Guest Reviews
- Robbie (4/5): -
- Robin (7/5): Perfect for a short stay in Rome - Roberta was very kind and was always available to answer questions, also on whatsapp.
Location perfect for reaching everything on foot It used to be a big apartment and our room was not soundproof.
Also the toilet and/or shower has an electric pump which is quite loud but apart from that the area is quiet at night
- Robyn (10/5): Amazing location! Walk to everything! - Location was phenomenal! Hostess was amazing and extremely helpful. Met me out front upon arrival. Solo female traveler and I felt super safe. Didn’t do the breakfast while I was there, but it was at a cafe just around the block - sure easy/convenient. She let me keep my bags there after check out so I could explore without them before going to train station.
Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was sufficient - typical of every place I have stayed in Italy. No complaints :)
- Michael (10/5): Memorable experience for a problem free visit to Rome - For car travellers the service is excellent for an inner city. There is no ZLT problem and after unloading at the property there is a large underground public car park under Piazza Cavour where it is safe to leave your car. 100m walk back to hotel. Euro30 per night. Staff very helpful with arrangements, for example taxis. Nothing
- Debra (10/5): Excellent visit in Rome! - We really enjoyed the place as the location was so central to all the sightseeing attractions. The hosts- Roberta and Dino were so friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations on restaurants and transportation in Rome.
- Muhammad (9/5): When in Rome... - Very basic breakfast. All major sites of attraction were within 20mins walking.
Very quite area. If you are out all day and only need a good night sleep highly recommend. Nice clean room. Good mattress and pillows. Basic toilett amenities were provided. Wider selection in breakfast.
- Carol (10/5): Room was excellent, beautiful, comfortable, great location. Sylvia and Roberta were excellent. Highly recommended. - Everything. Room was excellent, great location. Sylvia and Roberta were excellent.
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Afshinsamadian (5/5): An apartment and bed & breakfast - The manager was so helpfull and so nice We thought that it is hotel, but it was an apartment and 4 rooms in one apartment
- Laura (10/5): Amazing!!! - The staff were always available and responded quickly. Located in a quiet area, but close to everything. View was amazing, bed very comfortable, and light breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
- Kaitlyn (2/5): Its a shame when landlords take advantage of a pretty building and view to exploit customers - I liked the view, the bathroom, and the receptionist Sylvia, and thats about it. There were several ants in my room. The room itself was kept clean but the second I put a wrapper into the trash several ants appeared by the trash and mini fridge.
While booking it was only going to be me staying the night, I was meeting my boyfriend for his birthday dinner before he left for a trip late in the night/ early in the am the next day- he was not staying overnight he had other accommodations closer to the Termini.
When he came to pick me up for drinks the staff told me he was not able to to enter the room because the booking was only made for 1, not 2. So I had to finish getting ready in the room while my boyfriend sat right outside the hall waiting for me, but not allowed to come in. The receptionist was very sweet and apologetic and very helpful in so many other ways, these decisions were not up to her, she was simply doing her job and explained the owners are very strict about the rules of their B&B.
The room itself was otherwise fine, a bit lackluster for the price and the linens could use a refresh.
The other frustration I had was how difficult it is to make your way into the room/ building. You have to be paged in 3 separate times and are not allowed to keep the key to your room you must leave it with the receptionist
- Ekaterina (10/5): The location and the host Silvia was terrific😍 - The location and the host Silvia was terrific 😍😍😍
The apartment by itself is very quiet and has a nice balcony!
Silvia was super friendly and willing to help with all the questions regarding Rome and traveling around, which was truly nice!
