and Staromeska Namestí (Old Town square) is 5 min. away. The large Tesco supermarket is only a 12 minute walk. The fact that you have to pick up the keys from a totally different location, which is not very close by is quite inconvenient. We were also a group of three adults and we were only given one set of physical keys. This was also very inconvenient as we had to coordinate every time we separated. The keys are also somewhat complicated - many keys for the one apartment. While this is a small thing overall, it is good to be prepared as we had to get a taxi to stop to pick up the keys, wait for us and then drive us to the apartment. I know the city well, so I understood how to navigate the situation. But if you were to take public transportation and had luggage it would be a headache.

• Lyu (9/5): Superb - We really appreciated a lot our stay in the apartment. It is well located, easy access to attractions and all types of transports and facilities. The apartment is clean, cozy and stylish. Heating, bath water are all so functioning so well. The owner is really very responsive, we had a DHL doc delivered with the help from owner, although the apartment is without reception. Above dining table if can install a lighting would be even better ambiance, it can be easily turned into a dining + working station.
